We had my grandchildren’s birthday party here, and it was absolutely fantastic! Coach Justin went above and beyond to make the day special. The kids had the best time—lots of fun, excitement, and energy—and the parents were able to relax, watch, and enjoy the whole experience.
The facility is clean, welcoming, and so well-run. My grandkids can’t wait to start classes after having such a great time. Highly recommend this place for parties and gymnastics programs!

This facility is sadly being led astray by incompetent ownership. The class coaches are good. The front desk and admin staff are helpful and have good intentions. They throw decent birthday parties. Their Open Gym events are getting to be overcrowded and dangerous

In February 2024, approximately 40 girls on one of the Xcel competitive teams and their coaches were suddenly evicted from Randolph Gymnastics during the competition season. The owner's decision directly impacted the girls and their families. This decision was unacceptable. The girls and the families were hurt, confused, and unsure of what to do next.

The parents and the coaches did the best they could to finish out the season without any support from Randolph Gymnastics. The Xcel Bronze team set a state record in March 2024 with absolutely no acknowledgement from the facility.

Randolph Gymnastics is a decent facility for classes and birthday parties. If your child wants to be a competitive gymnast, there are several other places in the area that are better suited and much more supportive.

After being with this gym for long time I thought about trying a different place. After I toik my daughter somewheres else I found that I can’t get the same level of cosching skills elsewhere. I will continue to being my daughter to here for lesson with Coach Kenny he is very skilled and one of the best coach in the area.

After trying gym after gym, I have finally found a home for my cheerleader to practice her tumbling. Their advanced tumbling class is AMAZING!! Not only was I impressed with the size of the facility, but the cleanliness as well. It is very clear that this facility takes cleaning, and sterilization seriously. Before leaving class, each child uses hand sanitizer. The lobby is always very clean and welcoming! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately after two good years at this gym, I am pulling my daughter out and feel the need to warn other parents that the place is going downhill and you should carefully monitor your children’s classes to make sure they are safe. We started my daughter here when she was 3 years old and went religiously for over two years, always with the same coach, Julian, who was absolutely amazing. We also did several jumping beans and even had my daughter’s birthday party here. We were all about Randolph gymnastics and recommended it to so many. Several weeks ago, Julian abruptly left. We were not told why and only notified the day before my daughter’s weekly class. Since then, it’s been awful. At first I thought the new teacher just needed to adjust to the class and get used to the age group but every week I become increasingly concerned that the children are not safe. The new coach has no control over the class (she only has 4 children in the class) - they spend the entire time running and jumping around - complete chaos. There is no structure at all and she only supervises one at a time. She’ll set them up in stations only to turn her back on the majority of the class and focus on one student doing one thing. This means five year olds with no real skills or techniques are trying to do back walk overs and free handstands (no wall) completely alone and not even supervised. Today I watched a girl injure her back and lay in pain and the coach never even noticed. I also watched another girl hit, slap and shake my child repeatedly while my child told her to stop and tried to get away from her. Coach never noticed. Last week, I looked Away for a second, looked back and my child (5 years old) was gone. I searched The entire gym for her in a panic only to find her in the office crying. The coach had sent her to leave the floor and walk alone to the office, without ever attempting to tell me even though I was Upstairs watching the class the entire time, because she had a belly ache. When I found her the office said they were trying to call me on the phone? I told them calmly then that I was very uncomfortable and that the coach should have alerted me before letting my daughter leave the floor. The office is right by the front door and there are a half dozen classes happening at once, so the lobby is jammed with people coming and going - anything could have happened. The office was apologetic then and told me it wouldnt happen again. Then just a week later, I watched my daughters class go with the coach for a water break and then watched the coach return to the floor with absolutely no children with her. I was Completely confused and watched her wander around the floor alone for a minute before running downstairs in search of my daughter, who was nowhere to be found then when I went into the office demanding to know where my daughter was, their response was “you can’t find her again?’” THEN the coach comes over and says her whole class went to the bathroom? A class full of five year old girls are allowed to walk to a public bathroom that adults use, with multiple stalls, right next to the front entrance, ALONE and not a single parent was alerted, not a single staff member checked on them or made sure they were ok and the office, who sits right next to the bathroom had NO IDEA. In two seconds one of those children could have gone missing and the coach and office had no good excuses what so ever and wouldn’t tell me the name of or the contact information for the manager. It is so sad that they have now given me no choice but to withdraw my daughter, who loves gymnastics and has an aptitude for the sport, because I’m terrified for her safety. And for the price you pay (way more expensive than other gyms) that is just unacceptable. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and parents should be warned. Don’t come here if you want your child to learn and grow and definitely not if you have any safety expectations what so ever!

