The owners, staff, and trainers are top notch. Spacious fitness center with a ton space, great classes from aqua fit (in the amazing pool area), strength class, total body conditioning, cardio ball and a ton of others with great space that is very well utilized.
The personal trainers give you a choice of working downstairs in the gym or you can get the vip treatment upstairs away from the hustle of the gym.
This place is one of the best. Clean, affordable with great options for your membership. A top quality fitness center!

Make sure your price is locked in. They charged me $100 per month to sign up then literally canceled our member ship. And asked we pay $150 now. Imagine that I would make sure you get everything in writing before signing anything. Especially from Liam

Machines are clean and no issues, place is never packed. The pool is nice. Only reason its not 5 star cause its a little expensive and you still have to pay for separate sauna and jacouzee. The good thing is your membership includes classes. Great place.

One of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made, was joining this gym!
I feel so welcomed every time I walk in.
This is such a beautiful, clean, organized and updated facility that has so much to offer!
I never feel out of place or overwhelmed being here.
My favorite part of being a member at this gym is the classes!

Swim Coach Linda is amazing ! Highly recommend for your child for swim lessons! My daughter started at 4 years old and couldn’t swim due to covid set backs. Within a month, she had my daughter swimming with proper form and confidently. She still takes private lessons with her and is going to be on a swim team soon. She is very professional, incredibly patient, on time and keeps kids engaged. All around - Amazing swim instructor. 100% Five stars.

I went here back before COVID and I loved it. Great equipment, quiet atmosphere, and an insane competitive pool to training. Then COVID hit and I thought the place had shut down for good. Well won't behold. They were just going through a facelift and a name change! The second I saw they were still there. I canceled my other membership and reapplied to them! Highly recommend

I only utilize the gym portion of the club, but there is also a pool. The gym area is an average size with a good selection of cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, and a TRX-type turf area. The monthly rate is competitive and I personally live about 2 minutes away so it's ridiculously convenient.

By far the best club in all of Jersey, the owners had a vision and made it happen!! Brand new state of the art equipment, olympic size lanes for open swim and a great community of people! On top of all of the incredible amenities they have to offer the facility is CLEAN! The negative reviews on here are clearly from disgruntled/young past swimmers whom may have left the club's swim team (which may I mention is the one of the best teams in the county). Stop looking elsewhere and join today, you will NOT regret it!!!

Did you ever think you would be able to get the body of a Norse god and the Aqua lungs of Poseidon himself all in one place? Well look no further, this is where you’ll achieve that! The facilities are clean and equipment is well maintained. There are 2x 50m lap lanes and 4x 25yd lanes. Concept 2 ski ergs and rowers!

I’ve read the negative reviews and it sounds like they are disgruntled former members. Anytime the facility has had to close due to COVID restrictions or the vandals that sabotaged the pool’s HVAC unit, the club communicated effectively and prorated fees accordingly.

Support small business, support local, get the body of a Norse God! It’s simple!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about NJRC and Rock Sports Club. My daughter has been on NJRC for 11 years and has continued to swim in college. The coaches are FAMILY! They are supportive and motivating and know how to develop swimmers individual talents. The facility is immaculate, and one of the best I have ever seen. As an competitive runner I have used some of there other wellness services such as cupping. The team at Rock Sports is second to none.

Ever since I have joined the swim team and gym I have enjoyed my time working out much more. Not only are the coaches amazing, supportive, friendly, and energetic. They provide for the swimmers and gym members. Recently the HVAC system went down, even in the face of adversity they have kept communicating with customers. They have also fixed the problem within a two week time frame, which is extremely well due to back orders and complications from COVID-19. I am so happy to be apart of the community that this gym cultivates. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve your fitness level, regardless of what that level is. I have received encouragement and support from teammates and help from other gym members on my journey.

The coaches are amazing and the best coaches you will ever have and this is speaking from someone who had coach Dre saved from myself quitting. Dre is the reason why I am swimming to college and in less then 9 months was able to drop 4 seconds in the 100 Breaststroke. This team save my swimming carrer and in a lot of ways my life!!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. The HVAC system is broken and was never fixed. Everything is rusted and the walls are yellow. The coaches at NJRC are also terrible and the kids are not nice as well. They also bill you when you tell them not to charge you and don’t let you cancel your membership. They are also rude and unprofessional
