I have been a member here for about a year and a half now. I do have to say I absolutely love this facility and the equipment it has. It has a lot of space and is very clean. My reason for removing a star, hopefully temporarily, is due to the following:
1) the benches that are the "original benches" have started being replaced with the most horrific benches I've sat on. I'm talking hard as a rock, not as supportive, and they are just too high off the ground so individuals who aren't super tall are sitting improperly with feet not as firmly on the ground. You also cannot hip thrusts using the new benches due to the height without having to toss 45 lb plates under your feet which is a workout in itself for some of us to maneuver things around. I shouldn't have to do this. The original benches are the best benches I've ever seen in a gym and I really wish they would keep getting those benches. Every member I've spoken to talks about this and how we all fight for the original good benches and will literally leave the new ones vacant while we wait for the old benches. This causes more wait time in lifting which is the reason I left my old gym.
2) the barbells, smith machines, and any metal part that requires sliding a plate onto are not oiled and sanded down the proper amount. Sometimes getting a plate on is a struggle in itself. I am not alone in this either as I have talked about this with other members who have been going here nearly since they opened. It is frustrating to have to force a plate on and struggle with it. The plates should glide on with ease, but this requires proper maintenance of the metal rods where plates go on (sanding and oil). Please add this onto the maintenance schedule as we do pay maintenance fees and this should be included.
3) Lack of a proper ab bench. The one we have here, which one is not enough firstly, is ok but for those of us who need a deep decline this just doesn't cut it. The foot placement on this also works your quads so much it's hard to properly focus on your abdominal muscles. Many members get a better ab workout on the decline bench meant for chest. Adding a nice deep decline adjustable ab sit-up bench that is sturdy would TREMENDOUSLY transform this gym. I feel this one is a small ask. There are even some on Amazon that aren't too bad.

These are my current main concerns and I am hopeful that sharing this can allow management and Kevin to understand a few things that can make this gym so much greater! I do love it here and I've had such great workouts. However, the above are issues I do not expect a gym of this size and quality to have. Again, many compliments are to be said of this wonderful facility, but I am hoping we can work on the above. Many members would be very thankful!

If your children swim here, be present. If they are developing a relationship with the water, ensure they are not connecting it with a traumatic experience as it is an important life skill. Sandra has made children cry. Management is aware of her behavior and to my knowledge has done nothing about it. She, Sandra, the aquatics director also yells at her lifeguards. It’s awkward and completely unprofessional. Changes aren’t only necessary for safety of children, it’s expected for the cost of entry.

Welp... after leaving 5 phone messages and sending 3 emails to terminate membership for my son, I have still not received a call back and am still being charged the high monthly rate. It is indeed a beautiful facility. But their service and communication and response is lacking.

I had my daughter’s splash party on July 5, 2025. I was not impressed by the customer service or assistance given by the staff of the aquatics department. They were rude and didn’t understand the concept of decent communication. I spent about $900 on a party and felt rushed the entire time. But, despite that the facility itself was clean and the community room had more than enough space to accommodate my guests. Our host Kate was amazing and she definitely made the experience in the party room worth it!

Been going to Team85 since 2022 and overall, it's an excellent gym! It's not often that I find it too crazy busy and I get there around peak hours. Facility is always very clean and the equipment is in good shape. There are a lot of times when you will see a cable broken, but I see a lot of people get a bit too harsh with them so that could be a big contributor!

The trainers are very friendly and helpful. Even though I do not interact with many people at the gym much, everyone I have has been very kind and supportive! I haven’t had a lot of interactions with front desk staff / management either so can’t really say much except they kindly greet you upon arrival and leaving.

It would be awesome if the gym would one day add a pec deck (maybe two since it would be popular!) along with more free weights, smith machines and squat racks. Overall, I believe the selection of equipment is great (along with the many other amenities they offer) and the gym has everything you need - unless you are very picky! You will pay a little bit more of a premium rate here but I personally feel it’s worth it.

Unresponsive. Management doesn't return calls (Amanda/Tammy). Just tried calling front desk, voice mail. When you s/w them through sheer luck, they are standoffish and inflexible. Buyer beware. Also, gym floors need a lot of work. It's almost as if they dont want the business. Won't be back.

