I am so happy I discovered Rêve Pilates. Carissa is an excellent classically trained Pilates instructor and she has assembled a top notch set of similarly trained instructors in Jennifer and Alissa. The studio is clean, well designed and well equipped with quality reformers and chairs, which Carissa and her team put to good use with challenging classes. The rates and policies are comparable to other Pilates studios in the area, but the feel is welcoming and not “corporate”-like. You will not regret taking a class here and will walk away feeling rewarded (unless you prefer not to be challenged while exercising!)

I have had four different instructors in the past week, every one has their own style which makes each class individual and interesting, and every one is professional, welcoming and encouraging! My personal schedule is never routine, and the variety of class times allows me to go when I can. The unlimited membership is a great buy! I never tried Pilates before joining Reve in November, and at 61 years old have found it to be perfect for what I need/want at my age. Highly recommend Reve!!

Everything about Reve is fantastic. It is exceptionally clean, has beautiful and large bathrooms (if you need to change after work), and every teacher is top notch. They play music but it’s not obnoxiously loud, and the equipment is brand new and pristine. I did a free class to get a feel for it, and no one pressured me into buying anything afterwards. I couldn’t wait to get back for another class! I think the pricing is incredibly fair and much better than other franchises in the area. I highly recommend Reve. Definitely a 5 star establishment!

I absolutely love Reve Pilates Studio! From the moment you walk in, Carissa and her staff greet you with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. Every instructor I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to individual needs and goals.

The studio itself is beautiful and spotless! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and it shows in every corner. The 8 reformers are well-maintained, and the space feels calm, fresh, and inviting.

On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable. You get top-notch instruction and a beautiful space with fair prices. I can’t recommend Reve enough! It’s a fantastic place to strengthen and understand your body on a deeper level. Five stars for sure!

While the studio space is clean and welcoming and the instruction — particularly from Fania — is excellent, I feel compelled to share my experience to caution prospective clients about the purchasing process.

I initially completed a 2-class intro pack and, satisfied with the experience, proceeded to purchase what was labeled in the app as a “4 class pack group class.” At no point during this purchase was it made reasonably clear that I was enrolling in a recurring monthly membership. The purchase screen did not display any contract terms or renewal language, and the only confirmation I received was a standard receipt — no membership agreement or contract was provided via email.

When I later discovered that I had been charged for several months of membership despite not attending since April, I contacted the studio. I was told I had agreed to a contract — though no documentation was ever provided. The explanation shifted from “you were emailed a contract” to “you clicked through it during purchase,” though no such terms were visible at the point of sale.

While speaking with a staff member, I mentioned that I was looking at the purchase options in the app in real time. She acknowledged that the current wording was unclear and stated that they were planning to update the description to make it more obvious that the 4-class option includes a recurring monthly membership.

To the studio’s credit, they did cancel the membership and issue a refund upon request. However, the lack of transparency in the purchasing process, coupled with the inability to cancel through the app, raises concerns regarding informed consent and compliance with consumer protection standards. I strongly encourage future clients to request clear, written terms prior to completing any purchase.

So happy with the studio. They really know how to get me motivated to come to class which is half the battle. The teachers are all really good. Carissa’s classes are amazing and I feel it for days after. I’ve really enjoyed becoming part of the community.

I just love this studio! I was so excited to see it open up in Randolph and couldn’t wait to go. I have not been disappointed. The instructors are wonderful-each bringing their own style to the classes. All are experienced and knowledgeable, providing an atmosphere of teaching, coaching and positive encouragement while guiding the participants through challenging routines. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The studio and equipment are brand new, clean and welcoming. I cannot recommend Reve Pilates enough!
