Sets is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) gym designed to push your limits and deliver results in just 50 minutes. Every class is structured to maximize efficiency, combining strength, cardio, and endurance in a dynamic, fast-paced format. No two workouts are ever the same, keeping your training fresh and challenging.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches tailor movements and progressions to meet you at your fitness level—so everyone gets the most out of their session. At Sets, it’s not just about the workout; it’s about building strength, energy, and confidence with every class.

I absolutely LOVEEEE SETS! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now and I was so excited for their Princeton location to open! This gym is spacious, equipment is brand new and the coaches are AMAZINGGG!! It’s perfect for any experience level, the coaches will help you and motivate you through the workouts and the energy is high every class! I was never a morning gym person and now I can’t start my day without going. Best gym EVERRR!!!

Will, Chris, Gina and the rest of the SETS FAM team are honestly the best coaches I have ever worked with! I’ve been a sets member for almost 4 years and the workout is like no other. SETS Princeton is such an amazing place to get a great workout in 50 minutes(!!). The daily variations of workouts allow me to get a really good sweat with weights, cardio & plyometric strength training. The coaches are the perfection combination of friendly, helpful, supportive, firm & fun! The head coach, Chris, is so personable, can make you laugh while you’re working out through each station & pushes you to your best potential. What other gym can you find that?! Each coach, including the owner, Will, are actively involved in every class & are there to guide you. Of course, you get what you put into it! I have met some of the most amazing people, some of whom have become true friends & the SETS gyms have created a wonderful community of like minded people who choose to challenge themselves & learn something new. I started with the SETS PRINCETON 21 days for $21, because why not try a new & different type of workout for such a great price?! The hours are convenient, the 21 days for $21 is just too good to pass & the workouts are fun! I’ve worked out for most of my life, but the SETS training was both a challenging & lively workout that was different from any other training I’ve done! From the very first workout, I was hooked & knew the SETS type of workouts was exactly what I needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! At 52, I’m in better shape than I’ve been in years, and I actually look forward to my workouts. The community here is so welcoming and supportive . I’ve made some amazing friends who keep me motivated and make fitness fun.
When I first joined, my goal was to lose some weight and get healthier. Not only have I done that, but I’ve gained so much more: confidence, energy, and a sense of belonging. The staff and trainers are encouraging and really care about helping everyone succeed, no matter your age or fitness level.
If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a gym… a place where you can laugh, grow, and feel your best, this is it!

I truly can’t find the words to express how SETS has changed my every time routine. I’ve worked out for years but found myself in a slump and unmotivated until finding this community. The coaches and friends you meet here instantly become family and help to keep me accountable. I look forward to coming to class everyday! The workouts are FIRE and always challenge me in new ways.