In April we chose this facility for my son’s 9th birthday due to location and some recommendations. I am very happy we chose to celebrate his birthday here. We did the bouncy house option which was in this large room with one bouncy house and another activity bouncy house with climbing etc. We also included the soccer which was added fun for even the parents of the kids. During the event there were two sweet young ladies who assisted and kept everything organized and helped us move to the upstairs where the cake was. The cake turned out amazing. What I loved most about this facility was that it was clean, staff was friendly and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Pizza, drinks, and cake were all included in the package, and at the end they cleaned up too. The parents who attended were raving about the party and many stated they wanted to do their child’s birthday at Team85 after the experience. The kids had a blast and it was such a blessing to see so many smiling faces. Thank you Team85 for doing such a great job we appreciate you!

We’ve now had three great birthday parties at Team 85… a splash party in 2023 for my 5 year old, and two ultimate sports parties the following years when he turned 6 and 7. The kids always have a blast and the parents can just sit back and watch. Team 85 provides the yummy pizza and a beautiful cake. It’s all so easy on me which I love. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this place is packed with people that set up their video equipment. Parking sometimes takes 30 minutes to find. Especially with a Handicapped plate. The membership was supposed to be allowed through our insurance which we found out was not the case. Pictured on Google Maps. We decided to go somewhere else less expensive with better accessibility.

Reply to Owner: This facility is on Map for Active Fit. However, is not accepted through the plan.

From the moment we walked in, I knew something was off. The front desk receptionist, Lori, greeted my family with a tone that was anything but welcoming—curt, dismissive, and frankly, condescending. Then, almost like a scene from a bad movie, a white family walked in right after us, and suddenly, Lori transformed—warm, charismatic, all smiles. The contrast was impossible to ignore.

Did I mention this was our first day? Talk about a “welcome” experience.

Determined to brush it off, we went upstairs to work out—until Lori decided to follow us up an hour later to enforce a “No Kids Under 13” rule. Oddly enough, this policy was nowhere to be found in the contract or membership agreement. When I asked where it was written, she gestured vaguely at a wall but refused to actually show me. Then, when I asked to speak to a manager, she walked off mid-conversation and smugly said she’d just refund us. As if tossing away a $250-a-month membership was her personal decision.

But it gets worse.

Enter Sharisse (the owner’s wife—apologies if the spelling is wrong), who backed up Lori’s imaginary policy, claiming it was due to a past incident. Now, let’s pause for a moment—if this so-called rule was actually based on liability concerns, wouldn’t their attorney, David Silber, Esq., have drafted an official policy to protect them? Wouldn’t it be in the contract we signed? Of course not. Because this rule doesn’t actually exist.

Instead, they rope families into memberships under false pretenses, take your money, and then enforce whatever unwritten policies they feel like—whenever they feel like it. If you value honesty, fairness, and ethical business practices, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Front desk is very rude when ever I call. It’s funny because they wouldn’t keep that same energy in person. I might still sign up but it’s funny how difficult it’s is for reception employees to be kind and sincere. It’s not rocket science and ends up being a turn off for anyone to even come in and check out the gym. Other reviews I’m reading here talks about negative attitude from managers and what not. You are representing a NFL football players health club, have more honor. Or else just change your job….

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday here doing a sports party. Everything was absolutely perfect - Kate, Gabby, and Dylan did such an amazing job organizing the whole thing and keeping all the kids fully entertained. My son and his friends truly had a blast and didn't want the party to end. Most of the parents also complimented the party and the place itself. As a parent, it was nice not having to worry about all of the little extras that come with hosting a party (food, cake, etc.), rather I was just able to enjoy myself. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking for something different!

Team 85 has always been a little over priced but $30 for a guest pass is just ridiculous. Especially when you charge $65 a month for an actual gym membership. Used to be a member here but had to cancel my membership for school. Coming back for break I was shocked to see the increase of a guest membership for the day raise from 20 to 30.

I recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party at the pool, and the experience was exceptional. The events coordinator Dominic was highly accessible and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, we had a dedicated on-site coordinator who assisted with setting up and was readily available for any additional support we needed, even though we didn’t require much.

There were a couple of minor hiccups: the water feature was turned off earlier than expected, but the coordinator promptly resolved the issue for us. Additionally, the pizza arrived slightly later than planned, but it didn’t impact the overall experience.

The only notable disappointment was regarding the advertised photographer. The website mentioned an on-staff photographer with the promise of capturing every special moment. However, there was no photographer present, which meant we missed out on photos of the kids enjoying the pool. It’s unclear whether this service was supposed to be an add-on, but there was no indication of that on the website.

Despite this, we were very happy with our choice to celebrate here and would highly recommend this venue for a memorable party.

