My friend invited me to do a fusion hot yoga class and I had a great time. I’m glad I tried it out. The room is hot enough to work up a good sweat but not too hot that you would pass out. Instructor is very friendly and often offered alternate moves for the poses that were challenging.
The class itself is 45 minutes, they have weights from 2 pounds to 5 pounds, blocks, and bands.

Vibe Yoga lounge is an amazing yoga studio. The owner, Allison, as well as all of the teachers are extremely friendly and welcoming. There are classes for different levels whether you like hot or warm. They even offer two boot camp style classes that are amazing. As a new student to this studio I would definitely recommend stopping in to take a class.

Really love this studio, the teachers and the fellow students. Different classes to work your body in different ways, and the space is clean, warm and welcoming. The teachers are professional and extremely knowledgeable.
