The best school, everyone is super non judgmental. The students who come here are all so supportive of one another. No one looks at you with any kind of scrutiny it sets the environment to learn. The owner Jen is a beast, super knowledgeable and will make sure you learn everything by the book and fast! She really challenges you and I really attribute my progression to her. Honestly all of the instructors are great! Totally hand picked they all have something they are badass at. The events and community building that happens here is amazing I'm really going to miss this studio it was a pleasure, I know I will never find one like it again.

Took a class today with 2 of my close friends. We have never done a pole dancing class and so we were super nervous. However, our instructor, Frenchi was sooo good at making us feel comfortable. We had a ball. Her confidence and encouragement made us feel like we could accomplish anything. ✨️ the studio was clean, atmosphere was great and really cant recommend Frenchi enough. I want to move like her. amazing!

For context, I have been a student at P2P on and off for 12 years since they first opened. The offerings just keeps getting better and better.

Atmosphere:
The teachers and staff go above and beyond to offer high-quality classes. Class sizes are perfect—small enough that you receive personalized attention and genuine care from every teacher.

Value:
There are so many classes offered—7 days a week, even on holidays! I can't think of any other place that provides such variety and consistency. It’s an incredible value.

Cleanliness:
The studio is spotless. The floors, mirrors, and restrooms are clearly cleaned daily—everything always looks fresh and well cared for.

Support:
There’s a beautiful, positive, and confidence-building energy here. The teachers, students, and overall vibe all radiate a “YES YOU CAN” attitude. There’s no competition, no gossip—just kindness, support, and genuine happiness to be around one another.

What I especially love is the non-competitive, inclusive atmosphere. People of all levels—whether brand new or longtime practitioners, super flexible or just beginning—feel welcome and encouraged. Whether you’re young or older, you’ll feel like you belong.

Strength:
Every class is thoughtfully designed to build strength and flexibility. You’ll get a fantastic full-body workout while also building confidence and inner strength.

Ease of Booking:
The app is so user-friendly. You can view all your bookings, plan classes weeks in advance, and receive excellent reminders. And if you need to cancel, it’s as simple as tapping a button. Everything about it is easy and stress-free.

As a student at this incredible studio, I can’t say enough good things about the classes! What makes them truly special is how much passion and artistry are infused into every session. The focus on exotic style, hoops, and tribal vibes creates such a unique and empowering experience—I’ve never felt so connected to my own strength and creativity.

The instructors are amazing: supportive, inspiring, and full of energy that keeps you motivated from start to finish. They push you to achieve things you never thought possible while making the process feel exciting and fun.

Every class is a mix of skill-building, self-expression, and pure joy. It’s more than just dance—it’s a journey of growth and empowerment. If you’re looking for a studio that makes you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable, this is it!

Please DO NOT listen to the negative reviews!!!!! I recently came here for an Intro to Pole Class with Tina and had an amazing experience. Had I listened to the negative reviews, I certainly would’ve missed out.

I had a positive experience from the very beginning. I called to get some information and there was no answer so I left a voicemail. Within a few minutes, Jen texted my phone with all the info I needed to sign up for a class. The process was quick and I was able to sign up online.

I took a class on a Sunday afternoon. The studio is very nice. It’s on a Main Street, but I was able to find parking very easily. The studio has 3 rooms from what I saw. They have great professional grade X-Poles that are LONG! I love this because it’s a lot easier to learn certain transitions on longer poles and overall just more fun when learning climbs, inversions, etc. They use 45mm poles in the studio. I believe there is only one bathroom but it was very CLEAN which I appreciated.

Tina taught the class and she is a true professional and a great instructor. I have taken several other pole dancing classes and I can say that Tina has been one of the better instructors I’ve encountered. She stresses proper technique when teaching which is so important and not always emphasized enough. I pole danced for years, but I haven’t taken a class in a long time so she helped me clean up a lot of the basics. We surprisingly covered a lot in just one hour. I was impressed. We did introductions, a warm up, learned floor work, spins, and a climb. It was so much fun. Tina is such a beautiful spirit both inside and out and I appreciated her transparency about her pole dancing journey. I found her fun, relatable, and easy to talk to. A huge thanks to Tina for helping out my friend, Kenny and me.

I’d also like to mention that Jen, followed up with me after I took my class to see how my experience was. This was the type of customer service that I live for. This place is such a gem! New Jersey is lucky to have you.

I hesitated to write a review of this place, as the teacher and students were so friendly and welcoming. But I think that my review will be helpful to others so I'll try to be as objective as possible.

I bought one class called "invert lab" after reading the description and confirming it was on my level. When I got there, the studio was locked and I had to wait out on the street and go to the bathroom at a gas station because they wouldn't let me in until the class started because they had no waiting area. I think they're charging too high a price for a single class (39) if they have almost no amenities. They only have one bathroom for the 15 people inside the studio, including students, teachers, and others like front desk people.

When I did get to go in a few minutes before class started, the front desk associate told me I needed intro to pole upon looking at me, not thinking to ask about my experience. I had to convince her to let me into a class where we only worked on choppers, crucifixes, shoulder dismounts, all things I felt completely comfortable with after doing pole for two years. I thought it was unprofessional for them to make the assumption that I didn't know anything at all and in fact insist upon that.

The warm up was mostly things like jumping jacks, squats, burpees, things to heat you up, but NO stretching. I found that to be irresponsible, as doing pole with no stretching beforehand leads to injuries inevitably. I left with a wrist strain and a few pulled muscles, something that rarely happens to me during or after a class. If I did another class at this studio I'd have to do my own stretching before the class outside on the sidewalk.

The fact that the class wasn't really much teaching and more being told to do different things in a routine that most students already knew about shows a lack of creativity on the teachers part. I realize it's tempting to get into a routine, but this is the mark of a 20 dollar class, not a 40 dollar one. Students are all paying this large sum of money to the studio, then the studio has the responsibility to provide an engaging class where they can learn something new and different. It's so nice when it does happen, and always a let down when it doesn't. For this class, it may have been better to have part of the class be routine, and at least one part be everyone learning something new that the teacher came up with for that particular lesson.

I love coming to this fitness center. All of the instructors are amazing, patient, and supportive. They show you that by applying yourself and dedication that you can surpass whatever goals you may have. This place is very professional and the app is a great and easy way to stay in communication and updated. The owner, Jen, is passoniate about pole and wants all her students to reach their fullest potential before moving on. I would definitely recommend this pole fitness center!

My wife has been a regular at Pole to Pole for months now. She really loved the instructor (Jen) and the classes, but Jen has cancelled on her at the last minute on at least 15 separate occasions in the past 2 months. We finally gave up and are done with this studio. We will take our business elsewhere.

One time, my wife had to cancel and was charged the full amount of the class. But Jen has cancelled over 15 times while we were ON OUR WAY there (The studio is an HOUR away from our house). One time, she didn't even bother to let us know, and when my wife showed up, the door was locked and Jen never responded until 2 hours later when we were already back home.

The most unprofessional trainer we have dealt with! Don't waste your time or money, find a different studio that is actually a professionally run business!

I would definitely recommend. I was there last saturday for a private party. Our instructer Jennifer was amazing. She was very professional and polite and gave amazing words of encouragement. The atmosphere was fun and wasn't to serious. I usually am not the type to try pole dancing but this is something that I would love to do again.
Thanks Jennifer for the experience.

I confirmed for a Sunday introductory class earlier in the week. When I showed up the location was closed. I made a phone call and they told me the class was cancelled since no one confirmed - albeit I had email confirmation. I haven't been back since, I was looking forward to the class but this turned me off and I haven't tried again.
