Stronger U Training is a women’s strength training gym in Little Falls, NJ, dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence and overall fitness. We offer a variety of small group fitness classes (6-10 people) and personal training sessions, with programs designed for women at every fitness level. Our supportive community and welcoming environment make every session both enjoyable and challenging. Our certified coaches provide expert guidance to ensure proper form and help you stay accountable. Stronger U Training is where community and coaching come together to support your fitness journey.

I found Stronger U when looking to strengthen my body, but also found a community that has helped to strengthen my mind. The women at Stronger U all support one another during our individual fitness journeys. It is a clean, fun and judgement free facility run by women for women! Since I joined in February, I have made great strides towards my personal fitness goals, and have a network of women that I look forward to seeing on a daily basis. At Stronger U we lift heavy stuff while lifting each other up! Michelle has created something invaluable to her members!

I was excited to try a new type of workout (and had tried numerous studios etc. but had trouble finding a workout I enjoyed and felt comfortable doing). When I found Stronger U it was a perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for. I immediately felt comfortable walking into Stronger U and Michelle's enthusiasm is top notch. The circuit training goes by quickly and Michelle helps accommodate any injuries and strength levels by changing the weight or giving an alternate movement to complete. I 100% recommend joining Stronger U!

If you want to get fit and strong, this is the place for you! Michelle practices what she preaches - her own fitness level was a huge motivation for me. Her personal training sessions are concentrated, targeted to ability and yet have just the right amount of challenge to ensure you keep moving forward and improving. Her classes can accommodate people at different levels with the added benefit of group support. She can also offer valuable perspective on nutrition which is such an important part of the mix. Highly recommend for those wanting to take a measurable step up in their fitness journey!

The 45 minute classes are challenging, hits all muscle groups and with the small group Michelle coaches and provides modifications tailored to your unique fitness level. The class goes by in a flash !! By far the best part of stronger u training is Michelle- she is a great trainer in that she is so expert but also encouraging challenging and approachable. Stronger U is convenient - easily accessible- ultra clean and small enough to be personal but fitted with all brand new equipment highly recommended-5 out of 5 stars !!
