We enrolled our elder daughter at Dance Connection during COVID times with a sole idea of keeping her busy. Now with our younger one also joining, Dance Connection has become our life line.

Sara and Sahana absolutely adore Mr.David, Ms.Lauren and Ms.Caleigh. If we let them, they will never want to come back home.

The teaching methods, the encouragement, the pat on the back, the recitals, the performances all are well structured, meticulously thought off and professionally executed.

Mr. David is a wonderful, engaging teacher! Our daughter was quite shy and uncertain her first few classes, but Mr. David gently encouraged her and made sure to include her at whatever level she felt comfortable. She has gained so much confidence and joy in dancing--all thanks to Mr. David!

My 3 1/2 year old daughter loves to sing and dance and this place didn't disappoint. Mr. David was amazing with the group. My daughter came in to try the class today and she was very shy but Mr. David made it fun and engaging and what I loved was that he didn't push my daughter and he circled back to her to keep her interested. He gave her the attention she needed. Carissa stayed with my daughter the entire class and helped her warm up. She was amazing. We were invited back again to try another class. I would recommend this school to a child just starting out.

The Dance connection virtual dance classes are amazing! Due to covid we have not been able to attend any extracurricular activities and the “out of the box” class or any of the virtual options are the perfect way to keep your kids active, smiling and having fun! Mr.David is so great at engaging the class with amazing songs, virtual backgrounds and fun choreography to keep the kids smiling and having fun!! There are many options for any age group and staff will work with you to find a great option to work for your family- cannot recommend enough! How lucky we are to have an amazing dance studio like The Dance Connection here in Hillsborough, NJ. The atmosphere within the studio is wonderful. Mr. David and his staff are kind, flexible, and working tirelessly to keep students entertained during these covid times but remain safe and healthy. I have two children who both participate in a class. Students can either participate in person (small number of students, socially distanced, masked, and at the door screening) or many classes are offered virtually. My son is 4 and loves his Dancing Outside the Box fully virtual class that Mr. David utilizes green screen technology to help entertain the kids and take them on different adventures with related dances. Just the other day they shrunk and visited lots of creepy crawly bugs and my son was giggling for 45mins straight. Thank you Dance Connection!

I have so much appreciation for Dance Connection, especially since COVID! My child has been taking dance lessons with Mr. David and his teachers for over 2 years. Right from the start when I met him, Mr. David impressed me with how personable he is and how he designs his class to build confidence and self esteem. Mr. David really takes the time to get to know the kids and families. The dance instructors and the recital helpers are also great with the kids. The recitals are sweet, creative and age appropriate. When lockdown occured due to COVID, right away Mr. David took action to reach out and provide content for the kids. With a lot of hard collaborative work, we were able to enjoy a virtual recital. It became apparent the that children's best interest was in his heart. When the school was able to open up again he did everything possible to make a clean healthy environment and continues to do what is in the best interest of the children and families. I commend all the hard work that Mr. David, his staff and his instructors have done over the years and over these past several months.

My daughter's experience at Dance Connection for the past 2 years have been wonderful. The class sizes and flexibility is great. Mr David, Ms Annanda and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are professional and personable and take the time with each of their students. Dance Connection has adjusted well during this pandemic to offer in person options that feels very safe as well as a fully virtual option. My daughter is taking ballet classes in The Dance Connection for a second year now and loves it! The dance Connection really feels like family. Staff members are amazing, mr. David (the owner) is not only a great dancer but a favorite teacher as well. Kids feel like home at the studio and virtual classes offer a safe alternative to in person presence. The Studio's take on Covid was very impressive. Online classes via zoom let kids continue their program without  skipping a day, end of the year recital was filmed on a green screen few kids at the time, and when it was safe to reopen - summer classes were held in a very big open space with all the precautions and safety measures. When the new season started in September, the studio welcomed dancers back with small classes and online alternatives as well. I would say that The Dance Connection goes above and beyond to let kids dance their hearts out in a safe and welcoming environment. It has a place for every child! We love it and would continue dancing there as long as possible in person or online!

Mr. David (Elsa) and his staff are AmaZing!! My daughter loved participating to the “Thinking outside the box” program. Due to Covid, Mr.David had to resort to virtual classes and he did so with excellent results! He was able to virtually keep the dance classes fun and engaging! We are looking forward to “2.0” which is going to incorporate a green screen!! I would without a doubt recommend The Dance Connection to anyone who wants a warm, welcoming, and loving atmosphere for their child to participate in dance!

