When it was time for me to sign up for a gym, I did my homework and checked out all of the gyms in my area. Hands down, this was the most welcoming place. Ben, had me sold on this gym even though I was not initially open to a gym that didn't have classes. He really listened to what my needs were and eventually formulated a workout plan for me. It is great knowing that there is a team here that enjoys what they're doing and is really here to help. They keep this gym very clean and other patrons only had good things to say even when I prodded and was looking for complaints. I even toured this gym during the busiest hours just to see how busy it would get and it didn't seem uncomfortably crowded. And I am thrilled that there are so many planet fitness locations so that I can even work out when I travel to visit family. Thank you Ben and also Dan and Bridget who were helpful in getting me back into the gym!

I've been going to this gym since it opened and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and smiling I usually see Ben or Dan on the days I go and they always greet people and say goodbye on anyone way in or out. Womens bathroom is usually tidy I have never experienced an issue there, and the gym, I general is clean.

I go frequently and the staff is always making their rounds filling paper towel dispenser. When im able to go during the day I see them vacuuming or mopping if there aren't many people in the gym. I've been a member of the YMCA and have gone to retro fitness and Orange Theory. Very different, and they are good too, but always find that I want to keep my gym membership with planet fitness.

I’ve been going to planet fitness gym for about 4 1/2 years. I was going to Rockaway location. I switched to morris plan location. Best move. I made place is super clean. Equipment is up-to-date and perfect but most important. The staff one of your employees Ben goes out of his way. to clean every single time I come here he’s very friendly very knowledgeable. This is the best gym I've ever been a member of. Now I'm biased because I've been coming to planet fitness for 10 years but prior to coming up planet fitness when I moved to the area almost 20 years ago I was going to other. I live in Wharton but prefer the Parsippany location to that in Rockaway. Not only is the equipment available newer, they have more convenient sanitizing stations. I do the circuit and have NEVER had any problems using all the machines whereas in Rockaway, a lot of them are taken up by people who use them as a seat while they text! Another thing that Rockaway doesn’t have is Ben and Sam! They are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met! They always help with any questions I have and ask even though I’m not a member yet but just a guest. Once I’m able to get back to work (had open heart surgery, sepsis and my spine fused last year spending 3 months in the hospital) I am making this location my home gym. Thank you Planet Fitness of Parsippany, y’all are the best!

My (not-so) hidden gem! Planet’s are usually incredibly busy in the hours that I like to go, but this one hasn’t ever gotten to that point for me so I can have a smooth workout. The amenities are great and the equipment is so clean, and the employees are so kind and will do their best to make your experience great! New machines in house. Often they run offers for joining. Not so crowded. Definitely cleaner than few other gyms I had been to. And maintenance of gym equipment is good, again, comparing with other gyms.
Hydromassage, massage chairs are some fun things to try after workout.
Bridget is a very helpful staff. Helped us set up the guest pass and try out the black card options.

I wish they had not increased the price from $10 per month to $15 directly. That is technically a 50% increase. But, still the budget friendly gym around my place.

Rockaway used to be my home gym, but now I'm making Morris Plains my go-to gym from now on. Yes, it's smaller in size than Rockaway. But Morris Plains is cleaner, and the combination adductor/abductor machines sold me! Plus, it's not as crowded than Rockaway. I also don't have to wait as long as Rockaway for a machine, and I like that. And it's way easier to find a nearby cleaning station with spray.

This is the best planet fitness ever! Every time I come I feel welcome and encouraged. Ben brings such a great attitude and energy to this gym. He says hello and goodbye to everyone and always cleans up the equipment with a smile on his face!

Love this gym and it lives up to the Judgement Free Zone PF wants to provide. Ben and Dan are great at what they do, along with the rest of the staff that has provided great feedback, maintained a great, clean gym space, and have assisted me in signing up other friends and family. Appreciate yall!

I've been going to Planet Fitness in Morris Plains for the past 2 years , and it's hands-down the best gym experience I've ever had. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there's a great variety for every type of workout—from weightlifting to cardio to functional training.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Whether I had a question about form or needed help adjusting a machine, someone was always available and happy to help. Shoutout to Ben and Hannah! They are super motivating and very friendly.