Dear Gym Management Team,

I can’t believe I’m writing this today, but I feel compelled to share an incident that took place at your gym on November 6, 2024, which left me feeling disrespected and concerned about the conduct of your staff.

Upon arriving at the gym, I scanned in, began my workout on the treadmill, and was approached by an employee who politely asked if he could speak to me about my account. I was happy to discuss this, so we went to the front desk. There, I was informed that the account holder I am under had an outstanding balance for the past two months, resulting in the deactivation of my membership. I was told I would need to pay a re-enrollment fee and the first month’s membership dues upfront to continue as a member.

As someone who has been a loyal member for over three years, coming to the gym multiple times within the last two months, I was taken aback by the lack of prior warning regarding the account status. The manager on duty was condescending in her tone, repeatedly emphasizing that there was “absolutely no chance” the enrollment fee would be waived. Although I was willing to pay for my upcoming month, her attitude made me reconsider rejoining immediately. Instead, I chose to purchase a day pass to give myself time to consider my options, given that the enrollment fee is a significant $100.

After this initial interaction, I went about my workout and used the sauna without further issue. However, as I was leaving, the same manager approached me and, in a condescending manner, informed me that she had “heard” I referred to the front desk staff as “stupid” along with other disparaging names. I was genuinely appalled and asked for clarification. She claimed to have received “intel” from “someone” that I had made insulting remarks.

My response was twofold. First, I expressed my concern over the fact that my private conversation had seemingly been eavesdropped on. Second, I informed her that this information was incorrect—I had been speaking privately with a friend, jokingly, and my words were taken entirely out of context. The accusation was not only unfounded but left me feeling highly disrespected.

This interaction, combined with the gym’s issues with frequently malfunctioning equipment, has seriously damaged my impression of this facility. I have tolerated equipment issues in the past, but being confronted and falsely accused in such a manner is something I cannot overlook. I do not know the name of the manager in question, but she was on duty at the front desk around 12:30 p.m. on November 6, 2024. Please feel free to consult your schedule to determine her name if you wish to discuss this matter further.

I have always valued a positive and respectful environment, but this experience has made me reconsider my membership. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider addressing the conduct of your staff to ensure other members do not feel similarly disrespected.

Thank you for your time. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience to discuss this matter further.

Sincerely,
Nery Sandoval

I'm extremely disappointed with the membership experience at this club. After being a loyal member for over two years, I was shocked to see a significant price increase. I cancelled my membership in August, but was told it would take two months to process, resulting in additional fees for August and September, plus a $40 maintenance fee.

It is frustrating that the fees is pro-rated, and I'm being charged maintenance fees even after cancelling my membership. What's even more disappointing is the lack of customer service - every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail and no one bothers to return my call.

As an athlete and coach, I had hoped to maintain a positive relationship with the club, but it seems they only prioritize profits over people.

Went here for a children’s pool party. I arrived a few minutes late. No one at the front desk helped me as to where the locker rooms were or how to get into the pool area. I’ve never been here before so I didn’t know where anything was. I walked into the pool area to find a group of very upset mothers and a crying child. The lifeguard Candy was telling the children to pass some tests in order to go to the deep end which was 4’ deep. Instead of having fun the children were frantically trying to pass their test so they could go 3 feet over to the “deep end”. I told my daughter that she could go over there but she would not move because she was afraid of Candy and afraid to get yelled at as she saw Candy yell at the other kids. The children were afraid of her and she was very rude to the parents. I will never return here!!! This woman should never work with people let alone children!!

Hosted a kids birthday pool party here in Feb 2024. Absolutely awful. The psycho lead lifeguard Candy was making children swim multiple laps of the kids pool doing different strokes to include the back stoke with their faces under water. This was just so they could access the kids pool! It took nearly 30 minutes for this and half the kids couldn’t even use the kids pool. Absolutely insane. Important to note all other staff were amazing. Unfortunately it only took one to sour the party.

