Lee is by far the BEST trainer out there! Spartan Fitness has changed my body completely. I’ve learned so much about proper weight lifting techniques, nutrition, and the importance of working all major muscle groups. His classes are fun, challenging, and effective. This is my 5th year at Spartan and I’ll never go anywhere else!

I did Spartan for my 12 yr old son this summer to get ready for football. It was amazing, perfectly tailored group work outs for his age. Lee is so nice. We only stopped going because football is 4 days a week but my son can’t wait to go back.

I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Lee and Spartan. We all know it’s tough with kids and jobs, Lee is constantly changing and evolving the training classes to keep them interesting. Classes are based around proven exercises like dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, exercise bike. Everyone is doing the same exercises as Lee walks you through them, but you get to pick your weight so it is not intimidating for beginners, and not easy for the more experienced. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I’m so happy to have found this and started! My days are better when they start at Spartan.

Lee is great trainer who works with all kinds of fitness levels. I’ve been going for years and like that you can hard as you can to however you’re feeling that night. No work out session is the same, there’s always new routines and workouts being thrown into the mix. You won’t regret taking a class here.

I tried Spartan Strength and Fitness one morning about 5 years and never looked back. I embraced what is offered at Spartan, which is mixed of Functional Fitness, Kettlebells, Strength, & Mobility. A few months after I joined, my husband joined. This says a lot since he said he would never take classes. The trainer has fantastic and charming personality that motivates you to do your best. More importantly, he is well educated in this profession and practices what he preaches. He provides guidance and watches your form, which is very important to me. I can go on and on but will try to sum up our experience in a few more sentences. Since my husband and I joined and partnered with eating a very clean diet, we both lost a lot of weight (90 lbs. between us) and added on lean muscle mass. My husband lost 60 to 70 lbs. Through the years, Spartan has offered various fun challenges, and these challenges have been a real motivation. This gym is also a community with a great mix of attendees. I have seen the gym grow in attendance over the years, but not too large. We all know each other and all have become friends. It’s a fun atmosphere to start your day, and you get an amazing workout. I can easily say I am better shape and extremely strong in my 40’s bc of Spartan Strength and Fitness. We are simply just healthier and happier due to Spartan Strength and Fitness being a part of our lives.

Our daughter has been coming for over a year and just loves it , it has helped her with her speed ,strength learning how to breath while doing the hard stuff for softball, basketball volleyball.the most important one the Confidence she has now in her self and that's worth it all .they Encourage them all the way.

This is a GREAT program for Conditioning, Balancing, and, Strengthening your body. Kettlebells, Yoga, Pilates, and more all incorporated in this program. I feel amazing after every workout. Lee and Chris are great trainers. They will help you with the workouts and to achieve the best to your ability.. I highly recommend this!!

Great workout -Instructors Lee and Chris are amazing. The workout is excellent, you gain strength, agility and endurance. I look forward to the 6am class before work. There are also evening and weekend classes to fit your needs.
