I love this studio! As a beginner in Reformer Pilates, I LOVE the small class size. With only 5 machines, the instructors can really pay attention and make sure your form is correct, and it's such a personalized experience. Love learning from Dana, JaneAnne, and Lauren, and I look forward to trying some of the other amazing instructors at some point.

Literally the best pilates studio in Bergen county. I have always struggled with working out consistently and enjoying my workouts. Pilates has completely transformed my mindset and my body. I cannot thank Dana, Lauren, Nyles, and JaneAnne enough for all the dedication and patience they have poured into each and every one of my workouts. As someone who was terrified to start pilates, they all welcomed me with open arms. They all take their time explaining the exercises as well as where your body placement should be (which is huge for someone like me who isn’t used to working out). Their motivation and friendliness during the sessions is something I am beyond grateful for. The studio is always so clean and the ambience is very calming. Thank you to Pilates by DTR and the entire team! Absolutely the best and the next pilates session, you should be at.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! I look forward to every single class. I truly have found a workout that I love and makes me feel good. With the classes being so small the instructors are really able to hone in on your form and skills. They notice even the small details and help you correct them. I leave feeling great and empowered. JaneAnne and Nyles put their heart and soul into the classes they teach. You can tell just by being in the room with them their passion for Pilates; they solely want to see you succeed! Every person that works at the studio greets you with a smile and asks how you are doing. It’s a small family they have here and make every client feel apart of it. In such a short span of time I have felt stronger and more confident in who I am. I have never witnessed my body transform so fast with a workout before and I owe it all to this Pilates studio and the instructors that guide me each class!

Gorgeous boutique Pilates studio - the instructors are all wonderful! I never was huge into Pilates but the classes here have me hooked! The instruction is really varied and effective - I love the core stability and strength work that goes into each session. Highly recommend!