I liked it here a lot but they're going downhill. I would give 3.5 if I could give half points.

they got rid of the women's only area which really was disappointing. for a while it was just used as storage now I guess it's for a class. the people at the front desk kept telling me it was going to be used for the outdoor pool but clearly that's not happening.
they've also upped their prices for not much in return.
I also wish there were more places to stretch. there should be mats and a designated stretching area for after your workout. I usually just find a place in the corner and sit on the floor for my stretches, but for the price we pay we should have a mat, not a dirty floor, to stretch on.

lastly I'd love to take more classes (especially TA) but they're rarely offered for folks working typical 9-5. :( so I don't even get to take many classes here

Had a membership here for a little over a year. Was told that once you pass your 1 year mark, that you can cancel anytime with no extra fees. Tried to cancel on Jan 2nd when I went in for the first time since the new year and was told that I needed to give at least 30 days notice prior to cancelling before the next billing date or that I would be billed for the next month. There are 31 days in January so I still technically gave 30 days till cancellation. Was told that the front desk can’t do anything for me and that I needed to contact the manager to avoid the following month’s fees and was given THE WRONG EMAIL. Emailed the wrong address for weeks until I finally got an automated email for the snow storm hours from the person I was trying to contact. Ended up finally emailing the right person three times and NO RESPONSE. I have a knee injury and haven’t been able to go into the gym for a few weeks so i haven’t gone in. Ended up having to cancel my debit card to avoid the next months fees. Literally the worst customer service ever, they have no regard for the people who pay so much money to workout here, especially when now they’re charging almost $85 a month for a membership fee. So overpriced and not worth the aggravation to go here. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone just for that reason. I’ve had multiple friends that have gone here and every one including myself has had an issue with the front desk when wanting to cancel or freeze their membership.

It has become evident that the construction of the new luxury apartments has taken priority over running the gym efficiently. If you’re looking for a new gym, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

- On two occasions I showed up and the power was out. Was never offered any kind of pro rated rate or any way of making it up to me.
- One occasion I was working out and there were signs posted to not use the water fountains. Again, no attempt to rectify the situation with the customer.
- One day I showed up at 4:59 AM. The woman behind the counter told me they opened at 5:00 AM and she said I had to wait outside.
- There are 3 smith machines in the gym and you can bet your bottom dollar, one of them will be broken at all times.
- I recently cancelled my membership because I work out before they open. The guy behind the counter told me they were going to 24 hours to try and get me to stay. That was a lie. They aren’t going to 24 hours.
- They recently raised their prices for anyone under the age of 12. So my 3 year old daughter who was on our plan for 1 dollar a month so she could use the pool was going to be charged 29 dollars.
- Finally, everything you read in these reviews about their cancellation policy is true. If you cancel your plan on the 2nd of the month you will get charged for the next 2 full months.

My 15 yr old was asked to come to the front desk twice. They accused him of not paying his bill. It turned out they did not charge my credit card. Very nice gym, with many amenities - just far too little floor space devoted to dumbbells/free weights. If you want to use the gym between 4-7pm monday-Friday, good luck if you want to try to use dumbbells/free weights. Paid member for almost 2 years.
First year paid for private swim lessons for my twins. When the teacher left they were never able to find a replacement OVER 1 year ago. They still can't get classes and they won't refund the paid classes either.

Also, membership requires 30 days of cancelation, but you need to cancel before the 30 of the previous month. So if I cancel today 13th, I will be charged the full membership for October, meaning 47 days' notice NOT 30 days.
It is an amazing place until ONE thing goes wrong.
Military family, I used to tell all my family about this place, but right now I am going to use the same “advisement” to avoid this place at all costs.

I actually really like this gym and the people who work there (except the person who took my last phone call) but they simply rob you at the end of your membership.

Before I continue, I get it "You signed the contract" but it's simply a case of common decency on their end. Who would write a contract that adds an extra month to your membership just to quit, Even when you are in a financial stress. The owner who is a multi millionaire has made millions more off our community and regularly shows up in a Lambo to work out but still needs an extra 75 bucks a month from people trying to make ends meet, it's disgusting. They go out their way to make things hard to quit and then comment "WELL YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT SORRY!"

I quit last month because of finance problems and not only did they make me pay an extra month which you know fair enough It was in the contract but they also charged my another 45 dollars for yearly maintenance fees for a gym I won't be using then when I called a condescending lady on the other end tried to explain to me what a year was. Frustrating to say the least.

This is a really well stock facility with some really nice people working there, but I hope they start to actually care about the people in the area they service and stop nickel and diming them with sneaky business practices.

