Simply, Christie is an extraordinary pilates instructor. She is constantly educating herself about new techniques and meets you exactly where you are. I started taking classes with her after a nearly 3 year break from exercising during the pandemic, and two years later I am strong and my body feels wonderful. She can provide an effective, positive-feeling workout whether you are a size 2 or 22, 18 years old or 88.
Her level of precision is incredible and she is empathetic while still ensuring you work to your full potential. She can also help with injuries or bodies that may need extra care due to a range of reasons. On top of all that, she’s a delightful person. I feel so lucky that I found her!

I began to do the Pilates with Christie in 2000 and enjoy my every session since then. What is the big difference what I had in the health club before for 3 years! I was amazed about the diversity of equipment in Christie's studio. Christie pays very personal attention to my needs or sometimes body's problem and often works as physiotherapist with me. Her knowledge of body anatomy amazed me as well. Every session she made something new with me and it never getting bored for me. Every time after the exercise with Christie I feel full of energy in my body and the relaxation in my mind.

Christie has helped me a lot as her client for
more than 3 years. Her first question before each session is “How are you?”;meaning “How does your body feel today?”
On days when you’re not feeling well, you complain about some discomfort.
She works with you to alleviate any pain or discomfort that bothers you
. Then you leave her studio taller and feeling great.

Christie has a deep understanding of body mechanics and a keen eye for proper form, which has made a huge difference in my practice. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing you to improve while maintaining a supportive and motivating environment.

I am so grateful that I found out about the Pilates Path studio here in West Windsor. Christie is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how to correct its misalignments. I have been working with Christie for over a year. Her studio is well equipped and offers a very soothing environment. Each session starts with an understanding of how you, the client, are feeling physically and if there are any areas of concern. Workouts are always tailored to the person. Christie is extremely knowledgeable and is always up to date on any new techniques. You will absolutely love her and the way you feel when you leave. I always feel like I am walking on air!

Christie’s Pilates Path is a fantastic find! She is incredibly knowledgeable and works with individuals at all levels. Each session is geared to improve and challenge each person’s level. The studio has all of the best equipment with strict cleaning procedures in place for safety. TEN out of TEN stars if five is the highest!

A session at Pilates Path is a WONDERFUL way to spend and hour. It is a sparkling clean private studio with all of the latest new equipment and props. I found Christie's ability to structure a semi-private for two people at different levels remarkably fluid and cost effective too!!

Lovely and comfortable room with all the Pilates accouterments. Christe is great working with your level making the session comfortable but a workout. Then there is the dog. He is so adorable that he adds to the session. Marcella S.
