Cinnaminson has the worst customer service. Employees at this location are either rude, do not know how to resolve membership issues, don’t answer the phone or if they do tell you call back later.

I called the Moorestown location. They were able to transfer my membership on the spot, resolve my membership issue immediately and provided a follow up call.

Great value, can't beat $15/month. Love all the new equipment and the option to schedule with the trainer included with the membership fee. The trainer, Eric, was able to show me how to use the equipment I was too scared to try on my own. I go during the day and the gym is always clean. The manager, Mindy, does the work of two people, she is constantly cleaning the equipment and the bathroom. The only downside is that the gym gets a little crowded in the summer from high schoolers using the free summer pass (good for them, bad for me because I have to wait to use some more popular machines). Otherwise, no complaints.

Has good equipment and ok vibes, a lot of creepy old dudes stare at you while you work out but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll probably stick to Cherry Hills location, a lot less weird looks. A lot more diverse crowd also compared to Cinnaminson’s crowd.

“No Benches in the Squat Rack” area policy just implemented. PF gyms don’t seem to care about traditional Barbell work like bench presses. They lack bench press racks and don’t let you use the power racks with benches due to a District Manager saying so. Good gym besides that but ruined for me. This is the only one with Power Racks out of the 3 near me and now it’s half as useful. Ruined chest day.

The gym was clean and orderly. Everything was laid out well and I could find all the equipment I needed without much fuss. The staff was nice and helpful. I go to Eric every week - three times a week so we can do an arm, leg, and core day and I always feel like he gives me the attention I need to succeed at becoming stronger and a better version of myself. Would highly suggest doing a class once a week to learn the basics.

Planet Fitness is a great local gym and it has everything that you would need to get your fitness on! The first month when I joined was free and then the price is the usual gym rate but I think it’s cheaper for students and seniors. So I think you’ll like that it would s in a great location and it’s a gym that is very clean. The only other thing I don’t like are the hours, but I don’t like the hours for any facility or store now since Covid hit us some years ago. Because every place seems to close early and gyms are not open like they used to be like 24 hours, because I work late and I would go to the gym after work which could be 1 am or 4 am depending on the day. But now your lucky is a place is open til 10 pm. But that’s just me probably. Overall you’ll be happy jointing this gym!

This location in particular, is very well managed.
They keep clean floors, and they maximize on the use of technology to provide all of the amenities, like the hydro chairs and massage chairs. I've never been here and it's been too crowded to work out, and they have all of the equipment I desire to use.

Was there on Sunday Morning. I am a black card holder & normally I go to the Port Richman location but was in Jersey & stopped at this location. They lady at the desk was so rude like I was bothering her because she had to manually set up my tanning. I did #3. The room was absolutely disgusting. When I was leaving I said goodbye & have a nice day & the lady did not even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Very poor customer service. Another time clock puncher!!!

I canceled my membership to another gym and went to my local planet fitness instead. The cost was a huge factor. The facility is clean and I can usually get in an hour workout without having to wait too long for certain machines. I usually wrap up my workout by going to one of the massage chairs which is very beneficial. Being a black card member I see that there are also work out apps which I am looking to try soon. The only downside is that I wish they had a bigger area to stretch in.

I had a horribly unprofessional experience trying to cancel my membership. I was not able to go to the gym for months due to medical reasons after my transition from the military.

I was lied to by the general manager Naldy and told if I did not pay my balance it could potentially go to collections And that the gym can contact my bank requesting my personal information In order to report my information to collections. My bank said this is false information.

I was given the wrong number for the regional manager by the general manager or it just happened to not work when I called. And when I read the planet fitness contract and referred to their medical clause I was informed by the general manager that it’s up to the individual gym on whether they want to go through with canceling it, whether or not I provide a doctors note informing them of my medical limitations.

All of my payments were current up to that month, I just wanted to cancel my membership and felt it is reasonable since I hadn’t been going to the gym for months anyways.

I’m very disappointed I had to take multiple trips to resolve this issue. And they never called me when they canceled the membership. I had to travel to the gym again just to find out. My experience with the general manager Naldy was such a disrespectful unethical experience and emotionally traumatizing.

My experience with the other associates was positive. And they have always exceeded my expectations.
