I recently moved into the area from North Jersey. I practiced yoga for 10 years at the studio I belonged to previously, so I believed it was going to be difficult to replace that relationship. Sol Luna in Stone Harbor was the first studio I tried and then went no further. The studio is beautiful and full of positive energy, from the lighting and music to the soft scents in the background. Amy Sue is a wonderful and insightful teacher. The cadence of her cuing makes you feel that the vinyasa flows are a borderline ballet and you leave feeling soothed and restored. I'm so happy there :)

Cute, intimate and non-heated studio with experienced teachers! This is a great spot in Avalon! Very welcoming space. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to drop into a yoga studio while they’re in the area :)

A beautiful welcoming studio with highly qualified yoga teachers. They offer a variety of classes and have every prop you need to support a restorative yoga practice as well. One of the best parts of being here is the vibe, it’s students are also friendly and a nice mix of ages and levels. My favorite place to practice in Avalon!
