I was in town on vacation when I was craving a hot yoga class—I signed up for the Monday morning 9:15am Hot Yoga class with Erica and it was such a treat! The flow was challenging and felt great, and it was set in a beautiful space. Erica was very present with me, and met me at my level of practice. She offered plenty of modifications and amplifications. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I first met Erica while going through a cumulative grief process. Her sensitivity while providing Reiki and soul counseling was instrumental in helping me through the losses. I have also attended Reiki training, Women’s Circle's, Cacao Ceremonies, and many retreats. The Women's Circles are a beautiful gift where women from all walks of life having many different stories come together to support each other. Erica is an intuitive and gifted moderator and mediation leader.
Confession, I am a serial retreater. I have traveled on retreats with Erica’s groups to Costa Rica ( a couple of times), Panama, Italy, and Greece. The retreats are a wonderful blend of excursions, yoga practices, meditations, relaxation, provide opportunities for reflection and self-awareness, and for making life-long relationships. Erica is the perfect host and is attentive to everyone’s needs, including special dietary needs.

My Reiki Mastership with Erica was nothing short of amazing! She is a great teacher and the 8 hours flew by! She is very informative and very compassionate and efficient in her teaching. Erica was wonderful and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. She took time out of her personal schedule to try and find a safe location to practice on the beach and offered several options for us.
She was prepared with all the equipment we would need and took extra time to ensure all 9 of my group had a unique and personalized experience.
The bridal circle was powerful, cathartic and a beautiful experience for everyone. As a party of family, it was an incredibly personal and intimate experience. Each of us walked away feeling more connected to each other than we had going into it.

Excellent yoga teacher, Erica. Studio has blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc. I took the “strong vinyasa” class. Studio is on the third floor. Take the elevator. Great facility. I am visiting the area, so I was a drop in. Given the best welcome from Erica. I highly recommend Soul Dreams.

Erica led our group in a lovely private morning class on the beach for a 30th birthday/bachelorette. It was such a relaxing way to start the weekend, and Erica was so attuned to everyone’s experience level. So glad we reached out and incorporated this as part of our weekend!

Erica is truly amazing. In 2022 I treated myself to a yoga/reiki session for my birthday which also happened to be two days after a chemotherapy treatment. I almost canceled the session due to nausea from my treatment, but pushed through and boy was I glad that I did. After Erica worked on me the nausea was completely gone. Now, in 2024, still trying to rebuild my strength after being knocked down by breast cancer treatments, I turned to Erica for help once again. I was feeling heavy, stuck and exhausted to the core, but after just one reiki session I was able to catch a glimpse of my former self that I thought was long gone. I feel my energy coming back and even walked out of the session with more pep in my step than I've had in months. Erica is wonderfully gifted at what she does and I'm grateful to have found her!

I am so lucky and grateful that my path crossed with Erica's. Since I started the "Four Weeks to Freedom" program, I've been able to really get acquainted with my emotions. I had hidden emotions that were blocking the way. I can say without a doubt that Erica's program works. I'm still on day 12th and can feel a huge difference. Erica's energy is so easy to feel, it's hard to leave when she is done with the Reiki session (which is amazing). If you are really committed to working on yourself and finding your inner peace, Four Weeks to Freedom is definitely the way to go. I found Erica & Soul to Soul when I was peak "soul searching." I always had this feeling there was more to my life that I wasn't taking advantage of and it was possible to get in tune with my whole self... I just didn't know how to get there. Erica and her Four Weeks to Freedom program hands down changed my life.

I absolutely loved everything about Erica. I was dealing with something big in my life that was not only brand new to me but it was also really frightening to me once I realized it wasn’t going away. I was very hesitant in asking for help. Even though I didn’t get to meet Erica in person, I felt like Erica welcomed me with open arms and only after a couple of minutes on the phone I knew I could trust her. Zoom, Erica, Yin yoga, Reiki. What do those things have to do with 2020? In my case, they are the four things not only helped me get by during the pandemic ... but to improve and heal myself in so many ways.

Other reviews already speak to what Erica has to offer in many dimensions (and I’m open to trying many different things), so let me focus on Zoom.

Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. And I can tell her if something hurts or ask her questions ... or just talk. It is so much fun!
