Great gym. People are great. However the biggest drawback is the music; the music is constantly interrupted by ads. Some machines are missing grips and the timing of the cleaning lady can also be better. She was cleaning the facility (men's locker room) during prime time (5:30 to 7). Inconvenience. Also, flexible with their payment options. The price is competitive for the area. Furthermore, the smoothies seem reasonably priced. Parking lot requires maintenance (trash outside) and a couple of machines lack signs indicating the weight your pulling/pushing etc. Lastly, I'd argue there should be more squat racks. Overall, clientele make the gym great!

To start, yes I'm on a burner account because I still have a few months left at this gym. I can't take it anymore. I have been going to this gym for about two years and it's always the same problems. There are always at least 4 machines that are constantly broken. the mens room bathrooms are disgusting. There is trash everywhere and the soap dispensers are either broken or not filled. The light fixture is broken in the bathroom FOR TWO YEARS. They are said they are "renovating the gym" so you know what they do? spray paint half of the machines with black spray paint and then charge almost another 100 dollars a year for it. on top of this, the gym has almost 5 stars because they offer free proteins shakes to anyone who leaves a good review.(see picture below) another thing that is horrible is that they let the teenagers crowd the gym and let them rough house right in the middle of the gym and let them be a general nuisance. this gym has a lot of potential to become a really nice gym but the owner doesn't want to fix anything. most of the staff are really nice and the trainers are fantastic.

It is currently Friday July 22 2:41 PM and been waiting at the front desk for the last 20 minutes without an employee in sight. What is going on? I need my protein after my workout. A genuine gym with family atmosphere. Staff is wonderful, from the moment you step foot into the gym to the minute you leave. This is easily the best gym in the area. It is very clean and has more machines than any of the previous owners. Jake, the owner has turned this gym into a home for its members. However anyone seeking a TRAINER or thought about it, CHRIS MORRIS is your answer. Not only is he bright, he knows his trade. I was not in my comfort zone when I decided to take personal training lessons. But Chris was so personable and outgoing it was contagious. Now I cannot see training without him.

I have been working out for most of my adult life and I can objectively say this is easily one of the best gyms, overall that I have had the pleasure to train in.

I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1. When I canceled my membership, I was still charged membership fees. I joined Powerhouse cause the trainer I trained with switched to Powerhouse and when I stopped training and told the gym of my cancellation, everything seemed fine but then I noticed they charged my credit card. I got the matter solved through my cc, froze the account, but noticed attempts at charging my card. Recently I received a notice from collections about the matter. Will pay this cause honestly it’s pretty low how they swindle you. SKIP THIS PLACE. I thought, it would be great to support local business but a place like this does not deserve to have your business.

Yes there was Covid and yes they charged that first month (maybe it was 2) but for us it was rectified and getting in touch with the owner is easy. There seems to have been a corporate issue with the entire billing process so dealing with the owners of this gym personally is what solved the issues. As for the gym itself I have no issues at all. Every staff member that I have encountered has been great, Al at the front desk is a very nice man and the cleaning lady is there everyday cleaning the entire gym. Occasionally run into broken equipment but that is to be expected and never have I seen equipment broken for very long.

Pros----amazing rate for students, comprehensive collection of machines, free weights, many class options, sauna in the locker rooms, smoothie bar, relaxed and accommodating managers who are understanding and willing to work with you and your lifestyle.
Cons----the machines are super close together so I feel like I'm bothering someone/in someone's space whenever i'm just standing next to a machine. also just a personal thing but majority of the people who come here are very very very fit so if you're looking for a gym for the first time, this place might be intimidating

No online information on monthly pricing and sign up fees. Decided to try out the gym on a week free membership. Equipment is showing ageing. Also got to the gym at 5:45 am and the person who opens was late. Everyone had to wait till 6:20 before someone got there to open. They are supposed to be open at 5am. Not a very good first impression.

One of the better gyms I've ever trained in. Gym is very spacious and has multiple pieces of equipment for each body part and caters to whatever your fitness goals are. Plenty of cardio machines, a studio for fitness classes and stretching, on site chiropractic, and a CLEAN locker room with a sauna.
