One of the best gyms I’ve been to by far! It’s clean, spacious and never too crowded. The staff is friendly and I can see myself being a regular here. There are a variety of machines available that are in top notch condition.

The only reason I can’t give this PF 5 stars is because of the lack of free weights available and the paper towel situation in the bathroom. There have been a few instances where the weight I needed wasn’t available. For the size of the gym I would love to see another rack of maybe 3 lb- 20 lbs weights. While the women’s locker room is immaculate, there is no paper towel dispenser on the walls. Therefore a paper towel rolls are left of the sink counter and is often very wet.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend this location. Would just love to see a paper towel dispenser in the bathroom!!

Apparently, for those whose home office isn't Moorestown, and a black card member, 10 is the limit one can "remotely" check in, even thought their advertisement etc is anywhere in the world, unlimited etc. this is a gym... I was told to go back to home office ( out of state) , 1600 miles away, to check in there, to work out. What the shit. Bait and switch eh? Been a member for a long time.

This is undoubtedly the finest Planet Fitness I have ever frequented. The staff, particularly Sam, Fred, and Wonder, are exceptionally welcoming each time I enter. It feels like reuniting with an old friend on every visit. The facility is well-maintained, and all the equipment is in excellent condition. I have strong reservations about ever switching gyms.

I've been going to this planet fitness a few times a week for the last year or so. For the price, you really can't beat it, and at my current level, there really isn't much in the way of equipment that I wish they had.

Staff is consistently friendly and welcoming and keeps this gym plenty clean and organized. Fred, in particular, is exceptional. I had only been going there maybe a month, and he already learned my name and took it upon himself to check me in automatically whenever I arrive. I have a feeling he does this for everyone and that I think goes a long way towards making this gym a welcoming place to be.

The gym does get busy some days (especially Monday), and that can make it difficult to get equipment, but I'm not sure what else they can do to address that beside expanding the space somehow. There is a lot of housing being built in the area, so that may be a bigger problem in the future. It would be nice if they could increase the hours or ideally make this 24x7. Other than that, I'm happy with being a member here.

Wack hours. Planet fitness is a bad gym but 24/7 availability and low prices have always led me to keep a black card membership. I travel a lot and love being able to visit a planet fitness any time of day anywhere in the country. This one closes at 10pm during the week and 7pm on the weekends and I’ve pulled a few times to a closed gym because I was used to having the opportunity to go at any time.

Great gym. Planet fitness won't have things like a basketball court, racquetball court, pool, classes, etc. So I can't give it a five. But the low price for membership reflects that. It's clean, has nice equipment that is pretty much always in working order, great staff, and spacious. Just a really nice environment to work out. Can't really ask for much more.

I’ve been going to this gym since it opened in 2021 and still go here because of how much I love it. It is always organized, clean, and quiet, where I can get on the machines I want without having to wait. Over the years I’ve constantly seen new employees and everyone I’ve interacted with was great. The current employees are so welcoming, warm, personable, kind, and friendly, which makes it an even better atmosphere and experience. It always makes my day seeing Wonder, Fred, Eric, Shaz, Meghan, and the other friendly and familiar faces I see daily at this location!

My sister and I were in the gym on Saturday. We witnessed a young lady getting harassed by one of your staff members who we later found out his name was Fred and said was the assistant manager. He made a scene by screaming at this small young lady and told her to leave the gym because of her attitude. Which from what we seen, she was calm and seemed to cause no issue. We later seen two security guards come in and escort her out the gym. I have never witnessed or experienced someone getting removed and kicked out of the gym from an assumed “attitude”. Fred assumed this attitude in an establishment that preaches that it is a “no judgment free zone”. Hopefully she is able to see this message and knows that we all saw what happened and should seek legal action.

I’m giving the gym1 star in the hope it will make an impact because when I joined, I did so because it was clean, friendly, well equipped , and hopping. The music pumped me up every time I walked in. Treadmill was actually enjoyable wth the pumped up music! The last few weeks it’s like a meditation room. NO MUSIC or so low volume that it’s unhearable unless you are in the locker room and no one is talking. Seriously, who runs a silent gym?? I’m done asking the staff to turn up the music. It’s not the client’s job to make the gym a gym. It’s still clean , friendly and well equipped , but it’s a poor atmosphere for working out.

Most of the staff are super friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful. A big hello, warm smile and great eye contact as you swipe in your member card. The star of the team is WONDER ... yes that's her name! She sparkles and makes sure the entire studio sparkles, too. I always know when she's been there because everything is clean and fresh. I do like this gym and the location. Some of the equipment such as the Smith machines are dated and old. The calf machine seat adjustment is constantly broken and does not work properly. This is another old machine. Some of the equipment is newer but some is older compared to locations in Pennsylvania. The franchisee should invest in new equipment but that would obviously cost money. Overall, I do like this location and I have been to many.

