We wanted to love this place so much. We bought a membership for our child and they loved it. Unfortunately, the controversy and shady management will make us not return. You cannot trust this place with children.

My mom came here for the first time with my son, and it will for sure be the last. I called the day before coming and asked how I could sign up online. I was told no need, just come on in. As I showed up the next day, I was asked by who I assume is the manager if I had signed up online? I explained to her I did not, as I would told I did not have to. I was then told very rudely I HAD to sign up. My son was anxiously awaiting to play, and starting to become very upset as I could not get him signed up fast enough. This could have all been avoided if I was told the correct information from the phone call. At no point was I offered any help. I absolutely will not be returning and tell others.

Went on a school field trip to this place and it felt like everything was super controlled. Felt like we were at the military. It was very misleading the way this place was described.

We loved coming to this facility for private lessons, until we were told 2 days prior to our scheduled session that they wouldn't honor the times we booked that month and were canceling all the private lessons we had scheduled because we were not part of their cheer troup, Storm. This had never been an issue historically, and we were told they just decided to change their policy, so cancelled all our lessons. We had rearranged work schedules to fit the lessons into our month, and we didn't even receive a phone call - just a cold email saying they were being cancelled. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and bad business.

Hands down the best kids party destination I've ever been to!!
Went to a birthday party this past weekend here and my daughter had a blast! All types of gymnastic activities and the kids loved it. The staff is very interactive with the kids and show them what each piece of equipment is for. They get down to the kids level and speak to them in a way so it's easy for them to understand. All activities are planned out and they are very efficient. Play time first then food and cake. Kids are individually given sanitizer on there hands before going from the play room to the party room.
There is also gymnastics classes, cheerleading, weight training and much more.
Keep up the great work!!

The place is very dirty and doesn't smell too good.staff are condescending and dismissive.the waiting room they cram parents ino while waiting for there kids has very low ceilings and not well ventilated at all.and the bench for parents to sit on is falling apart and unsafe.its the kind of place where when you get home you can't get to the shower fast enough.

Great place! Great coaches! Great people! They offer so many services for kids and parents too! If you wondering about what they have to offer Kathy is the best and she goes above and beyond to get you information and the owners put the kids first when it comes to everything! They also have handled COVID restrictions with a safety first over profit mindset and thats a quality thT can be hard to find!

I went with my summer camp class and I was dissapointed. We spent all this money and were only allowed to do the activities outside while the students were exhausted in the sun for over two hours without any staff offering beverages. Right before we left, they then decided to take all the students to the fountain. The staff was nice, but the activities presented were the activities we already do and learn at our program. Nothing new and exciting.

The programs and camps that they run here are wonderful. Our child is involved in several different activities and classes there. The staff are universally quite friendly and well-trained. Their only shortcoming is that sometimes their business office is a little tough to get a hold of and the staff doesn't always communicate perfectly from program to program, so you might have to visit a different time to get the right staff member to answer your question. But this is a small quibble, and I recommend Rastelli's highly!

Yesterday I witnessed the sales coordinator yelling at one of the owner who runs a kids' basketball league telling them that their time was up. I felt it was rude and unprofessional that an employee from Rastelli was being hostile. It seems to me every time I have came that people of color are not welcomed in this facility. I will definitely let all my family and friends not to patronize anything that this company owns. Your staff needs a training on how to deal with people from different cultures. I will definitely be reaching out to the news media to have them do some further research when it comes to people of color.

I wouldn't recommend bringing your children here....ever. The lack of respect and customer service is mind blowing. Kathy Nolan is super disrespectful and the way she talks to people makes everyone around feel uncomfortable. I really wouldn't bring your children here. Not a pleasant environment, and it seems as if race plays a role in this place which is just disappointing and sucks.

We have been renting a basketball court at Rastelliβs since August 2017 for our Basketball organization. I have never had anyone disrespect me the way Kathy Nolan disrespected me today. We used to work with Amanda, who were always very professional, but they let her go in November 2017 and replaced her with Kathy. We have our basketball clinics every Monday from 7pm-8pm. This evening, Kathy came up to me at 8:01pm, pointed to her watch and said, βItβs 8:01, you have to wrap it upβ while she pointed her finger in my face, then turned around and walked away. The parents of the children from our organization witnessed what Kathy Nolan did and said how rude and disrespectful and unprofessional she was. I then went up to Kathy Nolan and told her she was very unprofessional and I donβt appreciate her talking to me the way she did. Another person from the organization said to her, βShe is paying for the court, you should give her some respect.β Kathy Nolan replied, βYeah, until until 8pm.β Weβve had multiple complaints about Kathy Nolan from the other parents that brings their kids to our clinics and games. Kathy Nolan has been very rude to us on multiple occasions and tonight was the first time I said something to her about it. She yelled at my fiancΓ© in December, in front of other parents, and we just ignored it and didnβt complain about it. There is no way I will allow anyone to disrespect me or only respect me βuntil 8pmβ. This is a business and the only person that is always professional is Shawn. Overall, this place doesnβt even deserve the 1-Star. They donβt know how to run a business and it seems if youβre not the same skin complexion as them, they donβt want you there. Donβt bring your kids here and donβt do business with Rastelli Kids Complex.

Cathy, the Sales Manager, is extremely disgusting. She has shown rude behavior to the parents, my mother, and my father. Absolutely DISGUSTING. One of our members confronted her saying βSheβs paying like everybody else, you need to respect her.β She then replied βYeah, until 8βo clock.β Very disrespectful and unprofessional. She then proceeded to point her dirty finger in my motherβs face. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!

