My daughter is on one of the teams here and loves Premier Gymnastics. There are so many wonderful skilled coaches here and Olivia runs a fabulous XCEL program. If you are not interested in a team, the classes are great too. Lots of good options for both boys and girls.

It's hard to find coaches in gymnastics that won't abuse your kids mentally and physically. Premiere breaks that trend. The coaches are friendly and patient with your kids. The cost for team gymnastics is "reasonable".

The lady in the in the front desk nice lady teachers nice in two years my daughter has moved up to intermediate which is a step up from beginners one day a week is not enough for a kid to learn anything that's why she is still in the beginning level. It makes you feel as gymnastics is a waste of money, business the way it is set up very unprofessional. I went on a Christmas vacation and they removed my daughter from her class not showing any consideration that it was during the holiday and that people can be away I think it was wrong, and they picked money over a student. It's ok I'll take my business else where to a school that has compassion and cares about the student. I don't recommend the school to anyone it is a waste.

RUN away from this gym!! My daughter injured her finger and they billed me anyway m! They WILL NOT refund me, and when it was time for her to return, I called them first and nobody answered me, then a lady calls me after the class and tells me they filled her spot!! The gym smells like dirty socks and the owner is NEVER there!! Do yourself a favor and join the waitlist down the street!

I am a gymnast here I am on team, I just joined 2 years ago and I am so close with all of the coaches they are all so caring. I would definitely come to Premier gymnastics it is such a clean and healthy gym, and you would not have to worry about your kid in the hands of these amazing coaches.

I don't usually write many reviews but I was compelled to write one after having my daughter's 6th birthday party at Premier Gymnastics. Everything was excellent from the ease of booking, set-up, kids program, to the staff! The place was well kept and very clean. Most importantly, the staff was friendly, amazing, and professional. Kara and Jackie were the best coaches I have ever seen. No matter how much I drove them crazy they were so sweet, professional, and kind. Shannon thank you for making our daughter's 6th birthday so special! I really can't say enough about this place.

We paid a $50 registration fee plus $88 per month for my daughter to take some tumbling classes at Premier. While she enjoyed the first few classes, all of her friends withdrew citing unprofessional behavior by the instructor. Then, Premier cancelled two days of classes due to a COVID case one week and again the following week. First, Premier said that only an opportunity for a make-up will be given. Unfortunately, with my daughter's other activities, we have no other days during the week for make-ups. Then, Premier said they will credit for one of the missed classes. However, we then decided that with all the COVID cases at Premier by their gymnastics team, that it makes sense to withdraw. At that point, Premier already charged us for the entire month of November (in advance). I reached out asking for a refund, as my daughter was not going to attend a single class in November. Premier responded that we will be given credit towards future classes, but that no refund will be issued and that under the terms that we agreed to, they do not owe us either a credit or a refund, so already being generous by offering the credit. It is very unfortunate that Premier is hiding behind their terms to unfairly treat their customers. So, BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN JOINING and be prepared to be taken advantage of.

I love this gym. The staff has been fantastic throughout the many years of my patronage. The woman (Diane) at the front desk is always a bright spot to our visit. They have the softest and cleanest mats in town and make tumbling easy!

I took tumbling classes for a full year hoping to be able to do some basic tricks. Every 2 weeks our instructor would disappear and we’d have get a new one and sometimes no one would even show up and it would take the gym half our time to find someone available to teach us. The gym was always full so they had to squish us in a corner most of the time. Towards the end of the year again our instructor didn’t show up again and so we got one of the professional tumbling teachers. He asked where we were at and I told him how this whole year we learned absolutely nothing and he apologized on behalf of the gym. He said some of these tricks we should have been able to learn in about a month and it was truly disgusting what the gym did. In just ONE session with this better teacher I almost had my backhand spring. Even though I was excited about that, after what the teacher said I simply refused to give the gym any more of my money. They were so inconsiderate of our class and I believe they should have just cancelled it altogether instead of string us along when we had no room and no instructor.

If it were possible to give it no stars, I would. My daughter tried out for the half year team on 10/20. Tryout results were supposed to go out via email on 10/27.. We didn’t get one. I emailed the cheer director and general email address a few different times, didn’t get a response until 11/1 @ 4pm telling me that my daughter made the team & that there was a parents meeting that same night @ 7. Okay, fine. There may have been a mix up and it was last minute.. I let it slide & I made it work. Went to the parents meeting & got all the details for payment, competitions, etc. I went home & tried to register on the parent portal as instructed at the meeting but the system said that I couldn’t register online & to contact the gym. Tried numerous times to get in touch with someone/anyone at the gym.. both via phone & email with her coach (who happens to be the cheer director) as well as the main office for guidance. After weeks of follow up, I still have yet to receive a response from anyone. Extremely unprofessional & unorganized. I shouldn’t have to beg for help. I wanted to love this gym so much because I’ve heard great things. But honestly, it’s not worth it to chase people around.. not when I’m footing the bill. Decided it was best to skip this season & find a more organized gym.

Actually I would give this gym less than one star. I am very disappointed by the way I have been treated. My son got hurt at premier and all of my emails have been ignored, I was told by Tabatha Noble back in November 2017 that I would be getting a full refund and I have received nothing. I am ignored every time I reach out to them. Coaches are rude behind the kids backs and it is extremely unorganized. Think twice before joining this gym.
