Bill began working with my husband and I for in-home workouts about a year and a half ago. Since then, he has pushed us during training sessions, helped keep us accountable for our goals, and supported us in making lifestyle changes to support those goals. His ability to individualize our sessions has helped us see great results while also feeling confident that workouts are challenging yet attainable. He is also easy to chat with, which makes time fly! Bill is a really nice guy! I would recommend Bill to family and friends without a second thought.

Bill has been my Personal Trainer for almost 30 years. He has adapted my work-outs as I have aged. As a senior citizen I appreciate his knowledge in helping with my aches and pains. That’s why I often refer to him as Dr. Bill. You would be fortunate to schedule a session with him!

I trained with Bill for a little over 2 years. He is dedicated and motivated to help you reach your goals. With Bill's assistance I've been able to shed weight,feel better overall. More importantly I have underlying health issues and with training I've been able to keep the health issues at a stable level. You have to work hard and be committed to train. Bill is the best personal trainer! He is motivating and very easy to talk to. Bill is very knowledgeable about fitness, muscles, weight loss and will work with you to reach your goals.
