I was skeptical that I could get a good workout in 20 minutes like they claim but man was I wrong. From the jump, I was sweating and I could feel my muscles working harder. I was cooked after 15 mins but my trainer was able to help me complete the 20. Best workout of my life. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great alternative to a workout. It incorporates an intense workout while also including technology. It add resistance, helps get deeper into the muscle while also being fun and different. You must try at least once to truly understand how it all works and you’ll be hooked afterwards!

. I wanted to get motivated and back to working out so someone suggested shock room and I loved it . They made the class very doable for me. My knee I have to be careful with so the class was low impact on them and felt great afterwards. Also it’s 20 minutes so I didn’t feel Anxious for it to end like a times with hour training sessions. I would recommend to anyone who is 100% able-bodied to anyone who even has some type of limiting pain like your knee or shoulder. Love it , and loved the trainer . The first class being free doesn’t hurt ! 😊👍🏼
