I’ve been taking the intermediate reformer Pilates class at Project Pilates for two years, and it continues to be one of the best parts of my weekly routine. The instructor expertise here is incredible — the helpful corrections and personalized guidance make such a difference. With only six spots per class, you get close attention, and you’re always challenged, even if you go twice a week.
Over time, I’ve noticed real improvements: better mobility and a stronger foundation built little by little. The vibe is always friendly, and the instructors really tune into how everyone is feeling that day, adjusting the class while still keeping it motivating.
Huge shoutout to Hahn, who constantly keeps the workouts challenging and somehow always finds a new muscle I didn’t even know existed. Highly recommend Project Pilates to anyone looking to get stronger, improve movement, and enjoy the process along the way! Also bonus points for its top-floor location in a brick building with beautiful light and an incredible vibe.

Rude instructor - it was an introduction class for 4 of us, she made no demonstrations or corrections on form and on being asked proceeded to tell us that everyone's form was incorrect

I have done Pilates for several years now, but Project Pilates is definitely the best studio I have found so far. Hahn is a great instructor, knowledgeable, kind, with a really nice positive attitude. She tailors the workout based on your needs/experience. The fact that they only have a few people for each class is really helpful. I have tried classes with other two instructors, they are probably all good, but Hahn is top

My experience was very unpleasant with the instructor Susan. During the intro class, the instructor provided guidance on using the equipment, and I did my best to follow their instructions as a beginner. However, when the instructor checked my form, I was met with impatience and criticism along with corrections. Not long after starting the class, the instructor even expressed frustration, stating that they were “becoming so mad” with me, which I found highly unprofessional and discouraging. While I understand the importance of correct form, I felt that the instructor’s approach was unnecessarily strict and lacked the patience expected in a beginner class.
I also spoke with other classmates after the session, and they also found her impatience. Given that this is a class designed for beginners, I believe the instruction should be more supportive and encouraging rather than causing stress and discomfort.

This is my one year anniversary of starting Pilates and the classes I’ve taken at Project Pilates have greatly improved my mobility, strength, posture, and day to day comfort level.
The teachers and class space / equipment are all top notch, and I’ve felt extremely welcomed since day 1. I attribute the teachers as a the main reason for why I continue to feel challenged and enjoy these classes week after week.
Highly recommend adding Project Pilates to your fitness routine!

Love this studio! The studio and equipment are well maintained and very clean. I love that there's an intro to equipment class so that people new to reformer Pilates can understand how to use the equipment properly.
Hanh is incredibly patient and kind. As someone new to reformer Pilates, she has made me feel very welcome. She pays extra attention to everyone's form and breathing.

I can't believe I waited so long to share my experience! After trying other Pilates studios like Club Pilates and feeling disappointed, I decided to give Project Pilates a shot to reignite my fitness journey. I am so glad I did! This place is absolutely phenomenal, and I would give it 100 stars if I could
The instructors are top-notch, and the customer service is outstanding. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and skills with every class. A special shoutout to Ms. Hanh she’s truly amazing! Her patience and kindness make each session enjoyable and motivating.
I wholeheartedly recommend Project Pilates to all my friends and family. If you're considering trying it out, don't hesitate—it's an incredible experience that you won't regret!

Over the past 5 years, I’ve found myself coming back to Project Pilates because the instructors are knowledgeable and patient. I also like the fact that they don’t have more than 6 people in class. Instructors help when your form is off and work with you whether you’re beginner or intermediate. I’ve recommended this studio to friends and I will continue to do so.

I took the intro to pilates equipment - novice class with Susan. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. The instructor rushed with individual instructions and became impatient when you don't get the movement in first of second try. The exercises are not challenging at all on strength, flexibility, or mobility but could be confusing in terms of breath or spine movements because these are the subtle parts. Subtle, small and precise movements are the key and unique parts of pilates and can be hard to get for new students. The instructor should definitely pay more attention to her teaching skills to make students "get" instead of jumping to conclusions about students' capabilities. It's different between "don't know how to do it" vs "cannot do it". It's very offensive that the instructor judged my strength by my figure. It's probably the easy way to guess for first time students but it's wrong and not professional. I was specifically told to be careful with the equipment. For one exercise, my husband and I both leaned back too much from her perspective, though she leaned back as much as we did in the instruction. She told my husband "don't do it even if you can". At the same time, she told me "don't do it. You don't have the strength". It's a shame that I need to hear biased comments in a pilates class from a female instructor.

I absolutely love these classes! The small group size (just 6 people) makes it feel super personal and motivating. They help you build from the basics and grow stronger with every class. Highly recommend!

