Lauren has been tremendous in helping me get back to myself! Facing my third hernia surgery, Lauren coached me with my breathing techniques and building my gut pressure. After surgery, we began slowly and continuously building upon these exercises. Every week I am adding more to my workouts and feeling stronger without fear of jumping back in too soon (which is what I believe may have been the cause of the recurrence). Her cues and prompts are spot on at helping me focus and isolate certain muscles to get the most from any given exercise.
Lauren cares and goes above and beyond at remembering the little things about my recovery, and messages me to check in. I am so grateful!

My wife and I see Lauren together and have been doing so weekly for around 6 months now. We could not speak more highly of her and her expertise as a first class trainer. Workouts are carefully planned in advance, highly effective and different in composition every time. Sessions are accommodating (occasionally I ask for golf related advice), supportive in manner and run with good humor.

I had ACL surgery and Lauren was very accommodating and helpful in making sure I felt safe as I got back into working out. Sheβs the best around! I cannot recommend her enough!
