Push is a prenatal and postnatal fitness and functional training studio in Hoboken, NJ. Push provides clients purposefully designed, comprehensive fitness programs and educational workshops that are curated specifically for women during their entire pregnancy and postpartum experience. At Push, clients build the strength and connection to their bodies that is needed to have a safe and healthy pregnancy, childbirth experience and postpartum recovery. Virtual offerings are available. Push+ classes and workshops are also available.

Emily and PUSH were an essential part of my twin pregnancy and labor prep. Not only did I look forward to the classes each week but the prenatal classes kept my body strong and minimized the pain that often accompanies a twin pregnancy. The pelvic floor and breath work prepared me for labor and I believe allowed me to have a natural birth with twins, which I am incredibly grateful for. I’m looking forward to continuing my postpartum recovery with PUSH!

Emily and PUSH have been an essential part of my post partum journey. The New Mama class was such a welcoming and fun way to start moving my body intentionally after my daughter arrived. Now, I'm taking Push+ to continue to build strength that helps me keep up with my toddler and really feel back in my body again. I love taking class as my self-care time and soaking in the energy of the Push community! Also, Emily makes the best playlists :)

Emily’s new mama class is just the best! I soak up every minute of it. Emily eases into all the exercises so gently and the music makes it fun and energizing! Such an empowering, strengthening and rejuvenating class! Wish I started earlier!

Just here to say Emily and Push have been my saving grace the last two years and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve been with Emily and Push through a traumatic fertility journey, to a surprise miracle pregnancy, to postnatal classes with my little peanut and now full circle back to Push+! I’ve never felt more safe being pregnant while maintaining fitness/my mental health and now with recovering in my postpartum body. Her knowledge, care and thoughtfulness are absolutely priceless! It’s an added bonus that my baby girl is obsessed with Emily and lives to see her at class each week. :)

I look forward to this class each week - Emily varies the format to keep it interesting week by week and tailors this class to a range of abilities and levels. As I have gotten stronger, I have been able to level the class up accordingly. Cannot recommend PUSH enough!

Emily’s classes at PUSH were a huge part of my prenatal fitness / wellness routine and now are an integral part of my return to fitness post partum. I began attending classes at PUSH early in my second trimester and attended group classes 1-3x a week until I was 39 weeks! PUSH classes provide a space where you know what you are doing is safe and efficient for pregnancy, which is something difficult to navigate especially as a first time mom. During class Emily explains the purpose behind everything and takes time to do adjustments and offer modifications throughout the entire class. Her classes taught me how to engage muscles to make pregnancy more comfortable and also to prepare for labor and delivery, and most importantly trust my body.
I am especially thankful for the instruction on how to effectively push during labor. I was able to have a super quick, completely unmedicated out-of-hospital birth without any tearing and I really credit so much of that to the training I received from Emily throughout the PUSH prenatal classes!
I am now 6 weeks post partum and have been working with Emily 1:1 in order to help ease me back into working out safely. She is so incredibly thorough and responsive and I trust that she will help me safely get back to (and possibly exceed!!) my pre-pregnancy fitness level.
So thankful for Emily and PUSH!!!!!
