Susan Tee Fitness is conveniently located in the Southwest section in the city of Hoboken Our studio is small enough so the group workouts are more personalized but big enough so you feel like you are in a boxing gym! Learn a new skill, get awesome cardio and valuable experience.
You will get a sense of community with our small classes and a good conditioning routine. Personal training sessions including yoga classes are also available.

I read about Susan in Hoboken and reached out. After our phone call, I knew I would be committed to working out as Susan was knowledgeable and I was willing to give it a try. I have been training with Susan since October. My goal was to lose weight but ultimately, Susan's knowledge of nutrition, weight training, boxing, yoga, and knowing a woman's body & needs, my goal became something different. I learned how much better I could take care of my body using exercise and food to heal my body. Our time together is amazing as she varies every workout, so my body does not stagnate in doing the same routine every time. I learn something new every session and am improving body coordination, balance, and have toned my body. I do not weigh myself as I feel better, my clothing fits better, my husband & I are eating better and I am not obsessing anymore.
Susan is one of the best people I have ever met, and we share a lot of the same values, to be kind, and to love of life.
We talk about all of the classes she teaches, and her new ideas and they are brilliant! She reaches so many and cares and loves everyone she meets. She is so knowledgeable about both all types of people with all kinds of needs and she is just great!
I wish "Susan Tee" the best and recommend that you experience the great location at Marine View, take a walk after a class on the water, and just enjoy the positive energy, peacefulness, serenity, and Susan.

I came to Susan after a tremendous amount of reconstruction and surgery. I needed to train with a woman. I needed to train with someone smart who would research my situation. Susan Tee is an amazing personal trainer and fitness instructor! She has a ton of experience, so she can help with any situation. She trained me for both my wedding and to get back in shape after a medical emergency/surgery.
I’ve noticed more results from working with Susan for the past 6 months than I have in 10+ years of working out. Her style is really creative, so each session is different which makes it fun and not feel like a chore.

So glad to be back in the studio with Susan. She has added kickboxing with heavy bags and it is so much fun. Great workout and incredible release- it is fun to punch & kick things! haha. She cares about her clients and you feel like you are getting personal training even in a class setting. I look forward to the classes - Great workout and super fun - what else can you ask for??
Susan Tee is an incredible trainer. I have been going to Susan's classes for 8+ years. She keeps her workouts fun and never boring. She structures the classes for every level, from beginner to advanced. She knows where you are and encourages you to push yourself to the next level. She mixes up the classes every month and they get more advanced each week so you can build on what you have already accomplished. She is very motivating! Some trainers yell at you or make you feel stupid. Even when it is early morning and can't tell my left from my right, or I feel like a total spaz, Susan helps you laugh at yourself! There is no judgement in the class. We are come for our own reasons and the small groups are supportive and friendly. The space is small, but it works. It's you and your mat! I highly recommend her classes and personal training.

I'm a little afraid to write this review because I don't want to let out the best kept fitness secret in Hoboken, but here it is... first off the classes are small group training classes that range from Barre to Butts and Guts and everything in between. The variety is fantastic! Susan gives you hands on training input and makes sure that your form is perfect. The classes are offered at convenient times for workouts before or after work and the atmosphere is motivating and not intimidating at all. I highly recommend Susan Tee Fitness if you're new to the gym scene and looking to find your niche or if you're looking to spice up your stale workout routine. Once you start you definitely won't want to stop!

I have been training with Susan Turner for over ten years and highly recommend her. Susan is a dedicated professional who is genuinely concerned about the physical well-being of her clients and achieving their long-term health benefits. Throughout the years, Susan has catered my work outs according to my goal at the time. I started training with Susan prior to my wedding and she helped me lose 20 lbs! Next, Susan worked with me to build muscle to compete in OCRs. Once again, we switched gears as she helped prepare me for my first half marathon. With her training, I was able to complete all my fitness goals. After becoming a mom and finding it difficult to find time to work out, Susan constantly encouraged me to start with small steps as I slowly got myself back in the gym. She is constantly changing up the workouts to keep them fun and interesting while closely monitoring posture and form. When the pandemic started in March, she quickly started virtual training and kept me motivated to continue to exercise through it. I cannot say enough good things about her and her gym. She has created a unique space in which classmates form friendships and push each other to succeed with no judgments

I've been taking classes with Susan at Susan Tee Fitness 3-5 times per week for over four years now, originally in the studio and now virtually via Zoom, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. The classes are 45mins, they go by fast and you get a great workout in. I've never been in better shape. Susan is a knowledgable and supportive trainer, and she keeps the classes new and fun weekly so the workout never gets stale.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Susan tee fitness for her unbelievable small group training. Just had an amazing workout, all through zoom, while Susan corrects your form and makes accommodations so not matter what, you get to have an amazing workout. So much better than any of the apps or the online stuff out there and for only about $13, it honestly can’t be beat. Not only am I happy with the physical results but what this does for my mental well being is priceless. She is also super kind to my girls as they climb on my back as I work out. Now they love to “ work out” too. Check it out!

If you are looking for not only a great fitness studio but also a place to decompress and make new friends, this is the place! Susan has created an incredible environment revolved around working out, having fun and health & wellness. Susan’s classes are fun, they are different and they show results while also not breaking the bank. She truly cares about your form, making sure you understand each move and workout and preventing injuries while having a great time. Last, but not least it’s SO AFFORDABLE. I am pushed and motivated each and every class. The small class size is one of the best parts as she keeps focus on each individual student! I also see Susan for Personal Training. Her attention to your personal needs and goals is apparent each session. I can't say enough about her skills, knowledge & ability to kick your butt! I love these classes! I take the early morning classes and feel energized and strong the rest of the day. I love the boxing classes and the Saturday morning abdominal class is the best class in all of Hoboken! Susan really focuses on helping each student do their best and get the most out of their workout. I have purchased her personal training as well and have been over the moon with the results. Her studio is beautiful and calming and her playlist is so much fun. I catch myself dancing mid work out 🏋️ I highly recommend her classes!