The coaches for my 6 year old class couldn’t be less interested in their job. After warm up it takes them close to 5 minutes to get organized. The exercises are poorly executed with no organization kids were going the wrong way bumping into each other. My daughter did more standing around than gymnastics and z very little feedback and encouragement.

My 7 year old loves Randolph gym! We have been coming for about 2 years now. She has had a great experience with all of the instructors, but she especially love Coach Emily! They have all different coaches to pick from depending on who your child would gravitate for. They have great prices, are flexible with you as you can miss a day and make it up, and overall is just s great gym! I would definitely recommend to kids if all ages!!!

I had my sons birthday party here. I had a decent experience. The instructors we had were fine, the facility was great however the team does not provide any support during the “party” portion. Be prepared to cut up pizza slices, cut cake by yourself and not have any additional hands to support. When I asked for help, the team advised that they can only give extra plates but that’s all. A little disappointed with that since any other facility I’ve used or been apart of is very helpful and much more attentive. I most likely will not be returning for parties here which is unfortunate because I did feel the actual gym portion was great for my kids.

Was impressed how the staff was so attentive to the students, safety first. The gym area was very clean. Plenty of seating for parents while they wait till their children are done. Also, staff made the kids use hand sanitizer before they left the gym.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! My three children and a number of their classmates have had birthday parties here through the years, and we can always count on consistently stellar service and experience. The kids love it, it's fun and exciting and they treat birthday boy/girl to special attention and super cool tricks!!! Hands down the best.

Had a birthday party here for our son and we were very happy with the results, 4.5 out of 5. Simple, cost effective, and great communication leading up to the party. It's an option for next year, and we'll be exploring their regular program.

Just remember to be prepared for the food and cake part. They supply pizza, plates (pizza and dessert), napkins, and drinks. Don't forget to bring serving utensils, extra water, lighter, and candles.

Went to the mommy and me class. I had never been there and the staff was just rude. They only have free play two days during the week 10-12, which means you have to be a non working parent to take part. The vibe of this place isn't conducive to having fun. My daughter is 2 and wasn’t interested in a structured class. So as soon as she drifted away from the class the instructor was rude and told me to grab my child and participate. I walked out the door, non of the staff offered to speak to us about any issues we were having. It was clear they didn’t care.

I absolutely love training at this gym, the coaches and staff are very friendly and encouraging. It is a very positive environment. From personal experience of being on the team, the team coaches are fantastic and dedicated to their gymnasts. The gym itself is very spacious with lots of equipment to train on. Overall, Randolph Gymnastics is a great gym to train at!

Extremely cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming desk lady on Saturday morning. Wonder if it had anything to do with my wife being Hispanic. Anyway, I was going to spend a ton on money on this place. But who wants to deal with unprofessional trash.

I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately, after trying the program for a short time, we had serious enough concerns not to return, mainly: Though the team girls were practicing for 3 hours, there was no warm-up/stretch - coach put them on the apparatuses with zero warmup. Multiple things were happening simultaneously, so on more than one occasion, there were near miss collisions (dangerous), and the coach (Kenny) spent much of practice checking his phone rather than coaching technique/hand placement or showing the kids proper form. The team parents are apparently 'afraid' of him and my interactions with him were unprofessional at best. I wanted to like this place - unfortunately, too crowded, unsafe and overcrowded, too much disinterest in coaching and rude behavior - there are better places to practice gymnastics.

We recently did a trial class for tumbling. My daughter left crying and did not want to go back. She's 6. I watched the entire time as the "staff" member that was working with her group was mean, rolled her eyes, and seemed annoyed with all the girls. A bit more patience and encouragement would have gone a long way. So do not use this gym if your child has a soft sweet heart and just wants to do it for fun.