I recently had a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with this company. I called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. Their voicemail system instructs you to send a message, which I did—twice, spaced three weeks apart. Unfortunately, I've yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is quite disappointing, and it makes me question their customer service. If you're considering reaching out, be prepared for potential delays and unresponsiveness. I hope they improve their communication soon.
PS.
After this review she replied my text , they want your MONEY but they don’t want to talk to you on the phone.
I feel bad for you guys as I could had paid well for private sessions only.
But good for me to find your true YOU
Of course as an owner you need to write the lies here to protect yourself but you directed me to website and you refused to call me or have a conversation on the phone.
I wish you had the option of posting photos for
Those who write a review so I could post our email conversation but never mind there are many better and professional places around

A fantastic studio in a beautiful, airy loft setting with top-notch teachers. I took reformer class and private sessions at Project Pilates for 3 years (until we moved away from the area) and loved the classic classes and had an excellent experience with prenatal and postnatal classes/private sessions. Hanh is a fantastic teacher who pays close attention to every student's body and makes sure each person is getting what they need. Christie, the owner, is an amazing resource for pregnant and postnatal women--she is not only a talented Pilates teacher but is also a trained doula with a wealth of useful knowledge and tips for pregnancy and delivery prep! I always felt like my baby and I were safe in our sessions and walked out feeling better every time.

I began at Project Pilates with their introductory private class package. I loved it immediately. This is coming from someone who doesn't like working out, hates the gym, and has spent so many years trying to find some physical activity I like and can stick with. I've been going now 6 weeks in a row and I look forward to my classes every week (this is huge for me). I didn't have pilates experience and the beginner classes are so lovely. The small classes allows for a really tailored experience. The instructors are great. You're greeted by name and they check in with you to see what's changed since the last time you attended. The studio is so pretty and clean. I feel great, seeing results and overall incredibly happy with Project Pilates. Thanks so much for such a consistent and amazing experience!

Absolutely love this studio! I’m always learning something new in each class, I love the focus on proper positioning, core engagement and the hands-on instructors. There are only four students in each class which makes it more like small group fitness and not a giant studio which I really like. The new location is beautiful and its bright and happy during the day with big windows and the blue sky, and so calming and relaxing at the end of the day. I always feel energized and happy after leaving class. Hanh and Shauna are the best! My only wish was for maybe one more reformer in the class, or more class time options since its so hard to get into a class nowadays!

I had never taken a Pilates class in my life. Project Pilates is super approachable, they suggest you take a few one on one sessions to start so you know your way around the equipment a bit. Shauna was great to get me started getting comfortable before taking a class with others. And that’s the thing, the classes are no more than four people so you almost feel like they’re still personalized because the teachers can give your form attention. Han is great at technical adjustments to really get you to “feel the burn” and Dorela awesome at alignment and new forms. I’m sad I moved away because I was really loving this place. Give them a shot, if you can 💗

This review is long overdue! I've been coming here for about 3-4 years now and what I appreciate about this pilates studio is that equipment classes are small being 4 people at most. The instructors are able to make individual adjustments to your form and pay attention to your needs with a class of that size. Equipment are generally in great working condition and the place is super clean. They handled COVID very well with having sufficient times in between classes to disinfect, and now are back to their regular class times pre-covid. I have been to other larger studios in the past, but always come back here because of the class size and the instructors are wonderful. 100% recommend Project Pilates!

4 years here at Hamilton and just wanted to update again my review, still very happy, but also Christopher is wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond. -2021
I can not give this place enough stars! I have been a part of their unlimited package for a whole year now, and could not be happier. Gigi the manager is wonderful, and her turn around to assist is always same day. The staff of teachers I take (Christie Dorela, Hanh) are experienced and always go above and beyond to cater the class to any injuries you may have or goals you want to work on. I look forward to renewing my membership for another year!- 2017

This is a Pilates studio with great ambiance and equipments. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and willing to go an extra mile based on individual needs. Almost each one would always try to understand how each one is feeling so that a particular stretch or excercise can be added or avoided. It has a wide range of class hrs starting 6 am going all the way to 8 PM on serval week days. Definitely a great addition to Hamilton Park neighborhood!!

I have been going to Project Pilates for over 10 years and it has changed my life. I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis (autoimmune arthritis of the spine) after my son was born. I was in a lot of pain which limited my mobility and the activities I could do with my son, family and friends. The strength, flexibility and energy I have gained from going to Project Pilates has helped keep me pain free, mobile and happy. The instructors are incredible knowledgeable and are always willing to work with people where they are at. The space is gorgeous and the vibe is friendly. Project Pilates is a great resource!

This is the best Pilates studio in the area with amazing teachers and awesome management. The setting is very elegant and zen like.ALL....and I mean ALL the teachers are very knowledgeable. They work with you almost as if they know your body. Pilates changes your body and you will see the difference within first few weeks! With Pilates catching up on reputation they keep adding more and more sessions through out the morning and evenings. Management is very responsive and Gigi runs the whole place seemlessly! Highly highly recommended!

Absolutely love the studio and have gone there for over 6 months! All of the instructors are super friendly and responsible. The classes are small ( no more than 4 in most cases), so the instructors can actually 'instruct'... perfect studio for pilates beginners and work professionals, since classes are offered in various time slots.
