I have been working with Frank and Cassie for the past couple of months and my results have been nothing short of amazing. They, and their entire staff, are incredibly knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of health and fitness. The most positive uplifting place. The owners and staff are super nice. Workouts are incredible. Excellent trainers. Teaches form and tweaks those minor things you don’t realize matter in your workouts which help prevent injury, for me this was huge. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I am over the moon that I joined. I have gained strength, muscle and most of all a positive mindset. Thanks again to a great team.

I started working with Frank and Cassie a month ago and all I can say is these two are amazing! They both take the time to show me exactly what to do and push me to be my best. I have been working with Frank for about 5 months for my strongman and nutrition online programming. It was the best choice I made to switch to someone so knowledgeable and can work on both training and nutrition - as they go hand in hand.
Also, after signing up with Frank/ProConcepts I found out that I was pregnant and he was able to pivot my training and nutrition accordingly - still pushing me but adjusting everything based on my pregnancy.

This gym and the community there have changed my life. Frank and Cassie are the best. Both are so knowledgeable and helpful to everyone in the gym. I have been working out with Frank for about 7 months and the progress I have made is mind blowing. I came into the gym with little to no motivation as I had just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and had kidney cancer removed. Frank worked with me every step of the way and was able to work around flare ups while still keeping me motivated. Aside from helping me find my passion for fitness again, through the nutrition provided and the workouts, I was able to lose 45 pounds. You will gain a physical and mental strength here that is unmatched. The only regret you’ll have about this gym is not signing up.

I have been with Frank for almost a year. He works with my with my injuries and keeps my fit even though I can only do upper body. Whenever I have questions he is always able to answer them in a reasonable time. Choosing him was the best decision of my life. My whole family goes to him. I love it there. I would also highly highly recommend him to anyone either choosing to start their fitness journey, recovering from an injury, or trying to maintain your physical appearance.
