Loved the place, but note that the owner shut down the gym last week. Will miss the place as the price was fair and the equipment hardly broke.

Super Fitness has undergone a nice transformation the past month with more to come.

This has always been an excellent neighborhood gym. I'm not a fan of chains and always prefer to find a local gym to workout. The membership has always ( and still ) includes all it's classes and their amazing instructors! $20 a month is a great price !

It's worth coming in ( or back ) to see all of these exciting new improvements & updates some of which include -

~~1,000+ square feet of Performance Turf and plenty of toys to play with including sleds, farmers walk handles, circuit equipment and more..

~~New and improved cardio decks with touch screen monitors on 8 new pieces & a new stair stepper.

~~ New Spin Bikes to go along with the awesome instructors who play some very cool music to get you through your workout.

~~ Brand new Smoothie Station with many new healthy choices. I highly recommend the Java Jolt!

~~ 4 more Life Fitness pieces have been added to the circuit area.

~~ Many new barbells, benches, & other accessories have been added to different areas on the floor as well.

~~The gym floor has been reconfigured to accommodate the turf area while maximizing the gym's entire space. Mission accomplished!! It's definitely created a better flow through the area.

This is a refreshing change and look to Super Fitness!

This gym meets my needs for a workout and the price is pretty decent. There's a Planet Fitness nearby now, but I won't switch because Super Fitness offers babysitting for just $2 an hour. That's a MAJOR reason why I'll be sticking around. If they got rid of that service, I'm not sure how I'd be able to workout at a gym.

I personally visited this gym in hopes of joining. I waited at the empty front counter for nearly 15 minutes. I decided since no one cared enough to be at the front desk, I would look around myself. It did not take but a moment to realize how disgusting this place was. The equipment looks older than me and I've never seen so much mold, dirt, and dust in a place of business!! You couldn't pay me to join this gym and in my opinion, I believe it would be shut down by the Board of Health!! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING!!!!!

This place is fine in a pinch, nice people. I came here for the first time almost 8 years ago and I'm fairly sure I haven't seen a single piece of new equipment to date, so I'm not really sure where the membership fees are going. Also, compared to a lot of other gyms, the hours suck.

I joined this gym back in 1998. I moved away for years and finally came back to the area. I should have looked around the gym before signing up again. They have the SAME EXACT equipment from 1998! Complete with rust. The women's room and changing area are dirty. I signed up with Planet Fitness and feel healthy and clean when I leave. Their 45 cancel policy is RIDICULOUS as well. It forces you to pay an additional month!!!!
Nothing SUPER about this place that's for sure.

I joined this gym with my husband who had been going for a while. I might be sort of a gym snob, but this place is horrible in my opinion. It's not clean, the women's bathroom is very shabby and doesn't appear to be very sanitary. My husband also got ringworm from the gym because nothing is ever cleaned. The equipment is outdated or not kept up to par. I loved using the Rowing Machine and noticed that the strap on the pedal was broken, and wouldn't keep your feet snug while rowing. Now, I'm pregnant and I had to complain 3 times to get the staff to finally fix the strap on the pedals. After about 3 months, they finally fixed it - by then I had already checked out. I also never feel like the staff is knowledgeable, or helpful. When I have called, or stopped at the desk, the staff members are on La La Land.... I just recently canceled my membership and wouldn't recommend anyone join. You really do pay for what you get.

This is a great gym. They have a lot cardio and weight machines plus a huge free weight lifting area. They also have a wide variety of classes like spinning, body combat, and high intensity training.

This place is dirty. Lots of rust on equipment. The bathrooms need to be completely redone. The locker rooms smell. Lots of worn pads on equipment. Some of the weight benches must be at least 10 years old and they rock from side to side because they aren't level. Unlike most modern gyms, none of the cardio equipment has personal TV's to watch and you have to like what they have on, since they are under strict instructions not to change the channels. With all the national chains with modern clean facilities, there are many better places to join than a place where the owner doesn't maintain a first class facility.
