Petal Pilates is a wonderful addition to Secaucus. The founder/instructor is welcoming and is great at making reformer pilates accessible to people who have never done it before, and helping you progress as you go. The space is clean, bright and has great energy. Looking forward to continuing to take classes!

My friends and I have been attending this newly opened Pilates program for the past few weeks, and it has been a wonderful experience. The studio offers a warm and welcoming environment with beautifully designed, calming decor that immediately puts you at ease. The instructor, Nat, is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about each participant’s progress and well-being. Every session leaves us feeling stronger, refreshed, and motivated.
This is my first time trying out Pilates and it exceded my expectations. I’ve always been open to try out new fitness opportunities and this checks off many areas I enjoy that meets my physical and mental needs. The place and instructor is a total package vibe!
We highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting Pilates experience.

I had a wonderful experience doing my first class yesterday definitely one of a kind. The atmosphere was amazing. The place is very clean. We started with meditation in the beginning then we went into intense training, which was very hard in the beginning, but then it felt really good after we were done the owner
Natalia had such great energy, giving everyone in the class attention like you’re working out one on one with a personal trainer, which was super . I will definitely come back next week and I would highly recommend if you were looking for one of a kind experience great customer service and a good workout to go to petal Pilates

I’ve been taking classes at Petal Pilates for the past two weeks, and I’m already obsessed! The space is absolutely beautiful — bright, clean, and so thoughtfully designed. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in.
Each class has been such a great balance of mobility, flexibility, strength, control, and mindfulness. The instructor, Nat, does an amazing job guiding everyone through proper form while still keeping things challenging and fun. I can already feel myself getting stronger, more flexible and with more energy. I look forward to every class.

It’s so exciting to have a studio like this in the area — everything from the atmosphere to the instruction is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an uplifting and effective Pilates experience!
