Canβt say enough amazing things about this gym. My husband and I joined about a year before our wedding to really lock in on our goals and training. Every trainer we encountered has been incredible about listening to what we want, pushing us to work hard, and also just being all around friendly and enjoyable to be around. I look forward to coming to the gym each time. They were also super helpful in focusing on my form, which is something I asked for. We are so so happy with our results and experience here, canβt recommend it enough!!

I reluctantly signed up for a trial at Pratt about 9 months ago, with no intention of joining. I enjoyed the program enough to try doing another with my only goal being not to quit. That was probably my only goal for my first 6 months. Today, I walked out feeling proud of myself after completing my first round of kettlebell swings. Thanks to Jayme for dragging me through the highs and lows of every program and Ryan for finishing out the last 25 swings today!

Today at Pratt Hillsborough, I looked around and saw four other amazingly determined, focused, and strong women (and one guy ). No one was comparing themselves to anyone else - everyone was just pushing to get one more rep, add a little more weight, or beat their last PR.
What really got me, though, were the three young girls sitting in the waiting area while their moms got a workout in. I couldn't love that more. As a parent, I know how hard it is to carve out time for yourself - and those girls were watching what it looks like to do exactly that. They saw what strength, focus, and self-prioritization really look like.
I couldn't be prouder of the community we have at Pratt Hillsborough. It's not just a gym - it's a place where hard work, support, and inspiration show up every single day.

Iβve been going here for about a year and absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing, the workouts are personalized, and I've gotten so much stronger. They track your progress and weights for you, so you just show up and work hard. It's a bit pricey, but 100% worth it for the results and support! βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

At 46 years old, I didn't think attending a gym was in the cards for me any more. I've done the "gym thing" many times before, always losing stamina and interest within weeks. After being persuaded by my best friend, I opted to give Pratt a try. The first couple sessions were tough, but I stuck it out. After the first month, I definitely felt this was something different. Something I might be able to grow to want to do, dare I say even look forward to?!? Almost 9 months later and here I am, still plugging away! No more boring workouts, no more just going through the motions. Pratt really is like nothing I've done in the past. The trainers are incredible and the programs keep you pushing yourself. The gym is no longer intimidating. Pratt makes you feel like you belong, regardless of how long you've been going or what level you are at. I recently went on vacation and it was the first time I felt comfortable, almost confident, in a bathing suit. For me, this was HUGE! On a daily basis, I feel stronger and more confident, not just with my outer appearance, but inside too! I can't say enough good things about Pratt, its trainers, their philosophy, their approach to connections and individuals for the difference they've made for me. Sometimes a little persuasion from a good friend (or a review on line) is all you need to make a big impact on your life!

I've been doing small group training here for almost 6 months, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very first session, all of the coaches have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to get to know you, adjust workouts to your level, and genuinely care about your progress.
I've seen such a big difference in my body since starting-more toned, lean muscle, and overall I feel (and look) so much stronger and fitter. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the positive atmosphere keeps me motivated to show up and push myself.
If you're looking for a place where you'll feel encouraged, supported, and actually see real results, this is it. Highly recommend!

As someone who always hated gym class as a kid, I'm excited to see that I actually look forward to my sessions with Pratt Personal Training! They do a great job tailoring my workouts to where I'm at and gradually increasing my goals over time, which makes me feel successful each session. The trainers are also very supportive and encouraging, creating a great environment.

Simply awesome! Coach starts you with understanding of individual fitness needs and supports you with a good plan ,customizing as you progress and with ample motivation!!
Back story: After a gap of 6 years, I went back to gym/lifting weights. And quite hesitantly I started with Pratt personal training since I didnt know the trainers :) ,with primary reason being it is close to where I live. After 12 weeks, a better version of me fitness-wise is still training here thrice a week with Coach Jayme Coach Mike and Coach Kyle. If you enjoy small group training, you get top notch sessions here.

Awesome Experience.. Both coaches are so nice and helpful. They are always there to answer any questions. Even if I am tired from work I never wanted to miss the session. They also have Sunday sessions in the morning that is so helpful if you are working.

I am very inexperienced with strength training. I was very apprehensive about giving this a try! I am glad I took the leap! Kyle was very patient and reassuring at my first session. There was no pressure and he trained me at my comfort level - no judgement and very reassuring. The facility was spotless! Great experience!

Just finished my first custom program with Jayme in Hillsborough and I AM HOOKED! The last ~12 weeks I've become so much stronger, more confident lifting heavy things and feeling great! Add to it Coach Jayme and Coach Mike (who are amazing) and the fully equipped & clean space....I am SO excited for my next program that Jayme creates for me!

The Pratt Personal Training gym is a great place to work out you have a trainer who sticks with you all the way they are very nice and pleasant trainers it's a great place to train. You should go out and try it. I had fun while doing it, but unfortunately, I had something that happened with my finances so I could not continue, but I will look at them for the near future.

How truly I enjoy working out at Pratt became very obvious when I hurt my knee and I was nervous that I was not going to be able to keep going for a while. Luckily I was wrong!!! The amazing trainers modified my routines so I can keep going. Another reason I love this place. Everything is catered for you and your success!!!

Super grateful that I have the opportunity to start my fitness journey here. I've never had any training or much experience in a gym, at all. As a single mother to 4 kids, it can be intimidating - but this is the perfect gym for a beginner like me. Instructors are friendly, smart and give clear instructions and make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Pratt is for you if you're looking for a gym where you don't feel intimidated, no over crowding and they also have really great taste in music! At least give them a trial run!

This is after first two sessions of my training and I totally love it. The trainers are friendly and they make sure you ve the right form and comfortable with your excercise. Best part is, this place is well organised, hence your one hour is well spent. Facility is simple, clean and efficient. Overall a very good experience.

Just went through my first week at the Hillsborough location. I like the setup, the trainer I have worked with is great. It's nice and lowkey from a process perspective, but I am definitely working. The way they get your heart rate up then get you to the weights really works you out in a good way. Pressure free but they get you to work. I'm used to working out outdoors, and this feels like the first place I can stay motivated, not have to deal with crappy weather, but not get bored so when I'm outside I can have fun.

Pratt Personal Training is truly exceptional! The team really listens to your goals and designs a program tailored just for you. I've completed three programs so far, and the results speak for themselves-I feel stronger and see noticeable differences.
I've tried other workouts, including CrossFit, but this is the one where I'm finally seeing a big difference. The trainers are not only incredibly skilled but also make every session fun. They're constantly motivating and pushing you to do your best, which keeps me coming back.
While I miss the amazing trainers at the Martinsville location, the new Hillsborough spot is fantastic. Special shoutout to coaches Jayme and Mike-absolute rockstars who always bring the energy! Highly recommend Pratt to anyone looking for a personalized and inspiring fitness experience.

Pratt Personal Training is everything my husband and I have been looking for! Small "classes" that don't feel like classes but instead 1:1 training. We started in Martinsville back in July (driving 30 minutes was definitely worth it), and have moved to Hillsborough now that it's open! It's the perfect date night or early morning sweat session; and we love Jayme and "Young" Michael! Welcome to the BORO Pratt!!