My husband and I joined this gym a few years ago and it was great with the manager Scott and his staff. Since he left a few months ago, the management and gym has gone down tremendously! Dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper in the bathrooms even at 5am, people sit on the Smith machines on their cell phones for over 20 minutes OR they bring dumbells over and are doing super sets and abs exercises. Either way you're out using any of their Smith machines. Let's not forget, NONE of the equipment is maintenenced properly, there's all dirt coated around the Smiths so they do not glide smoothly! For having 3 or 4 staff members sitting on the counters when you walk in, that club should be immaculate. Members can apparently walk behind the desk at anytime to retrive my husband's back bars to use that he would keep there for everyone to use but apparently when he walks behind the counter due to an employee his membership gets revoked....and they have the guts to charge him another month!!! I will never ever return to THIS location again and if I could I would give no stars! Very unprofessional!

This gym used to be great until new management took over that last 2 months. The bathrooms have been filthy with zero toilet paper. Trash cans constantly filled with overflowing trash. The young kids at the front desk have no manners and sit on the counters where you check in at and laugh at you if you say something. Horrible how much this gym changed. No stars.

I was visiting from Florida and didn’t have my key card, and the app. malfunctioned ,not having installed my bar code.
Eric went above and beyond by calling the Florida club and obtaining the bar code and installing it into the app.
I am able to enjoy all the benefits of this club which is huge in size, spotless clean, with new equipment. The staff cleaned and worked as a team when I worked out.

This is my preferred PF in the area. Brand new equipment and almost everything has its own TV. The lockers are newer so you can program the locks instead of bringing a padlock. I like that the water fountain is made specifically for bottles. A little on the crowded side, but attached to the mall so there is plenty of parking. Always clean and staff is always friendly.

Solid gym for a great price. I got the black card membership so I use 3 or 4 of em in the area, every one of them are very clean. There are dopes here that use their phones right next to the signs saying not to do that, but that's a societal problem not just here. Everyone thinks they are too important to follow the rules. The staff are friendly and everything is kept pretty clean and orderly. One thing with this location since it is physically in the mall, the parking lot is also the mall parking lot and it can get filled up very quickly, especially around the holidays as I'm noticing. Sometimes I have to park all the way out by Route 38 to find a spot at 5:00 p.m. when I get off work. Now I'm coming to the gym to get exercise so if I have to walk a quarter mile to get into the gym, it's not necessarily a bad thing but it isn't the most fun when it's pouring down rain or when the temperature start getting colder but that's not really anything they have the ability to change.

I have been coming to this gym for about 4 months now and there are two things that I think would make an improvement not only to this club but Planet Fitness in general.

First, I wish Planet Fitness would have accessible a full equipment list for each facility. I have a Black Membership and have gone to different locations and notice that different locations have different pieces of equipment. It will be great if you could log on to the app or from a PC and get a full list of everything that location has to offer and maybe even a map showing where the pieces of equipment are within the facility. This would be very helpful for people so that they can plan out their routines in an efficient manner. I have been coming here as I said for 4 months and just the other day came across a piece of equipment that I never noticed before.

Next, the amount of cardio equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, etc far outstrips the quantity of strength training machines, yet every time I use the gym I notice that almost all of the strength training machines are constantly being used and most of the time the cardio stuff is around 25% of the equipment being used and the rest is just sitting there taking up space. A number of the strength training machines are in duplicates which is helpful if I've that you need is being used but there are some machines that are the only one in the entire facility, or machines that this location simply does not have at all. It would be nice if Planet Fitness would sell off maybe a third of their cardio equipment and use that floor space for additional strength training machines. That's just my observation of coming into this gym 3 to 5 days a week for the last 4 months and seeing what machines get used and which ones don't.

All in all, I think this is a great run location and again you cannot beat Planet Fitness monthly premiums even if you go with the Black Membership, it's still cheaper than the cheapest membership you can get at almost any other gym, just be aware if you are more weight training focused that they may not have all that you're looking for.

Overall ok, low population. Because of COVID19 it’s good, but over the past few weeks, has been opening late. I drive 15 mins distance to sit in the parking lot and the opener is late not 5 mins but 15 mins late. This has happened 3 times in the past few weeks. No need to call because it’s one excuse after the other. I work and have a business and work full time. They wont open 24 hours but still charge the same fees and don’t open on time. I’m tired of it. In relation to your response, I’m very aware of the hours of operation!! During the week it’s supposed to be open at 5 am and it’s not! There are no concerns I need to address…. I’ve attempted to address them previously and there are always excuses yet there are still mornings where the gym isn’t opened on time. No 24 hrs and it’s still not opened on time. Who wants to stay and wait 15 mins or more… not knowing what time it will open. So, I leave and go to another PF… unreal. Looks like there is another review where this has been an issue dated months ago. Black card, unable to work out on time, no 24 hours.. still charging the same fees…. Bad business ….

This is my second time coming to this location and I very much enjoy it. Different machines which target different muscle groups. But in a world where we live in touch less, from automatic doors, sinks, soaps pretty much everything I'm surprised that this and other NJ locations don't have automatic or pull down paper towels. You have a roll of paper towels in which everyone touches them. But we want to be cautious with check ins with temperatures but I could still be in contact with it on the paper towels. Just an idea that locations, especially this one should look into