Brought our 2 year-old there for a trial gymnastics class. In-laws came along. The instructor was subbing for the regular Saturday instructor. She was very young, maybe 18, and seemed intimidated by the parents. There was little to no instruction or structure to anything. We didn't expect a bootcamp for the toddlers but we could bring our daughter to Jellybean Jungle for less money. And apparently we weren't being irrational because my husband's parents couldn't have agreed more. Plus my father-in-law pointed out how dangerous some of their equipment was with exposed metal. We asked Priscilla at the desk on our way out if we could give another class a shot when the regular instructor comes back( ignoring my father-in-law's warnings about the potential safety hazards). She took my name and number and assured me she'd contact me by the end of that day after talking to Shelley, the head of gymnastics. Never got a call. Followed up today and got Shelley on the line who was ridiculously, unnecessarily unprofessional and rude. It was almost comical how nasty and defensive she was. GAME OVER. Spend the extra $30 and just go to Rainbow Gymnastics down the road a ways people. You'll get air conditioning for the extra money at least. My time and money is too precious.

Best place for birthday parties!! We just had my son's 10th birthday party here (a surprise party, no less). The staff were superb - so nice, helpful and accommodating. Everyone was all hands on deck! The outdoor pool party was a wonderful time for both the adults who could sit under the shaded pavilion and for the kids who swam, played basketball, Gaga, jumped on the bounce pillow, and more. I highly recommend RKC for birthdays!

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Do not enter the bathroom or you would probably catch a disease. The counselors and staff are insensitive, not happy to work there and all about the money not about the children. I regret signing my child up and that I have almost 5 more classes to finish up because I paid in full.

After reading other recent reviews, I feel I have to put my opinion out there. As a parent, I can't say enough about Rastelli's Kid Complex and Camp Sam. My kids (boy age 7 & girl age 5) absolutely LOVE it there. This was their first summer attending camp and they have been constantly asking to go back. There are so many fun activities for the kids to do. I love that they are outside and active (and not sitting inside or playing video games)all day long. They've met so many friends they look foward to playing with every day and they get excited to see their counsellors as well. I feel comfortable leaving them there knowing all visitors have to sign in and a photo id is needed to pick your child up. They offer many different sport programs for all ages. Another fantastic program they offer is their holiday camps for when the kids are off from school. I would definitely recommend Camp Sam (or Glam or spirit) to anyone looking for somewhere (non-boring) to send the your kids !

This place is quite frankly, more than just boring. The camp enforces a rotation for all the activities outside; including a jumping pillow, two gaga pits, volleyball nets, tetherball, a (most likely broken) rockwall, a small pool, and a waterslide probably intended for 6 years olds. Each rotation is at least an hour long, so as a teenager, I'm not exactly interested in being forced to slide down the same waterslide for an hour or more. And interestingly enough, there were a decent percentage of my travel camp that enjoyed the bathrooms better than the activities we had to sign a waiver for. Because the bathroom was the only place with air conditioning, a group of boys started a game of catch in the male bathroom, that was apparently more enjoyable than the scheduled activities. I also heard of bullying and fights raging on in the restrooms unsupervised. As my last day of travel camp, this was not the place I wanted to go to in order to fully enjoy my time with my friends at camp.

I went to this place with camp today. Everything we did was outside. . There was no AC, only in the bathroom. We weren't even allowed to go inside, and even if we were there is AC there. We weren't allowed to choose what we wanted to do because we were put into groups and had rotations. There is a rock climbing wall, gaga pit, murky pool, volleyball, tether ball, and jumping pillow. We barely had any freedom to go to any activity. Kathy the leader of the complex controlled everything. I think she needs to know that 11-15 year olds can do things themselves. I do not recommend going there with camp or any people that hate the heat.

After coming to this place during a camp trip... All I can say is that I hated it. This place follows the most arbitrary rule set which required us (11-15 year old) to form into groups of 16 and follow their direct rotation sets. This caused a situation in which many groups of people just sat out and did nothing during certain rotations (mainly the gaga and pillow rotation). Also, they refused to let us split into separate groups or enter the building with the exception of bathroom. Because of this everyone was overheated and exhausted. There is so much more to say but I feel my point has come across. 1/5 stars, don't bring with kids older than 7.

I can tell you my kids went here four years ago for the summer day camp and they complained about bullying in the bathrooms and being absolutely bored. We brought this up to the administrators who were to look into it but they still had issues. So speaking with other parents we found out that it was not just our kids that many other kids had the same issues with older kids bullying. The camp counelors themselves are kids and they are seeminlgy not supervised. We made a switch to Tall Pines which although a little more expensive have never had a problem. Tall pines opens a week after school end and closes two weeks prior to school starting so we decided to try Sports and More again (the kids were not happy). Low and behold four years later we not only found similar issues but also my in laws dropped the kids off one day and watched as they sat at a table and my in laws left - they came back to drop something off an hour later and the children were still sitting at the same table with no interaction from the camp counselors to engage in play or iteract with the other campers - seemingly quite cliche.
So the camp sends out a survey to get the opinions of the customers which I gladly provided. Today 3-7-13 the new director calls to introduce herself. When I started to explain all the problems we had she was surprised. When i asked if she read the surveys she said no. I told her that I thought she should look at the surveys since people took the time to fill them out. She indicated that It didnt sound like I was interested in hearing her so she then hungup. I found it ironic that someone wants to change things did not want to her about issues.
