Patience and Consistency is a great local business with the potential to change your life ! I’ve been successfully tracking Macros with Ally. Her weekly check ins have been the motivation I needed to develop life changing habits. I’ve also been doing the group fitness classes 1-2 times a week with Justin. The classes are fun and challenging but doable. Justin is supportive, offers modifications, and designs the class to work for any fitness level. Ally and Justin are experts and great motivators - I appreciate all their support.

I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing P&C start from the ground up. You won’t get better, more genuine people to help you become the best version of yourself. I have been a client (online) for several years and P&C has made me stronger and healthier than I have ever been. I used to avoid lifting weights due to worrying about injury, but Justin helped me see that, when done correctly, weightlifting can actually be used to heal and avoid injury. For years I had both a nagging neck and low back sports injury that were gone in a few months with the help of P&C. If you’re on the fence about personal training with P&C, do yourself a favor and go for it. You won’t regret it.

Ally & Justin are great! The time seems to fly by and they both manage to make me look forward to working out! I have been working out at P&C for a year now. I do group classes as well as personal training sessions with Justin and Ally. I couldn’t be happier with them! When I first started working with Justin, I was recovering from shoulder surgery. Justin helped me increase my strength and mobility. His classes are well thought out and he has alternatives for all moves. I would highly recommend taking a class or a session and getting to know Justin and Ally.

Best fitness program ever! I’ve tried many other gyms and programs but I’ve never been able to stick with them. At P&cC they work with you focus on your target areas as well as weaknesses. Justin has been wonderful to work with! His workouts are effective and he tailors them to your personal goals. Each week Justin changes up our workouts to keep me motivated. He is highly communicative, checking in weekly. What I’ve enjoyed most about working with Justin is that he caters my workout / nutrition plan to my lifestyle and sets realistic and attainable goals.
I now work in NYC and Justin has helped me move our training virtual. We continue to have regular check ins and Justin creates challenging and fun workout plans for me to do on my own each day. He also works with me to update my nutrition and macro targets after each check in. Justin helps me prioritize health and fitness through busy everyday life!

My favorite thing about P&C? How clean they keep the place! Justin is a fantastic trainer who is incredibly knowledgeable- with a vast array of exercises and variants in his arsenal, a great listener, very relatable, and always goes above and beyond for his clients. They have a flexible scheduling and are affordable. There is new equipment being brought in all the time to allow for a wide variety of exercises and movements to be achieved. I know there’s clients older than my grandmother and young enough to be my son there too, so they are ready for anyone. Justin has provided me with workouts and nutrition recommendations for outside of my time at P&C. During our time together I told my trainer I wanted to focus on mobility and unique exercises that I wouldn’t be able to do in a traditional gym and we do just that! It’s a very spacious area with plenty of room for activities, we even make it outside for a little during the summer months. Would I recommend P&C to anyone looking for high quality training in a comfortable, clean, and affordable space? Absolutely.

I have been working out at Patience and Consistency since July 2020.On top of being a very insightful and knowledgeable trainer, Ally is effortlessly personable and makes every workout session go by in a blink of an eye. She always pushes me further towards my goals And I love how she forces me out of my comfort zone. She customizes workouts specifically to each individual. She trains with the knowledge of nutrition (counting macros is life changing 😊), stretching, and strength training. You can see the passion that she has for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. She truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Patience and Consistency. Patience & Consistency has changed my life for the better. Justin and Ally are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about proper fitness. They tailor your workouts based off of your individual needs and what you can handle. I walk out of every workout feeling stronger and accomplished. At every personal and group class, I learn more and more workouts I would never think to do. I have a slightly slipped disk in my lower back and working out on my own always irritated it. Justin and Ally showed me the correct form, workouts to strengthen it, and helpful stretches. Ever since, my back has felt much better and continues to improve. Overall, I am much happier in my everyday life. I will continue to recommend this gym to everyone I know.

Best investment I ever made. I decided I wanted a personal trainer to help me recover from an injury and get back into healthy “CrossFit-lite” shape. He helped me recover quickly, but I have continued to work with Justin every week for last 3 years as he has been instrumental in helping me build a healthy routine. The accountability alone is worth it to me (not being able to snooze the alarm clock when he is expecting me). But any trainer can be that. Justin’s super power is he’s very empathetic. He takes the time to understand YOUR personal goals and tailors his programming to you. For me, I want to be healthy and fit, but I’m not looking to compete. He has helped me get into the best shape of my life through his kind, motivating style. Because I look forward to my sessions with Justin, the habit stuck and the results have followed. It's hard to know where to begin. Justin is a first rate trainer and coach. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to share and convey his knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and execute. He strikes an incredible balance between encouraging you and pushing you. It is always a pleasure to see him and I ALWAYS walk away from sessions with him feeling GREAT!! I know that my fitness has improved and continues to improve because of his thoughtful approach to understanding your goals and then providing a strategy to achieve them. On top of all this, he is incredibly kind, generous (and funny)! A perfect example has been his response to the COVID-19 crisis in which he has loaned out virtually all of his equipment to clients/athletes without hesitation. You will not be disappointed if you seek him out as a trainer/coach or take one of his fitness classes. In a word....HE'S THE BEST!!! If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

After suffering many years with a herniation in my lower back I decided to take action and go speak with Justin, he was super knowledgeable and came up with a great plan of attack for me and we got right at it. After about a month I noticed my pain starting to subside through the special custom routine he made for me to deal with my specific injury. Justin really knows the science behind exercise and also knows the body well and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

I've been a client of Patience & Consistency for almost five years. I've mainly trained with Justin in that time, and I've also trained with Ally. Both are awesome to work with! We've dealt with my knee issues and after that, a shoulder issue. I went from having almost constant knee pain and a very limited range of motion to being able to squat and walk stairs with little issue. We worked through a shoulder issue that impacted my daily life for over two years. I see Justin regularly every week. He keeps me moving, even on days that I don't think I have the motivation. He stresses functional movement during my workouts because that's what I'm looking for. But if you're looking for more intense workouts, he's got you covered there, too. And if you're looking for numbers: 53yo female. 5'3". Started at 200#, size 22/24W. now 165#. size 12/14. I lost inches before I ever dropped a pound. Ally was fantastic at helping me with the nutritional aspect. Reach out and make an appointment. You will not regret it!

Justin’s classes are the best workout I’ve ever done. They are always different and fun! He is so careful in his planning and makes modifications when needed. I’ve learned the proper form of how to use weights and how to have the proper body position too. He encourages and supports you all the way. I have never felt better and most importantly he is genuinely a nice , funny and helpful person who cares about each person and the gym is always super clean!
