I rarely find a gym that I like enough to stick with for very long. When my previous gym, that I loved, closed down I fumbled around looking for a replacement for a while. I learned about the six week challenge being offered here and decided to give it a try. I'm truly happy that I did. I'm coming up on one year of joining and that is remarkable for me. I love all the coaches, they are very encouraging and supportive and my fellow members are as well. It's a family atmosphere and I enjoy coming here. It's not an easy workout and I do struggle, but I have also made improvements along the way. I'm happy that I've finally found a new gym that I enjoy and want to continue going to.

I started at Station Athletics with the 6 week challenge and loved it immediately! The workouts allow for me to choose the intensity that I can handle. Though I do cardio regularly, this gave me a different type of challenge and helped me quickly work on strength, getting leaner and feeling healthier! The coaches are great and the atmosphere is very supportive. Highly recommend!

After being out of the gym for almost 2 years and really feeling it (physically and mentally) I came across Station Athletics’ 6-week challenge. While I love lifting, I was nervous to try out a CrossFit style gym, but this place did not disappoint. Not long into the challenge I knew I found my new gym that I quickly loved going to. Everyone from the coaches to other members are so supportive and encouraging. The classes are the perfect combination of challenging (while offering modifications for your needs) and fun! I would highly recommend Station Athletics to anyone looking for a place to advance their fitness journey. This team does an amazing job at encouraging you to reach your goals, push yourself, and have a great time doing it!

In a time when weight loss injections like semaglutides are becoming more common, strength training is more important than ever. Losing weight also means losing muscle, and staying active helps preserve strength and overall health.

I absolutely love this gym! I originally found them through their 6-week free boot camp, and I’m so glad I did. From day one, I felt incredibly welcomed and supported—the community here is warm, encouraging, and completely non-intimidating.
One of the best things about this CrossFit gym is how inclusive and adaptable the workouts are. No matter your fitness level, the coaches do an amazing job scaling movements and adjusting reps to make them both challenging yet achievable. I never look at a workout and feel like I can’t do it—everything is structured to help you progress safely while pushing your limits.
The coaching staff is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in every member’s success. They take the time to ensure proper form, provide modifications when needed, and create a positive, high-energy atmosphere that makes every session fun and rewarding.

I started with SA in January with their 6 week challenge and haven’t looked back. 2 weeks in I decided to become a member. Coach/Manager Haleigh was a pleasure to do so with.
Every coach I have worked with has been very thorough, motivating, helpful, and supportive. Any question you may have about workouts, supplements, and meals, they will answer!
Everyone in the classes I have been in are also very pleasant and motivating. We love to see each other improve and kick butt in class!
I’m very excited to see my results going forward with Station Athletics of Westfield.

Station Athletics @ Westfield have delivered what was promised! The program they offered me really works. Starting with the 6-week challenge I have lost about 25 lbs(and counting) If you put in the effort and follow their guidance along with their meal plans it will work. They provide you with everything you need to succeed!!
Also, even though you come here to reach your goals, the instructors make it fun! Since I started my journey with Station Athletics, I always look forward to the sessions daily.
Thank you to all the instructors I’ve had sessions with; Haleigh, Stephanie, Arri, Xavier, Luiz and Igal. Y’all make it fun. Oh and to the members/friends, let’s get it!!! 🤝🏽💪🏽