My daughter has been taking ballet with The Dance Connection for several years now. She and I feel like we found our "dance home" here. Every teacher she has danced with has not only been knowledgeable and accomplished but also fun and kind which is very important for cultivating a love of ballet and also the desire to push on. David the owner, an accomplished dancer and also a teacher there always offers a welcoming smile to the children and is always available to the parents. He certainly has a way with children. I remember when my daughter started dancing at his school she hated her tights and refused to go to class filling the waiting area with her screams. David was so gentle and reassuring and managed to get her to pull it together and join the class! All the staff are wonderful as are the families that that share my love of this school.
I also want to compliment David and his staff for pushing on despite the COVID pandemic. Dance has never stopped for my daughter. Virtual classes went off without a moments hesitation when the world shut down. He put together a virtual recital in front of a green screen last June! Pretty amazing! Classes picked up on schedule this September. Small classes, social distancing and masks but the dance goes on. I'm so grateful for this little bit of normal and the smile on my daughter's face when she takes off that mask after class and tells me "Mommy that was fun!"

My kindergartner loves going to Dance Connection every week. She started in Ballet 2 last September and she now looks forward to learning from Miss Rebecca and Miss Emme every Friday. She enjoyed being part of the New Jersey Youth Ballet's Nutcracker show last December and is currently learning the parts for the Napping Beauty show for this spring. Having seen the fantastic dances/presentation/etc of the Nutcracker, I am so excited about what this Napping Beauty will look like. That Nutcracker stage experience has certainly boosted my daughter's self-confidence and enriched her personality. Many thanks to Mr. David and staff for teaching and taking care of the kids when they're at the studio! Thanks also to Ms. Jacquie and Ms. Kit for their artistic direction and choreography of the most recent Nutcracker. I'm very happy we found Dance Connection!

We have been part of the dance connection family since my daughter was 18 months old. My daughter is now 5 and really looks forward to going to class. The teachers are amazing with the kids. We love it at Dance Connection! My daughter started with a Pre-Dance class on Saturday morning when she was 2-1/2, and she's been hooked ever since. Mr. David and his talented staff are great with the kids, teaching them proper technique while still keeping it fun! They offer a variety of classes including Ballet, Hip-Hop and Tap, and offer many performance opportunities. A great family environment, the older girls are always there to do a bun or put on a ballet slipper, and the younger children have great role models to look up to. An excellent place to dance!

Amazing dance school! Mr. David and his team truly do a great job, very professional. Instructors are very talented, caring and friendly. Energy in the studio is great. My daughter started with Princess camp and she just loved it so much that we signed her up for ballet and this year for the Nutcracker. She is very excited to dance with professionals, very motivating. Kids have lots of fun in the process too. Even though we are not living in the area, I don't mind driving a distance, but it is well worth it!

Amazing! I was sceptical about it, my mom kept telling me to sign my son up for dance classes. He's 4 and he attends hip hop class with Mr David. At first he cried and didn't want to go to class, now he can't wait. He practices at home, he's so happy to go. I see a change in his personality as well, he's becoming more social and more open. I am going to sign him up for another season.

We came to this studio from a referral and refer everyone we know (and don't know!) to try it out. As owner and a teacher, Mr. David is knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. His staff is no different. My oldest daughter is in her 2nd year of the Little Dancers program and my youngest will be starting with a session this summer. These classes are specially formulated for toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartners. I like to think of it as preschool enrichment via dance technique (and a whole lot of fun)!! We love it so much, my oldest even had her 4th birthday party here. You simply can't go wrong with this place. 5 Stars- all.day.long.

My daughter has attended this dance school for roughly 2 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. The instructors are excellent, work well with little ones and you can tell they are very passionate about their craft. The environment that Mr. David and his staff have created at The Dance Connection is one that i am happy my daughter is a part of. Although their are 3 dance schools that are located closer to where we live, i still prefer the extra travel because i know the world class service that the Dance Connection provides.

We liked so much that when it was time to have my daughters 5th birthday party we chose the Dance Connection and the kids all had a blast. Thank you to Ms. Brady for making sure all our needs were met.

My daughter started here for her first dance studio experience this year. She was tentative to the new surroundings but after the first day loved it, especially wearing her new outfit. After a few weeks, she started saying she didn't want to go back because "her tummy hurts." She's never acted like this so we didn't push her to continue but suspected something happened or was said to her that made her not want to go back.

On the plus side, we had a great experience where one of the older girls helped my daughter get over her initial jitters by taking her into her first class since parents aren't allowed in the classes.
