My son and I have been a member of Synergy Fitness and Wellness Center since the time that it opened. Our experience has been fantastic. The owner/physician is extremely knowledgeable and hands on and truly makes the members feel both important and satisfied with the services being provided. Ashley, the lead trainer is hands on . Quick to correct and lend support when needed. Fabulous personality. We look forward to our workouts and time spent at this unique facility and plan to continue our membership indefinitely.

I have been a member of Synergy Fitness & Wellness since its inception. It was the exact type of program I was looking for that had a small group, weights, cardio and a personal trainer.

The trainers are excellent technicians so you are shown how to use all the state of the art equipment correctly along with posture and breathing. Most importantly, the trainers are there for every session to answer questions and reinforce technique for your personal workout program.

The trainers interact well with the groups on many subjects so the time is enjoyable and passes quickly.

Since I have joined, I have seen weight loss, improvement in my BMI and core flexibility. I plan on being a member for a long time.

Ever since joining Synergy Fitness and Wellness I have lost over 17 pounds, (even through the holidays), and have more strength and energy. Dr. Dyal is committed and personally involved with the program. I get a great workout from the personal trainers, but they also make it an enjoyable experience. I always dreaded going to the gym, but now I can't wait for my scheduled appointment days with Synergy. I would recommend Synergy to everybody!
