Asia did a great job! After my first intro session i knew i needed to join. Asia was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.I'm happy that stretch Lounge is open on Sundays and this location is just under 10 minutes away from me. When I joined I joined so I could have her work on me since I had a free session! A definite must try at the Montclair location!

I wanted to post an update since I have joined recovery lounge. I'm so happy that I continued and I knew I would. I love the help with stretching. Sunday's work best for me and I love coming here. Very therapeutic and the ambience for the stretch experience is excellent. You must try recovery lounge especially the Montclair location. Asia is great and definitely ask for her if you're coming on Sundays. See you in September.

I had an introductory session w Marissa — my first ever “stretch” experience. I didn’t know what to expect and was very surprised how well I felt afterwards. She knows her stuff, explained what she was doing and why, answered my questions pleasantly and patiently. I felt great for a couple days after and have signed up for a three-month program. (I’m a 66 year old male in decent physical condition and felt very comfortable in the Stretch environment. I feel a regular stretch routine will help me return to regular physical conditioning).

Strongly recommend for highly active individuals, especially if you're in training or recovery, I feel incredible. It's like a private physical therapy session but focused on whatever my body needs instead of just one thing. I couldn't make several sessions and the owner Jake worked with me to find new dates and even offered me an extra session for my troubles. Reasonable prices, excellent management, well-trained staff, decent availability, and amazing results.
