About the Club

Power Core Studio is a new Megaformer studio in Middletown, NJ. Based on the Lagree Method, classes are focused on this precision focused exercise designed to powerfully strengthen, tighten and tone muscles effectively and efficiently, while minimizing strain on joints, connective tissues and the spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. Get ready to shake, sweat and feel the burn!

Joining Power Core Studio has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I told myself I’d just try one class. One trial class with Amanda was all it took— right after class I said, how do I sign up? Thanks to her, I was hooked. Then I tried classes with Nikki and Laurel - became even more hooked

The instructors - especially Amanda, Nikki, and Laurel are next level. They don’t just teach, they coach. They push you with intention, correct your form, motivate you, and make you want to fight for that last inch. Not to mention their great music. Each class gets harder — but in a good way — because you’re getting stronger.

What makes it even better is the community. The energy in every class is unreal — strong, supportive women and men who show up for themselves. No ego, no judgment — just people committed to themselves.

Power Core Studio has completely changed me — not just physically but mentally.

Every class pushes me in the best way possible. Just when I think I’ve hit my limit, I discover I’m capable of more. It’s challenging, it burns, and it humbles you — but the results are real.

If you’re even thinking about trying Lagree — come to Power Core and do it! It might just become the best thing you ever do for yourself too. 💪🔥

I recently started taking classes at Power Core. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! Diane responded extremely quickly to all of my emails and suggested packages that would work for my schedule. Great packages for teachers;) She is very professional and kind.

When I walked in, I was greeted by the Lisa, she was friendly and helpful. The studio is warm with an inviting atmosphere. It is beautifully designed, clean, and well-organized! They offer so many classes to fit everyone’s schedules.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and supportive. As a beginner, they took the time to explain each exercise. They even provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate, regardless of their skill level. I appreciate how they offer personalized feedback. This has really helped me improve my form. The classes are fun and challenging .

As a woman over forty who was bored with the traditional gym workouts & peloton, this place has helped me strengthen physically and mentally. One class at a time, I am achieving new fitness goals. I can’t wait for my next class!
If you’re looking for a great studio with different type of workout I highly recommend trying a class!

“Of course Jess is gonna try it…” - Amanda perfectly summed up my thoughts today as I reflect back on my first 100 classes (WHAAAT!) — Stronger. Focused. Better. — I’ve hated working out my entire life, but now my back aches when I don’t go to class and I’m actually sad when I can’t go 🤯… Challenge yourself. You won’t regret the progress.

Lastly, big shoutout to all the trainers esp Amanda B. & Nikki who’ve pushed me to be the best version of myself, while we laugh and shake along the way… to Diane & Lisa, who’ve built such an encouraging+fun community. Love my PowerCore fam.

Absolutely LOVE it here. I’ve been working out my whole life and I love how much this pushes me to focus on my form, mind muscle connection, and moving slowly through my workout. Additionally, all of the instructors are so nice and considerate always offering modifications and asking how I’m feeling! 10/10 definitely would recommend and definitely renewing my monthly membership!!

As a former competitive figure skater, finding a workout that provides the perfect blend of strengthening and lengthening has always been a challenge. The Lagree Method at Power Core has been a game-changer for me. The workouts target all the right muscles, helping me build strength while maintaining flexibility and grace. The instructors and staff are not only welcoming, but also extremely knowledgeable, and each class leaves me feeling both empowered and refreshed! We are in our 70's so strength training and stretching exercises are important for our bones and joints. Power Core provides us with a workout that's low impact and fun!

I took Pilates for the first time at power core, I’ve gone twice now with Amanda and she is an amazing instructor, extremely helpful and challenges, pushes, and motivates you! I will definitely be taking more classes with Amanda. It was so much fun and she plays the best music!!
