The place has shut down cause they didn’t pay the rent. The management should’ve informed all the gym members about this, I learned about it because a friend of mine used to take a dancing class there and her coach told her about the place being shut down. They kinda have to give me the money back for the two memberships as February isn’t over yet, let alone I hope the system won’t keep charging me any further.

Ceilings leaking, seats on the machines are cracking, visible mouse traps, locker rooms are cold, staff aren’t friendly at all, didn’t great me or even looked at the screen when I scanned my card to make sure it was me. I’m leaving this gym, so nasty and it’s so convenient for me but who wants to workout in those kinda conditions. It’s said that I have to go now but all the money we pay for this gym a year, it should be looking like this or have such young and unfriendly staff. Wish I could upload the pics I took

This gym is the WORST. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership but the manager is never there. They also never call me back when they say they would. On top of that, they have been charging my card double when I’m supposed to pay only $40. It’s ridiculous and they just love taking people’s money.

They are looting customers and won’t care at all . I signed up for an year contract with them back in June this year but had to move out of town. I requested them if they can transfer my membership to one of my friend . The manager kept saying you are not reflecting in our system and we need to fix this first . She promised to call me back a day after but she never does . I kept calling them back and now they don’t know me who I am . They have bunch of cheaters working there. PLEASE DONT GO THIS PLACE .

Worst gym ever.... stay away away away. It's a nightmare. They false advertise to get u to sign up then make new rules not on ur contract. Water leaks all over. Machines aren't even leveled; dirty, outdated and always BROKEN. They have been broken for months and still not fixed. The air conditioner is always almost not on. If it's on in the weight room, it won't be on in the rest of the gym.The gym stink. And to top it all they are thieves. I froze my account because I was pregnant and couldn't move. Came back to find out they never froze it and the gym owners where changed and the first one stole my money because I paid it off to freeze it. I came back wanting to finish my 4 month I paid ahead and they said they can't because they don't have any information about this on my account from previous owner even though I showed them proof of payment. They are the worst.

They make it impossible to cancel even after you have finished the year contract. They will not let you cancel unless you are close to the end of the contract and you have to let them know 30 days in advance that you want to cancel. They will keep billing you and double the rate for the second year. The manager is always away so they ask you to come back and you can't do anything over the phone. The machines are awful and the place smells. Keep clear of this place.

This place needs to change because it is a total trash. Half of the treadmills don't operate; benches are torn and broken; the place is dirty and filthy. There is a leakage from the roof during rainy season. Their cancellation policy is unfair for all the member. I recommend a gym that is well recognized and has good brand recognition.

This is the worst gym ever! It smells horrible and leaks water every time it rains. I joined because i thought it was nice here and open 24/7 but thats not true. It is difficult to cancel membership. You have to speak to a superviosr/ manager to cancel membership but the manager is never available. When you finally get to speak to a manager, they promose to cancel the service but dont. We have canceled our service 4 months ago but they keep charging month after month. Every month we call to cancel And ever month they dont. They wont even refund the money. These guys are crooks. Stay away.

This gym is horrible especially the herbal life products. They don't know anything about thier products and tried to sell me something i wasn't suppose to be taking. This gym is only about making money off clients and not helping them. I had 3 trainers train me here and saw no results and waisted my money and time. Now now even after leaving the gym I'm being harassed to pay. Like i said this gym is only about making money. It’s good for the price and they have good instructors for the weekly classes - some of them - others don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t give it a higher rating simply because they’re not attentive to gym needs. They’ve gotten rid of the mats there and have not replaced them in over two months. The dumb bells are falling to pieces and they have constant ceiling leaks when it rains or snows. They need serious maintenance/repairs.

Had to edit my review... it's 07:45 on a sunday morning and they're supposed to be opened at 06:00. Yet here I am waiting in parking lot for gym to open...

I don't care that it's not open. But stick to posted business hours. If you want to open later on a sunday, adjust your business hours so your customers aren't left waiting and wondering what's going on.

machines are out dated and leather is cracked like everyone says. But you can get in a damn good workout if you know what your doing. It doesn't get over crowded during peak hrs and it's well maintained. If your looking for a pretty "box gym" like retro or planet, this isn't the gym for you. Staff is friendly and doesn't pressure you into sales. I personally haven't had any bad experiences with manager.

Most complaint are about b.s. shut up and lift.

I would have given 5 stars for more available space. This a great gym. The staff stays out of your way, customers don't hog machines and the equipment is clean and we'll maintained. The space constraint does make it a bit cluttered though. Some reviews talk about insufficient ventilation, but I didn't find it to be so.

Edit: They have been lowering the music volume and reduced the ads... I appreciate that a lot!!!. Hope they fix the few machines soon.. Mostly clean, good equipment less crowded thant blink. And people are nice. But Music is too loud and they play ads like crazy. Wich is annoying to some people.
Edit: still with the loud music after I told the employees many times. And worst radio ads! Most of the time!! If you are going to be loud. Get a Playlist! "management doesn't do anything. Some Machines have never been fixed and I've been coming here for almost a year. The linings of some equipment are in unusable state for a long time.

Stay away of this gym! Manager doesn't decide anything! I cancel my membership and had to get my deposit back ($200) so I was waiting for my money refund for almost 2 month and probably would wait longer (but thanks my bank made a refund) manager Ali said that she's not responsible for any refunds and I have to talk to the owner. I tried to reach him for a MONTH (!!!) sometimes he out of country, sometimes he after 3pm! Each time she put a note for him w/my phone number. But I never reached him, and he didn't called me back. And also, Chris (guy, who's doing memberships) didn't cancel my membership (surprisingly) and continued charge me. Ali as a manager explained me that she never saw my cancellation form and she has no idea why Chris didn't give it to her. It's just a MESS!!! Just advice for everybody who wants to cancel-ask for any proof (copy or make a photo of cancellation). If no, be ready for surprising charges from your card!

BEWARE!!! I've been trying to contact their Manager- Alexandra and it's been more than a month of getting the run around and BS and still have yet to receive any cancellation confirmation. I went to the gym and cancelled, filled out the forms and even gave them my proof of address. I called back the following week for confirmation and my membership was still active. To get more information and to get to the bottom of the issue I tried to speak with Alexandra, I emailed her and called her daily but NOTHING. Nobody else in this facility will assist or do anything about the issue.

Oh and btw, all the equipment here is OLD and the cushions are dirty and has cracks on them. Leaks too everywhere whenever it rains. Other than my move, this was definitely one of the reasons we left.

My name is David and I'm a transgender. This morning I was told in a very respectful by the receptionist that I must not go to the lady's room which I understand because I know not everybody is comfortable with that situation. However a very rude man I believe he is the manager or work there treated me like garbage. He was very mean and ask me to leave the gim. I have a membership here and is very unfortunate to have to deal with people who have no professionalism at all with that being said everyone should be treated with respect no matter the gender, religion or legal status. And to all the gay community that workout at this place please don't allow no one to bully you have all the right to get legal help if you feel is necessary. I'm very disturb by this morning experience I love working out in the morning specially because there are not too many people at the gim and now I won't be able to resume my workouts.
