Coaches are very helpful. Friendly but disciplined atmosphere. Lots of pads, bags, and weights to practice any more or workout we need to do. We trained plenty of cardio as well as striking to keep up our endurance.

This place is great, you learn real skills and compete as well. Nice group that doesn’t undermine u for not knowing much. Great place for beginners to turn pro.

Great gym, Great people!! The head coach, Dave Nelson, is very intuitive when making his lessons. If you come to him with questions or you are struggling with a certain technique or move he will find a way to incorporate it into that days lesson so you and everyone can learn much faster. It has only been 2 months and i feel i’ve learned so much. Wouldn't want to train anywhere else.

Good place, good environment to train and learn. I go here to better myself both mentally and physically, to be in a good and better shape, to become the best version of myself is my goal. Focusing on living a healthy lifestyle i can go on and on with all the positive things i can get out of this place and that's the main reason i joined Sabai Sabai Muaythai.👍🙏🙇♂️

Good family, friendly place. My child has been a member of this Muay Thai family for almost four years. His confidence level has grown tremendously. The staff is awesome. They help every individual with growing and learning the art of Muay Thai.

Outstanding gym. Coach Dave is a great teacher and a great person. His Muay Thai training is excellent. He trains in Thailand every year and uses those experiences as well as his personal and professional networks to keep us experiencing and learning new techniques and perspectives all of the time. One of his his greatest skills is knowing his students and tailoring training to their individual levels, even in group training sessions. Another of his skills is getting his students to push their personal limits while keeping them safe. I have been training at this gym for 4 years. My kids have trained here regularly as well. I am a child psychologist and his kids programs are on point. Highly recommend!

Coach Dave Nelson is a great guy, very talented, and a credit to his art. Yes, he is a fighter. But he also understands the wider implications of teaching Muay Thai as a martial art, and as such the character development and self-confidence it encourages in its participants of any age. I’m excited that Coach Dave has a school and I am confident it will continue to grow. This man needs to be teaching. And if you go and visit his school and take a class, you’ll find out why.

This place is wonderful!! Can’t say enough good things about Dave’s coaching skills. He’s excellent with younger kids. He’s very patient, gets down on their level to show them the moves, and the kids always have fun. Dean is fantastic with the older students. Altogether, a great place to learn new skills. And it’s AFFORDABLE!!! You won’t regret trying Sabai Sabai.
