I have never, ever had the most amazing massage as I did yesterday with Larry Heisler. I have RA, and always have a swollen and painful wrist. I also have a lump in my neck gland, (non cancerous π)
My wrist, and neck pain is gone today.
I donβt know what magic he has in his hands, but I never had a massage as amazing as that one .
Larry is so knowledgeable about the body, and knew exactly where and what was needed for my healing
I will be back again, and again.

I have been taking yoga with Tabitha for several years, and it is amazing! Her class is both energizing and relaxing, at the same time. She always seems to focus on those areas, whether physical, spiritual or emotional, that need improvement. I highly recommend her class for anyone, regardless of their level.

I love Providence Health and Fitness. They have lots of different choices to fit everyone's needs. I especially love Wendy's Thursday virtual class at 5:40, which is perfect for those of us whose knees and hips complain when we try to take a zumba class. I think. you. can try the first one free. I have always been an advocate for massage as a wellness tool for a healthy life.. but I wanted to try MLD ( manual lymph drainage)
For some pre health care reasons; also wanted to boost my immunities. I signed up for three sessions in a row⦠all I can say is wow!
I loved it!!
What a powerful modality! I felt deep relaxation and my system was clean and I felt amazingβ¦..

My surgeon recommended Providence Health and Fitness for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to address post-surgery swelling and bruising.
Kathy McCready is a highly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate MLD therapist. I was amazed and relieved at how much the swelling and bruising diminished. Highly recommend!

Attended and enjoyed several yoga classes. Terrific environment and engaging instructors. The most wonderful discovery at the facility was their massage therapist - Tatiana - who is an ultimate expert in her field. After just a few massage sessions with Tatiana, my ongoing neck and shoulder problem improved dramatically. Tatiana is competent and personable, offering a wide range of techniques as most suitable to her clients' needs. Highly recommend Tatiana's magic hands for anybody seeking to address discomfort zones or simply pamper yourself with a relaxing massage.

I've worked with Kathy since 2009. I can seriously say I have never met anyone more knowledgeable about every single exercise discipline. From yoga, pilates, gyrotonic, zumba and more. Her knowledge extends to every part of wellness. And what she doesn't know, Larry and the New Jersey Massage School do! They have transformed me from a slug couch potato with a very poor diet to someone who has found a way to exercise and eat that actually makes sense and is completely doable! Thank you Kathy and Larry!!!
