This studio is what OCNJ has been waiting for! All the classes are great but Suzie and Jaclyn are no joke!! The kick your butt in the best way! The studio is so welcoming and high energy i highly recommend it!

It was a good workout but felt a bit overcrowded in such a small space. It was so tight that we had to take some of the workout outside on the sidewalk which was hot and humid. Class went from 9:30-10:30am but it ended at 10:15am. The last 15 min was used to cool down and clean up her studio. 10 of those minutes could’ve been used to do more exercises. It was fine.

I can’t say enough good things about this workout studio! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and positive energy. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and motivating, but they also take the time to get to know you and help you reach your personal goals.

The classes are thoughtfully designed to be both challenging and fun, and I always leave feeling stronger, both mentally and physically. The studio is clean, inviting, and has a great vibe — it truly feels like a community.

I dropped in for the Mother’s Day class and had the best time! The studio is clean, well organized and the people are so welcoming! Shannon who was coaching was excellent in reviewing technique and points of performance. She even offered different weight options as needed. If you’re interested in a circuit strength class, I encourage you to try it! Will certainly be back!

The semi-private training sessions with Suzie at Sweat OC.Studio have been a complete game changer! Not only is Suzie supportive in training goals but can definitely see an overall improvement is strength, core strength and health in the weeks I’ve been working with her. The customized workout plans are high quality and comprehensive. Not only is this location a great place to work out but the support and camaraderie among the members and Suzie the owner is second to none. Can’t beat the location for either a year round work out or popping in for sessions while visiting in the summer! Worthy every penny! Support this local business!

Sweat OC is a fantastic and intimate facility. The equipment is new, in excellent condition, the place is spotless, and the variety of training options accommodates everyone. I have been doing semi-private weight training there twice a week for about a year. I train with a group of women with various abilities, but we always have fun, support each other and Susie (the owner) challenges us to get stronger every session in a safe, but effective manner. I have gained so much strength and endurance, losing over 40 pounds; went from 1 lb dumbbells to 25 lb dumbbells for example in a year! If you are looking for a safe, no judgement gym, with an AMAZING community of people and trainers GO TO SWEAT OC!

There is multiple different options I could use in this gym. It was an awesome experience especially when leaving and smelling the fresh salty air The workers were very nice especially Susie (the owner) and the gym was very clean

I love this gym! The variety of classes they offer is fantastic, with options that fit perfectly into my busy schedule. The instructors are phenomenal - motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive - and their music is great, too. I like that they have a nice range of equipment and they incorporate it into their circuit workouts so it never gets boring (and it exercises a lot of different muscles/muscle groups). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive and uplifting workout community with friendly people that keep you motivated and working hard! 5/5 stars!

Absolutely love love this gym. I've been attending for a few months now and can't wait to schedule my classes each week, even waking up at 5:30am to get a Sweat session in. The instructors are welcoming and supportive of your training goals. The owners, Susie and Nico, make you feel right at home. If you're down the shore on holiday or live in the area, get yourself into a class; you won't regret it.
