I have degenerative disc disease and vertebrae damage, and my back had bothered me for over 20 years. Physical therapy did not help, and I was considering minor surgery. However, after going to Rx30 for about two months, I strengthened my core, and my back has not bothered me since. Many people with back issues are afraid to exercise, but improving your strength is important for your overall health and wellness. Give it a try!

I went to RX30 for an intro 30 minute workout. It was an amazing HIT workout, with only 1 other person in the class. We focused on 6 exercises which collectively hit all the major body muscles. The instructor was able to personalize his attention and cheered us on when the going got tough. I am hooked. Wow! . .. What a work out in only 30 minutes! . . . .I can't wait to go back!

This is by far one of the best workout classes I have been to. I am visiting from NYC, and this class has topped every single class in the city. The vibe is amazing, the workout is challenging but in the best way possible, and Carolyn was such an amazing instructor. At RX30 I really felt that the instructor (Carolyn) pushed me, but also reminded me how capable I truly was. I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing from the first step through the door. I brought my two sons in for a trial class and it exceeded my expectations. Coach Billy and Brian were welcoming to both me and the boys. Brian took them on a mini tour of the place and explained to them what they were going to do in class that day. Both coaches were encouraging and very knowledgeable about fixing their form and helping them with the equipment . You can tell both coaches are not new to the industry. My kids loved the workout and they will be joining.
In addition, the studio is immaculate and smells like a spa. I was so impressed with the facility and staff, that I also signed up for a trail class. Carolin helped set that up for me 😊 she’s been great with communication.
Coach Taylor was super! She also was detailed about explaining the exercises and she encouraged members every step of the way. Her motivation was much needed during the intense cardio class.
RX30 is great addition to the area and I just wish I knew about it sooner. If you’re pressed for time and need a smaller boutique gym, then this is it. I will definitely be doing drop in classes and get a class pack down the road for myself 👏🏽RX 30 Wayne

Did the class and it was such a good workout I was so impressed with the set up as well as how great the coaches and trainers. I took Brian’s class he was motivating and really pushed everyone in the class to keep going. I was skeptical at first thinking there’s no way I can get a good workout in 30 minutes and I was very wrong the class absolutely kicked my butt but I felt amazing after. Highly recommend especially for those who maybe have a busy schedule this was perfect

Great classes for more reasons than one!
As a mom who works full time, it’s the best class for time and efficiency. I have not come across another gym in the area that offers a 30 minute class. It’s nice to be able to find time to get a class in and be home within 45minutes.
Besides that, within just one month (or 8 classes total) my cardiovascular health has improved as measured by my Apple Watch. I am recovering faster from my workouts. I am big fan of this since I’m not a fan of traditional cardio workouts. And it’s been a nice compliment to my lifting routine. These classes help mix it up with exercises I don’t typically do on my own - it’s a nice push!
These classes are for anyone whether you’re short on time, looking for a nice compliment to your workout routine you’re already doing or looking to improve your cardio. Overall, I think whether you are just looking for an intense workout in just 30 minute - RX30 is perfect.

Great workout every time! Don’t let the 30 minutes fool you-you WILL sweat! There is just something about the 30 minute workout that mentally makes you want to push yourself. Much more efficient than putting in less effort in a long 45 minute to 1 hour workout.
Love the variety packed into the workout-HIIT style training with cardio and strength all mixed together with great music. Has a cool club vibe; dark mood lighting and inspirational quotes on the walls and mirrors. Love that they provide towels and have a water fountain. Been to bigger gyms and no access to any water! It’s a very small boutique like gym so those are little perks which I like.
Coaches get to know you right away. They not only know your name right away but also your strengths and weaknesses. They will always push you to do better based on your individual fitness level and there are always modifications if you need it.
Love the huge video screen that is constantly playing the exercise demos to reference if you need it.
Also like that they are open on Sundays.

I have been using RX30 personal training services and couldn’t be happier. First of all they did a very thorough assessment to make sure I was matched with the appropriate trainer and to gauge my fitness level. I love working w/ Michelle. She understands how to adjust the workout to fit my needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I have already seen some improvement in my performance. Looking forward to expanding my journey into their classes as well not that I’m more comfortable working out.

My normal regimen of weight training and basketball 3-4 a week left me at a plateau. Body fat refused to drop even with strict dieting. I sprained my ankle and didn’t want to abort mission as summer was approaching. Found RX30 online and they reviewed well…. Two weeks later; Body fat is down 2.5 percent, lost 6 lbs, and feel a significant improvement in my cardiovascular endurance.
The facility is spotless, all new equipment, interactive visual guides, and great music in the background.
The training staff is pleasant, attentive, and go the extra mile to push you. It’s clear they are invested in helping you reach your goals. 5/5 Would strongly recommend!

It’s the best. I love that we get right into the workout, moves quickly, and then you are done! It’s amazing how I’ve worked out at many gyms in the past and this is the one that makes me sweat the most in such a short time. I first heard of RX30 through a friend of mine and I am so glad I did. I just experienced my first workout and it was such a positive experience. The workouts are exactly what I needed and the pacing was just right with enough of a challenge to feel all the gains. My workout was with Michelle and she was very attentive and motivating throughout the class. Do not hesitate to jump right in and give this place a try! Great boutique workout studio in Wayne. Clean and pretty space, it’s on the smaller side (I believe 8 per class) but I personally love that over a huge space/class like Orange Theory. The instructor was friendly and motivating and really pushed me to do my best. I liked the music also. I would definitely come back!

This class was a CHALLENGE but I felt so good afterward! Everyone was so welcoming, from the front desk staff to the coaches. The coaches were very motivating and encouraging; they definitely know how to push you to do your best.
