I’ve trained at a lot of gyms, but nothing compares to the experience I’ve had working with Coach Cal. From the moment you walk in, he brings an energy that makes you want to push yourself harder than you thought you could. He’s not just a trainer who counts reps — he actually teaches you how to move, how to work hard, and how to train with real purpose.

Cal pays attention to every detail. He corrects your form, explains why each exercise matters, and adjusts things specifically for your goals and your body. You can tell he genuinely cares about your progress. He remembers what weights you used last week, what you struggled with, and exactly where to push you next.

SETS is an incredible gym. It is genuinely impressive that in so many years of me attending, I have never had the same work out twice. Coach Cal as well as many other coaches are respectful and truly care about your personal fitness goals. Even in a group session, it still feels like you are receiving one-to-one personal training. Cal is extremely knowledgeable with form and overall fitness. He can modify any part of the workout with ease to cater to any injuries or overall fitness levels. SETS has become my 2nd family with their caring and motivating atmosphere. It is the only gym I have ever decided to wake up and take a 5am class for!
