Great gym, well maintained and friendly owner. No contracts or any of that garbage. Good equipment, lot of old school pieces that are in great shape and you can’t find anymore. Recommend.

The first gym I lifted at 20 years ago, I loved it then and still love it today, pro body checks off every box. The equipment is OG the owner rich and all the staff are great, the community in the gym is welcoming, simple things that go overlooked like thin handle dumbbells going up to 170 pro body has it, every machine runs at a perfect angle, you get so jazzed up to not be working out in a lame gym that all the weights move easier, 10/10 if you’re in the Bayville / Toms River / Lacey area this should be your gym

Great gym, positive & welcoming staff and patrons. If you appreciate more of an old school gym vibe, this place delivers.
Facility is clean and equipment is well maintained. I’m happy it’s around in the mix of the largely commercial gym scene around this area of the shore.

Pretty good gym if you can get in. Tried for months to get in contact with someone to open a membership and there’s never any staff to answer calls/their locked doors. I’ll be going somewhere else.

Hidden gem in Bayville. Wish I found this gym years ago. Old school atmosphere with metal ivanko plates which is awesome. Good lifting vibes. Check them out!
