Warning: this gym is a scam. I got a membership at my local planet fitness, I was planning to tan for an upcoming trip. When I joined, I wasn’t told anything about computer systems being down or not being able to tan or a recent renovation or anything. I just thought I was getting a membership to a gym to tan period. After signing up for the membership, they let me know that the computers are “down” Due to their recent renovation. Being patient and understanding I left and figured I would stop back when I could To get my tanning done. Next time I come by, they tell me the computers still aren’t working correctly. A week or two later, getting closer and closer to my trip, I stopped back again, and the computers are still Down and I am unable to tan. Not only was this membership a waste of time and of a monthly membership fee, but they still managed to charge me $50 for an annual fee on a membership I never even got to use! I certainly tried to contact customer service quietly to resolve this issue, but of course I never got a response. Buyer beware

Dude, it is absolutely true what they say about planet fitness, they are the worst. Recently moved here and this was the closest gym for me to get to after work - I thought, “a gym is a gym” but, no.

Planet Fitness is extraordinarily bad. They are the worst gym I have ever been to They have kids coming in to hang out with each other while they sit on the bench’s and prevent others from working out - the staff just sit behind the desk with their hands in their pocket and let it ride, but god forbid you grunt, drop your weights, or even add too much weight.

The paper towel dispensers are REGULARLY empty - Leaving you to search for one that isn’t empty just so you can wipe your equipment down, all while your trying to get to your next set.

The app ALWAYS says the gym is empty/not busy and it’s ALWAYS wrong.

There’s plenty of treadmills to use, but a lot of them are broken.

There’s barely ANY weight training equipment, the pickings are slim.

The bathrooms/locker rooms are disgusting.

Google says this location is open and 24 hours. It’s not 24 hours and today it wasn’t open at all, I had to go to the other location in Vineland - same crap, planet fitness as a whole is just a bad gym overall.

This gym is awful, go somewhere else.

Staff were extremely rude and broke federal law with all the questions they had about my service animal which is illegal in itself and then they asked me to provide proof. Again the only thing you can ask is what that animal is trained to do to help you. I ended up leaving bc it was too much of a hassle and I will not be going back to the 1 in mt laurel nj

Bald black guy with glasses, who works in morning exhibited unprofessional conduct towards my friend and I one morning. If it happens again, I will call corporate and I will explore filing a lawsuit as my friend had informed he's behaved in that manner before. Planet Fitness has the best monthly rates in the Millville area. It was very busy when I visited Planet Fitness. I had to park about 10 cars back in the parking lot. The gym is clean and the customers were very friendly when I went there. Most of the exercise equipment was attended to, but Planet Fitness is a very large gym. The employees were in such a great mood. I really enjoyed my time at Planet Fitness, but I wasn't there long. This is a good gym to go to and is located in such a good place. I do recommend Planet Fitness to anyone interested in a gym membership I would have given 5 stars, but it was very packed and parking was tough to find.I had plans and couldn't exercise for a long time. I didn't want to leave because I was enjoying my time. My friends were also at Planet Fitness and they were happy to be there also

I checked in and it said thanks in my name, but then was told I couldn’t do anything without going and getting my drivers license never had to do that before then went to tanning first place the tanning room doors do not lock. I chose the full amount it shut off in four min. And couldn’t do nothing about it because I’ve already tan for the day it said. The bottom of the tanning room door has a screw sticking out about 2 inches. Hopefully no one accidentally kicks it and cuts her toe. And let’s not forget when I first got there the two behind the counter was talking shit out loud so I could hear it about people that were new and not knowing what they were doing. I travel all over the United States is the reason why I choose planet fitness and this is definitely the worst one I’ve ever been to.

I have been a member of this club for a number of years and the staff is friendly and attentive working diligently to maintain the the cleaniness of the space as well as the safe operation of all the equipment. When a piece of equipment requires repair it is always done in a timely manner. Where I feel the operation of Millville Planet Fitness falls short is the reduced operating hours. What once was a 24/7 operation has been reduced to a 24/4 operation with Tuesday - Friday of the week having 24 hours of operation and Monday's opening at 5:00 AM. Many Planet Fitness clubs still operate on a 24/7 basis but weekend days (Sat/Sun) starting at 7:00 AM are inconvient and basically create a very late start those days. I would suggest at least a 5:00 AM start on weekends. As I said, I am very pleased with every other aspect, except for the weekend hours of the club, and would recommend joining without hesitation to anyone who would ask me my opinion in that regard.

