I just started my membership with SETs And I’m so happy that I made this decision. The trainers are so friendly, kind and compassionate even if you don’t understand the exercise they’re always more than willing to come over and teach it to you thoroughly so you’re doing it the right way and safely. Since I don’t have much experience with weightlifting, This was the perfect place to start. The other part of this that I love so much is the community. They help you in building confidence and they never judge you for what you don’t know. I also love how they encourage you to do more because they know you can. Thank you to all the trainers who make this such a great experience and I’m so glad that I get to be part of this community!

I love, love, love SETS! I’ve been going for about a year now, and it’s the only place that’s kept me consistently working out. The workouts are tough but so worth it—you really see and feel yourself getting stronger. The coaches are amazing—expect to get your butt kicked by Aaron or Ryan! They push you to your limits and help you level up every time. SETS is like one big family and everyone is super encouraging. I’m so happy I found a place that keeps me motivated and helps me to crush my fitness goals.

I must say, I love coming to work out at SETS. I started coming here about 2 1/2 years after having my twins. I was in the worst shape of my life. I initially tried orange theory and it was so much cardio I really felt like I wasn't building any strenght or muscle. My coworker told me about SETS and I decided to do the 3 day trial and I was sold. I have been coming here now for almost 2 years and I love it. Love the mix of workouts, Ive literally never felt so strong in my life and im continuing to see reults and changes in my body. It never gets boring. The coaches are amazing and push you. Worth ever penny.

Love SETS! I started with the 21 day challenge for $21 and after day 1, I was hooked! The coach’s are amazing and I love the variety of workouts. I used to go to a regular gym and after a while wasn’t motivated to go because machines/weights were alway taken and I would constantly have to change up my workout. Then I started workout out at home using YouTube but after some time I felt myself hitting a plateau. SETS pushes me to work harder and challenge myself. I have seen more progress in 2 months than I have in the past year! If you’re thinking about trying it, do the 21 days. You won’t regret it!

It's been one year since I've joined SETS and it's been the biggest motivating factor in all aspects of my life. The workouts are enjoyable and I've seen the progression in my strength, I've been making healthier choices with food, and have gained friends along the journey as well! I did a 21 day challenge at Sets almost two years ago and I was totally addicted after the first 2 classes!!!! The trainers are all amazing and if you’re feeling overwhelmed or can’t do something there are modifications. And if you want to push harder there are modifications for that as well! ;-)

I heard about this place from family and friends in the Jackson and Freehold locations and immediately joined. I love this type of workout- each workout is different and challenging. I’ve been a member of SETS since inception. I have nothing but wonderful things to say- the management is and has been exceptional from day 1- the trainers are amazing and there has been minimal turnover (unique for this industry) and they are reliable (ie they’ve never been late to open or cancel for no reason etc). The classes themselves are very challenging, with a great mix of weights and cardio and you never have the same class twice. It’s for beginners and the advanced alike, as there are plenty of opportunities to modify and use different weights and the trainers are always there to assist. For sure this is one of the best gyms out there for the price (which is very reasonable as compared to competitors)- highly highly recommend! You won’t be sorry!!

Had Louis as a coach today. In the past, at the former Old Bridge location, I had Will and another gentleman that I can't recall. Great workouts. I'm usually just a weights guy, but go here when I'm at my girlfriend's place since she is a member. The coaches are friendly, but will push you. If you are having trouble with something, they will help you modify the exercise. People of all different fitness levels were there, which made me feel better about my performance.

I joined SETS this past summer and have been loving it. It’s always hard to get myself to the gym but once I get to SETS i’m in the zone. The coaches there have been so nice and super helpful. Had my first class at SETS today (doing the 21 day challenge). Really great experience overall. Clean and organized gym. Friendly instructors (Thanks Dennis, Lisa, and Will!). Love the energy in the room and the structure of the workouts. I was looking for a place where all you need to do is show up and do the workouts as best as you can and they have everything else covered (found it!). Also love that times flies by since we are busy doing the different workouts in each station.
A bit fast space and intimidating at first but just show up and do the best that you can and rest will work itself out.

Awesome place to get back into working out and get fit fast! Workouts are challenging but also fun. Every workout is different (there are 6 stations and you rotate) and every week is different than the one before, so definitely keeps you on your toes. The trainers are awesome and energetic. We had a great time and started getting in great shape, but unfortunately I had a bad back injury (unrelated to SETS) and had to stop going. It's pretty easy to get into classes and they have so many options available in the morning till 9 and after 4. Overall highly recommend, but definitely expect to be challenged and completely drenched after!

