This gym is really amazing. Probably one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I was driving from philly to NJ over the summer for this job because it has a variety of machines that you would not find at a regular gym: 2 pendulum squats, 3 hack squats, standing hip thrust machines, etc. However, the only thing I would suggest is including an assisted pull up machine for folks that can't do pull ups or struggle with pull ups in general.

Other than that, this gym is really great and if I am ever back in the area, I would sign up for this gym asap.

Great facility and great equipment. The owner caters to both bodybuilding and powerlifting groups. With equipment such as a competition eleiko bar, calibrated kg plates, and combo racks including a Tss rack. Alongside premium quality machines for bodybuilding.

I've been working out at PSA-Glassboro since it first opened. It's a fantastic facility. They spared no expense in their investment of the latest equipment and machines. There are new machines showing up regularly. Just this week, they added a sauna and two new latest model massage chairs.

The Best Gym in Glassboro, NJ, period. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Gyms can be intimidating, especially for those who don't know much about the equipment, like me, at 50+. PSA is different. Everyone is helpful and encouraging.

I train with Marco and can't say enough good things about the experience. We discuss not only my health goals but also nutrition and the synergies of how they work together to increase performance. Since my training started with Marco at Performance Strength Academy, I have lost 13 pounds of fat and replaced it with 15 pounds of muscle. I feel great and can't wait to get to the gym each morning. Marco's approach is strategic; he developed a workout plan for me. He pushes me beyond what I thought I could achieve, and the results speak for themselves.

The gym itself is full of equipment you don't see at other gyms. This is not your typical cookie-cutter gym. If you want to experience what a real gym should be like, I highly recommend you check out Performance Strength Academy; you won't be disappointed.

Best gym I have been a member of. Took advantage of a discounted offer to pay up front in 2025 and it was a steal. Even before that though at regular price, the atmosphere and vibrations are great. This is the place to go to be surrounded by talent if you want to step up your gym game. Staff is very nice and accommodating and they get to know you. Highly recommend just due to environment alone. Equipment and music are on 100!! Best decision I ever made was to join this gym!

I’ve been a member for about 4 months now. At 50 years old, I appreciate a real, no nonsense, hard core gym. A lot of thought was obviously put into the different sections of equipment and the arrangement as well. They’re is plenty of top notch equipment and I have never had to wait for anything. I also really like the homage to the armed services and the gym theme that is pro American 🇺🇸 I’m lucky that the sister location in Hamilton Township is also convenient for me as well. My boyfriend and I are coming from out of state and I enjoyed this gym. The gym has a great variety of equipment, a very nice layout and super clean! The guy at the front desk was great, gave us a nice breakdown of the equipment. Also the personal trainers (even though I didn’t interact) were very attentive to their clients. I wish I could pack this gym up and take it back to Myrtle Beach with me ☺️ Happy fitness days, will be back when visiting family again 🏋🏻‍♀️

Best Hypertrophy and Powerlifting Equipment under one roof in South Jersey. Atlantis and Prime are the two best equipment manufacturers available new today, and PSA has plenty of their pieces. They also have some other unique equipment and some solid Arsenal equipment. Owner and staff are very nice and welcoming, and the gym is very clean. I highly recommend this facility!

Performance Strength Academy hands down is the best gym around!!!! It’s super welcoming for all kind of athletes and people looking to exercise or work with great trainers. I’ve been with Lee for years training and HE IS THE BEST!!!!! PSA is by far my favorite gym I ever went to to work out!!!!

This place is amazing!! A ton of equipment I have never seen at other gyms! There is also an impressive amount of equipment. The staff are friendly and the gym is neat and clean! The trainers are great! I work with TeamBBL! Trainers Lee and Alyssa have been helping me by creating explosive and fulfilling workouts, as well as watching my nutrition and helping me count my macros! They both really care about each person’s individual process and always check in! They offer group and one on one training! I have truly called this gym my second home! I love it!