Great fitness center. The manager Duke is a hands-on boss. He ensures that the gym is always clean and his workers are actively involved. Duke is always walking the foot greeting his clients and answering their questions. He offers workout advice and knows everyone’s name. I feel part of a family.

I travel a lot all around the US for work and I’ve visited many Planet Fitness, I usually go to Planet Fitness in Canada as well… and believe me this is the CLEANEST one. Specially restrooms are perfect clean, and it’s a very nice gesture to put hand towels next to each one of the sinks. People like Alex need to be always recognized and awarded. Very nice guy. Hidden fees, totally not worth the hassle. I’d rather find a private gym than let this greedy place put their hands in my account. They wouldn’t let me close my account and continued to raise the prices until it was paid. They charged me all kinds of fees, an annual fee, a monthly fee and one to sign up. There is no one time 10 dollar sign up fee. They continue to bombard you with fees and they won’t let you close your account once you owe them late fees, instead they continue to jack up the prices and fees. I reported this pit of a company to the BBB a long time ago. Pay your dues or they’ll make you literally pay for it and regret it. And if you’re going to take the time to sign up, be sure you know how many times they’re going to charge you and how much. Would give zero if it would let me.

Oh my gosh, can we just take a minute to talk about how amazing Planet Fitness is? I mean, these guys seriously know how to make a gym experience enjoyable. First off, the staff. They're so nice and welcoming, it's like walking into a warm hug. And don't even get me started on the Total Body Contour class. It's basically like getting a massage while doing squats. Who wouldn't want that?

But let's talk about the real MVP here: cleanliness. I don't know who's in charge of maintenance, but they deserve a medal. I've honestly never seen a gym so sparkling clean. It's like they hired a team of obsessive-compulsive germs to come in and sanitize every inch of the place. And as someone who's mildly germophobic, I truly appreciate it.

And let's not forget the best part: the price. Planet Fitness is like the Dollar Tree of gyms. Except instead of a bunch of weird off-brand products, you get top-notch equipment and amenities for a fraction of the cost. Plus, they have free pizza days. Yes, you read that right. You can work out and then immediately reward yourself with a slice of cheesy goodness.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a high-quality gym experience, Planet Fitness is the place to be. Trust me, I'll definitely be back.

Its clean and the lighting pretty. Good location and always fully stocked. Staff is super nice and their machine are never broke or are repaired fast. Can get busy but that is just because it a popular gym. Not very likely your stuff will get stolen if you leave it in the lockers without a lock but i would recommend to get a lock or buy one there just incase because the lockers dont have buildt in locks. If you like to work out alone or workout with a partner this place is friendly to both. The people who go here as members are nice too and mostly keep to themselves but its a nice community and people even help you with your form sometimes.

I just wanted to convey my appreciation to all the staff at the Millville NJ location. I’ve been a member for some time now and I’m utterly amazed of how vigilant the staff is towards the cleanliness and care of the facility. I workout at all different times of the day and the staff is constantly cleaning, restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining the equipment. Furthermore, I am always greeted with smiles when I arrive and wished we’ll every time I leave. All are pleasant and encouraging and everyone conducts themselves in a professional manner. It is apparent there’s a sense of pride and camaraderie among the staff working at this location. For me, that creates a very positive and upbeat environment. You simply can’t ask for a more enjoyable atmosphere to exercise in and I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way. A++ for all you efforts. Blessings to each of you and thank you very much!

The new equipment & upgrades are nice. However, I do not like facing a wall while working out or wagging my back side facing people (Torso rotation & Calf extension). Hand sanitizer & disinfectant need to be placed at every cleaning station (including locker rooms). We must all remain diligent in good, safe hygiene practice as we approach colder weather.