I have been attending Sets Old Bridge for about 4 years now. I personally do better with classes that’s why I love this gym. All of the trainers are motivating and educated in what they do. I started a Shred Challenge which included a meal plan and keeping consistent in the gym. Since the first challenge I did I have lost 15 lbs and lowered my body fat by 7%, thanks to Coach Will for the guidance. The classes are challenging and the coaches are there to help you every step of the way and give you modifications if needed. I have met so many amazing classmates during this journey as well! I love being a part of the SETs family. The instructors are very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the classes. They will always help me modify exercises that fit my needs. I love that I leave there with my heart rate up and having worked every muscle group. The instructor's are very encouraging and the people that I take classes with are really great as well.

The instructors at sets are all very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. There are many different instructors to choose from. As well as many different class times. The atmosphere is welcoming which makes it is easy to work out there. The classes challenge your cardio as well as your strength. My favorite workout involves the battle ropes, the sleds and the use of the bar bell. There is something for everyone.

Absolutely love this place! Always a different style of class that works different muscle groups and rotates between cardio specific and weight training styles. The trainers are awesome push you and keep you motivated throughout the class. This class works for all different ages and body types. The most honest review you’ll ever need to read. This is not a basic, low impact workout. This is much more than that. It is also not super complicated or just focused on weights. This is a workout that works every muscles in different ways every workout. Never the same workout and they have all the workout equipments you’ll need. Each workout is upbeat, with great music and easy to follow instructions by a seasoned trainer in a friendly and inviting environment. That was a run-on sentence, but who cares. It’s a review. I’ve done CrossFit in the past and I’ve done basic boot camp workouts…SETS uses the best of those types of workouts and provides you a well balanced workouts. They even provide nutrition advice as we know weight management and fitness is 80% nutrition and 20% workout. Try SETS, you won’t be sorry.

Did a 21 for 21 day challenge. Cool that they offer that! That’s just enough time so you can make the decision for yourself if it’s something you’ll want to sign up for… unlike the car when when I want to try a new chemical and they send me a tiny little sample.. by the time it’s reached the tunnel it’s empty!! I was really nervous about joining since I have not stepped foot into a gym or class in over two years… just getting out of bed in the morning is a struggle… first class was today, with Dennis… he right away introduced himself and asked what my goals were… halfway through I started to really slow down… the best part was he was able to read my face and not push me. I was worried that I’d be inches from passing out and be yelled at or bullied into pushing past my limits… class was super fast paced however you’re able to go at your speed without feeling pressure. I plan to stick with it as my heart hasn’t worked this hard in years!

I've been going to SETS for almost a year. I decided to do 10 personal training sessions with Coach Will. Prior to starting, he asked me what my goals were and what areas I wanted to focus on as well as what style workout I prefer (I personally prefer reps). He created customized workouts which targeted every area I requested. He always made sure my form was perfect so I was getting the most out of my sessions. He motivated me to challenge myself (I ended up deadlifting the most I ever have thanks to his motivation and encouragement). I definitely see results from my sessions. I will definitely be doing another 10 sessions in the future. I highly recommend!!!

I have been coming here for 50 classes now. I love the style of workouts that are produced here. I am definitely becoming addicted to working out. The coaches are cool and the environment is great for people who are beasts and others who are in need of pushing. All in all it’s a great place to get in a good workout or even two a days. My wife is an avid sets member. She loves it as well.

I’ve been a member of SETS since August of 2021 and I attend classes at least 4 times a week. Growing up I was always active by playing either basketball or soccer until the end of high school. Although I stayed active for majority of my life, I never actually knew how to workout on my own. I never had the motivation or knowledge to go to a conventional gym and simply lift weights. Going to SETS makes being fit so easy! All you have to do is show up and everything else is taken care of for you. The workouts are already planned out and the instructors always demonstrate what needs to be done. The schedules they have are flexible and I can attest to this. I’m a tax accountant and this past busy season I was still able to stay on track with my fitness goals due to the flexibility of class times offered. The atmosphere alone is great. All 4 of the instructors at the Old Bridge location are friendly, eager to help, and super motivating. Not only does SETS offer classes, but they also have several events and challenges throughout the year to promote goal setting. I can go on and on about the benefits attending SETS provides to me but if you have a slight inkling as to what this gym offers I highly recommend you sign up and try it out for yourself!

I started SETS in 2019 after i just had a baby and love the program. The coaches are extremely professional and know what they are doing. They make sure everyone is taken care of and if anyone needs help they are always willing to guide you. When COVID shut everything down they had zoom classes which were also awesome and still provide zoom classes if you’d like. I feel stronger and healthier everyday. You don’t have to hate working out when you go to SETS !! The coaches are always motivating you and pushing you out your comfort zone ! Even the other members of the class are always nice and friendly. All equipment is sprayed down and cleaned, I felt safe even during Covid. The music is great, they play all kinds ! This is a really great organization for fitness you can tell the owner cares about all of it.