Overall the facility is phenomenal. There are a lot of amenities to utilize. Very clean, amazing showers, friendly staff, fancy variety of machines, courts, free classes I can sign up for the day before or day of, free child care, etc. Unfortunately the hours are crazy, no matter what time I come during the day wether it be a couple of hours before closing or early in the afternoon I cannot get in a good workout. There are lots of machines but not a very big area for free weights. I try to go down to the field house in hopes of it being emptier there and it’s the same as inside the gym. It’s always very crowded and sometimes everything is taken and I can’t even get in a quick workout. Because of this I have grown very unmotivated to come to the gym. It’s a very popular gym and I can completely understand why. They are very accommodating especially for military members and veterans. I’m just unsure if I would want to keep a membership for a gym I can barely get a workout in, maybe if it was 24 hrs I would be willing to come in very late or early to get a workout in peace.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, good luck canceling your membership, its easier to cancel your credit card. All they want is money and youll get hit with multiple "cancelation fees" along with being forced to pay an extra month when you quit. I also was charged twice after canceling "by mistake" and when I brought this up they required I bring a bank statment in to prove it and then canceled my father's account instead of mine.

When you try to leave, they force you to pay an extra month's membership. Equipment is fine but it's usually so crowded you can't use half of what you'd want to. They offer free classes which are pretty good. It would be nice if they changed up the class schedule more to accommodate people who work normal hours. Overall, customer service is lacking and a it's bit over priced for a crowded gym.

This is the worst gym I have ever been apart of. I have been going here on and off for the past couple of years and every time I give them a chance I end up hating them even more. First of all, every single worker in there is rude. They will talk down to you if you ask them any sort of question. Second, dont try to cancel your membership because they literally will not let you no matter the circumstances. You would think a gym that labels itself as one that "cares about their guests" would be better. I generally would warn anyone about coming to this gym. Its a money grab and a scam.

Great gym! Generally this gym isn't too crowded at all, and there is plenty of space and machines. The staff and Edgar have always been very nice and welcoming to me. So far the best gym I've been to. Tons of classes and you get the pool and field house.

The only downside is they have two cafes that are hardly ever open, and when the one is open, they only have protein type shakes to get (limited hours). It's ok, I'm only ever looking for a protein shake, but at $75 a month you think it would be staffed more often with their intended menue.

I have been a member of most gyms in the area. I must say, Team 85 make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Edgar welcomes you with a big hello. When you leave he tells you to have a great day and to be safe. They have cleaning staff around the clock. This is by far the cleanest gym in the area. They also offer a new class called Jump Fit. By far the best class I have taken. I am so glad I joined.

The swim lessons they offer are fabulous, this is our second session with them. However, last summer my daughters (3&5) were allowed in the splash area prior too and after their swim lessons (usually no more than 10 minutes before or after). This year they were reprimanded by the woman in charge of swim, because we’re not members they’re not allowed to swim, although we are paying a hefty price for these swim lessons. It would be a different story if we were told this prior to signing up, but we weren’t. We will be finding a different facility to to continue with in the future. I’ve spoken with other parents in the same situation and they share the same sentiment.

Keep in mind I’m from out of the area and don’t know the ins and outs of his parking. Nope, they just enroll you into month to month automatically. Nice gym but it’s run and maintained by scumbags. And whoever replied to my review. If they’re always available to talk why did no one from membership services pick up when I called twice? I sent my cancellation in writing and I’m still waiting for a confirmation. I’m really so disappointed with this place. The only reason i had the membership done there that they said they are offering childcare for members during their workout, but when I made all the arrangements to take my son and go to workout they refused to get my 2 years old son into the kids area because the “2 years old toddler “ doesn’t wear a mask!!!!!
I was planning to enroll my son into the swimming class next month ! But i wondered if they will have him with the mask in the pool!!!!

