I absolutely love this Pilates studio. I feel stronger every time I go, and the beautiful, women-only atmosphere is so uplifting. The instructors are incredible. The class varieties are super diverse for every level and every age. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived - both in body and attitude. I have met some amazing ladies here. It is truly my favorite place to be. Highly recommend!!!

Iβve been coming to Pulse Pilates for about a year and a half now. I started because I was trying to stretch out a frozen shoulder. Well Iβm hooked, frozen shoulder is long healed and this is the only form of exercise I have ever stuck with. Only 4 people to a class so you start seeing the same faces and making friends. Everyone truly cares about each other and the vibe is super supportive.
Linda works with you to modify exercises right in class if you are dealing with an injury or flare up. I feel like a better version of myself when I stick to my schedule of coming to classes consistently.

Having driven past Pulse Pilates a million times in the past decade, when I found myself dealing with a persistent backache I reached out to Linda Nardini at Pulse Pilates and was invited to come to the studio for an introduction and overview of Pilates on a reformer. Linda was welcoming, professional, and immensely knowledgeable in the practice of Pilates along with many other disciplines involving the overall health and well-being of the human form.
After 3 sessions there was promise, after 5 sessions the backache was subsiding, after 10 sessions I had better balance, strength, tone and an improved outlook. I was hooked. The studio is pristine, the group sessions have a wonderful energy, are comfortable and encouraging, all a direct reflection of Linda.
If your plans for the New Year (or anytime) include improved wellness and well-being I would highly recommend reaching out to Linda, I am so glad that I did.

Absolutely love going to Pulse Pilates. The small class size makes it easy to follow, making it especially great place for beginners. The instructor Linda makes the entire session rigorous and fun at the same time.

I made an excellent decision to join Pulse Pilates in March of this year. Linda is patient, caring and concerned about bringing her students to ultimate health. Iβve had scoliosis since age 14 and a recent chest x ray actually showed improvement in the curvature. My health has improved, I have lost weight, and I have more energy!

Linda is amazing! I started pilates because I have chronic pain from scoliosis and the sessions helped not only relieve my pain but also helped me get stronger and healthier! Itβs really hard to find work outs that I enjoy but Linda makes each session fun and engaging. I even did pilates throughout my pregnancy and I believe it helped me with the birthing process and post partum recovery. Highly recommend Pulse Pilates!

Linda's classes at Pulse Pilates are excellent. As a former instructor myself, I am very particular about classes I take. One of the things I look for is clear instruction. Not only does Linda make sure that the participant understands what to do but she also provides alternate instructions should the participant not be up to the same level that day. She is always aware of her client's individual needs. Her routines are not repetitive; she always varies the exercises, while ensuring that each muscle group is worked out.
Linda is one of the best instructors I've worked out with. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a great workout.

Linda is an extremely knowledgeable and effective instructor for the variety of classes that I have taken over the last couple of years. (Pilates mat, Barre, Spin, Cardio Sculpt). She provides excellent verbal and visual instruction for both the in person and virtual classes that she has been doing for almost a year now. She reminds you what muscles to concentrate or focus on for a particular move to be more effective. She always calls out modifications for anyone that may have an injury, joint or back issues.
If a class is a mix of skill levels she is mindful that each person is getting the appropriate instruction so the beginners don't feel overwhelmed and the more experienced are still challenged. She will call out adjustments to an individual so they have the opportunity for maximum results.
Linda has a general concern for your overall health. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable in the classes.
I highly recommend anyone who is interested to give a call to Pulse Pilates.

It is such a pleasure walking through the doors of Pulse Pilates as you have a warm welcome every single time ! Two of my favorite classes are Yoga & Pilates. Linda Nardini owner and instructor of Pulse Pilates taught the Pilates class and it was nothing but amazing! She demonstrated the poses then walked around the class to be sure everyone had the move down right ! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new and relaxed gym to try out Pulse Pilates! They even have new spin bikes ( which I am so excited to try out ) !! Pulse Pilates is a family owned business which was created with love and care as you can sense by the smiling faces and beautiful decor. Go try it out!! You will not be disappointed !!