This is a really good gym, they have all the standard equipment and lots of speciality equipment as well. Great dedicated stretching areas and you can sign up for all types of classes, yoga cycling, personal training, whatever you need basically. Indoor pool, they offer free baby sitting if you have a kid you can't leave home. Saunas in the locker rooms. I'm probably missing a few things. Indoor basketball, volleyball, badminton, soccer. Haven't completely explored it yet and I've been going for 2 months, it's decently big. The place also smells nice for a gym, there's wipes everywhere and a constant cleaning staff on their rounds. Masks and mandatory during covid. No creeps at this gym, it's a very family club environment.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Be warned: their termination policy stinks & is equal to robbery. I put my membership on medical freeze in December 2020 & the freeze would have been effective through July 2021. Because my problem hasn't been resolved & may not be by July I decided to terminate my membership today, 3/10/2021. I found out that in order for me to terminate my "inactive" membership (thought it was only frozen), it would have to be in active status. Reactivating my membership gave them the ability to charge me for April, & then the termination would be effective in May because of the 30-day notice clause in the contract. My issue with this is that first, my membership was on medical hold through July so wouldn't this fulfill the "30-day" notice policy? Which is ridiculous because some situations, like losing a job, doesn't give you 30 days!!! And second, if my membership was "inactive" & can't be terminated, then how can my membership AUTOMATICALLY reinstate come July 1 & monthly fees charged without me coming in to activate it? If I an "inactive" membership can't be terminated without activation, then it certainly cannot & SHOULD NOT be reactivated automatically without member signature especially if it's on medical hold. It's just a way to get more money out of people. It's like a termination fee. I have been a member at other gyms & never heard of this. When I was a member at Gold's & Powerhouse I was able to terminate my membership effective immediately & no charge the next month. This guy is a millionaire & feels the need to take people for one extra month?? It doesn't look like he's hurting for money so how's one month going to hurt him every once in a while when a member decides to terminate regardless of reason? What's $59 to him? Especially during a time when people are hurting because of lost wages. Shame on him. Only in America. So for that reason I will not be going back to Team 85 & I wouldn't recommend that gym to any of my friends or anyone who asks. I should find a good attorney & sue him for aggravation & financial hardship. What a jerk.

They have two floors of equipment plus a HUGE field house and basketball court. I love this place. I take classes as early as 5am. I never have to wait in line for equipment and I don't have to worry about germs because this place is super clean. I always see someone cleaning equipment or mopping the floors, they also take your temperature prior to walking in and provide you with masks if you forget yours at home. The trainers are also fun and welcoming and there is a "no pressure" vibe to commit to anything. My daughter also takes swimming classes here and she loves it. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately having to drop from 5 stars to 2. Facilities and people are wonderful but they still rely on the same nickel and diming tactics of lesser gyms. Need to end your membership? You have to show up in person (isn't that the whole reason you can't use the gym?), pay the yearly fee (for the year ahead you won't be using), and pay one more month just for fun. I really thought they were a better, more customer friendly business who would rely on their admittedly amazing facility to bring people in and back but I was wrong and when my young family is old enough we won't be enjoying ourselves here.

Called in simply looking to try the club out with full intention of switching gyms. The “salesman” that I spoke with just told me “no”. Didn’t give a single feature, benefit, or even a hook to make me even remotely want to step foot into the door. The guy even said he was the Sales Manager, so I guess they don’t train anyone on how to create interest and urgency. Instead, he did the complete opposite and ensured that I’ll never give this cheap Life Time knockoff any business.

Had my son's birthday party there over the weekend. Booking the party was easy enough, although the prices on their website differed slightly from what I was charges, my kid really wanted a party here, so I think no big deal. Party day comes I show up in the main lobby, was told we should have come around back. Two teenagers who were our party hosts, neither of whom introduces themselves were complaining amongst each other about 2 parties showing up at the same time. The boys walked away with no direction given I asked the gentleman at the desk if we were supposed to follow them or not, he said yea. So here we go through the facility to the field house. We were escorted somewhat upstairs to the party room. The party was scheduled to start at 3 the boys didn't touch the basketball court until 315. There was no water available for the kids to drink while they were playing. The party host kept leaving the court and coming back. So I ended up refereeing, the balls that were provided were old and worn on had a massive egg on the side. When the pizza arrived 3 of pies had no cheese as it had must have slid off bc it was on the side of the box. Our host told the kids to head upstairs to eat. I ended up service the pizza bc once again, he was gone. I paid for popcorn for the kids......there was no popcorn. I was told there would be fruit punch and water readily available. There was ice tap water in a dirty dispenser and no fruit punch. Luckily, my child and his friends, didn't really care about anything other than getting together to play ball......bc this party was by no means what I anticipated for the reputation of the facility and cost. Very disappointed.

I would leave NO stars if that were an option. I have been a member of the gym since January but never been to the salon. After I seen a sign for a $30 special for a dip manicure I decided to give it a try. I should have known there was a catch to the price being so cheap. After getting my nails done they were bumpy, uneven and very dull. In addition it only lasted me a few days. Total waste of money!! The manicurist doing my nails had long blonde with absolutely no personality and made me feel very uncomfortable. During my service she was too involved with her phone, she kept saying it must be my boyfriend and started to laugh. I began to get very annoyed because that’s all she was concerned about. She didn’t seem to be focused on doing my nails. I am extremely unhappy with the outcome and needless to say, I will never have my nails done there again!!
