Located at 44 Hudson Place in Hoboken, NJ, The Drip is steps from the PATH, with gorgeous skyline views of downtown Manhattan. The 2nd floor features athletic reformer pilates and member lounge, the 4th floor is home to cycling, while the 5th provides all driip, flow and burn classes.
The Drip is the winner of Hoboken Girl's BEST FITNESS STUDIO IN HOBOKEN but prefers to keep its underground, humble roots, remaining one of the best kept secrets in town.

Been here a few times and love it. Bought the packages and it’s worthwhile
I only go to barre and mat Pilates and haven’t tried all the others but that’s just due to preference. 10/10 recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the handling of the communication channels; phone, text, email, and social media by whoever is in charge of these. Other establishments make an effort to welcome you warmly, greet you with kindness, and even send reminders, but unfortunately, the response I’ve received from your team has been rude, unwelcoming, and downright unpleasant. It’s disheartening because the studios themselves are beautiful, and the instructors are fantastic, but the negative attitude from the person managing the communications leaves a poor impression. I’ve kept the receipts and would be happy to share them if needed. I truly hope the owners take notice and address the need for a more friendly and professional approach in the handling of customer interactions.

I absolutely adore this place! Every single one of the instructors I have taken from all different classes have been incredible. So welcoming and motivating. This place truly makes working out so fun and I leave feeling so energized, inspired and a better version of myself. 10/10!

I cannot recommend this studio enough! Katie was absolutely incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the purpose of each exercise. I have never had an instructor talk about specific muscle groups like she did. She was extremely motivating, and the perfect mix of tough and encouraging. I can tell she really cares about what she does! The sweat and burn was REAL!

What an excellent studio. I purchased the unlimited membership for 1 month and had a great experience. Best Pilates studio in Hoboken with great instructors! I mostly attended Shannon’s reformer classes in the morning - she’s a great instructor and classes were challenging, effective, and an overall great workout. you also have the option to take barre cycling and HIIT classes. App was easy to use and never had trouble booking classes. If I move closer to the Hoboken area I’ll be back! 10/10 studio and highly recommend to those interested

This review is specifically for the reformer classes as that’s the one I take the most. Hands down one of the best workout studios in the area. All - and I mean all- of the instructors are kind, welcoming, judgement free, helpful, motivating and teach class with their own flair that makes a challenging 50 minute workout go by quickly- it’s one of, if not the main reason I enjoy coming to this studio. The staff just can’t be beat with their positive demeanor from beginning of class to end. Outside of the atmosphere the classes are challenging and I’m usually sore for 3 days.

Attended a sort of a boot camp/hiit workout at drip and it was absolute fun and intense workout. The coach was very motivating and the instructions given were very clear and easy to follow.
You’ll for sure end up dripping at the end of the 45mn class.

My favorite workout studio in Hoboken! I started coming to the drip a year and a half ago as a beginner and I will say the classes don’t get easier but that’s what I love about them. Every class is different, all of the instructors do a great job introducing new choreo into each class and a new playlist. I highly recommend trying it out- I love the reformer pilates, mat pilates and DRIIP classes the most. I feel stronger after each class and I am looking forward to continuing my journey here!

If your in Hudson County and love group classes like I do then look no further! You have three floors that offer everything from reformer to cycling to hiit classes and more! Liv and Sam are absolutely amazing and I love every instructor I have taken so far!

Depends on the instructor...I really like Sam's classes, she's very professional. Her class is interesting and challenging. However, Olivia Bernardo is AWFUL. Her class is fine, but she talks very rudely to me, not sure if that's because I am not white. She treats people differently - letting some use a different spot wherever they want, but not letting me while there are a bunch of empty spots available. Won't go to her class again. Olivia is obviously not good enough for Drip where most other instructors are super friendly and reasonable.

The classes are a lot of fun and will make you stronger. The instructors are all motivating, high energy, and friendly. They care about everyone having a great experience and put in a lot of time to program an efficient work out. Thank you to all the instructors!!! The members here are friendly. I recently moved to Hoboken and everyone has been really nice to me at this studio.

I’ve been coming to the drip since December of 2021. It was the first gym I visited since moving to the area and the first time
I worked out in over a year. I was very nervous walking in but Olivia was extremely comforting and made the experience so enjoyable that I’ve been coming back weekly ever since. All of the instructors go out of there way to make everyone in class feel supported. The classes are challenging but in the best way possible. I highly recommend!

Finally a studio with fair prices that delivers results! My body has never changed quicker. I was struggling to find classes that actually challenged me yet didn’t make me feel like I was dying throughout…and DRIP is the perfect balance! You always walk out feeling like you gave 100%
the choreography is amazing and the instructors are so encouraging and helpful. I love the energy of this community- it made me feel alive again after having my first baby! And as an entrepreneur I can really appreciate how these ladies run their business- the branding is incredible with super cute studio design and the way they treat their clients is top notch. I’ve never felt more seen and welcome. The owner remembered my name and everything I told her about myself after my very first class and that goes such a long way. I honestly don’t know how they do it, but they are absolutely killing it! Living in such an expensive area often makes you feel like your getting ripped off and this is one of the only businesses I feel actually goes the extra mile and puts effort into everything they are doing. They deserve all the success in the world.

Drip is my favorite local studio! I love taking the DRIPP class (strength/cardio training) and Barre. All the instructors are so friendly, they take the time to learn your name + provide encouraging feedback in class. The owners are so lovely too. I'm so thankful I found them! Studio is near the Hoboken terminal, 4th floor has cycling classes + 5th floor is mat classes.

So I just have to just gush about how much I love this gym... I haven't worked out in years so I signed up for classes and privates. Best decision I ever made! Everything and everyone has been so amazing! Classes are small and follow all Covid protocols and then some! My personal training sessions with Samantha and Lucia have been challenging, motivating, injury accommodating, with noticeable results and most of all FUN! They are both beautiful women... inside and out. I also just love my classes with Olivia too! All of their instructors are top notch. If you are looking for a gym in Hoboken, look no further, this is IT!!!

As a mom of 3 kids, I always had an excuse to not exercise and get in shape. Now thanks to the Drip, there are no excuses. The instructors are motivating, the classes are amazing, and the 24/7 availability of classes ensures that I find time in even the most hectic of days to get a workout in. After just a couple months of being a part of the Drip fam, I feel stronger and healthier, and that is so incredibly rewarding. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out!

This place is the real DEAL. No matter what fitness level you are at, you will never complete a workout here without feeling challenged. Love this studio! All of the instructors are so friendly, knowledgeable about the body, their playlists can’t be beat, and I always sweat a ton in their classes. I especially like the yoga classes with Carmine - I come out of them feeling centered and refreshed, and also like I’m starting to get abs?! 10/10 would recommend.

Once quarantine hit, I wasn't sure how I was going to find the motivation and drive to keep up with a fitness regime, but then came The Drip Fitness - a loving, strong, and empowering community that offers a little something for everyone - whether that be Yoga/Meditation, HIIT, Cycling, Strength/Toning. All the workouts are at-home friendly and require very limited equipment (if you don't have anything, body weight will still make you DRIP). I feel so lucky to be able to tune in everyday and continue to stay healthy and happy during this time. I urge anyone to try out The Drip Fitness, I guarantee you won't regret it! Much love to all the instructors too - Sam, Liv, Carmine, & Lucia - you are in-cred-i-ble and thank you for bringing this concept to life and giving it your all every single time. The Drip Fitness is absolutely amazing! They offer a bunch of different classes and all of the instructors are absolutely wonderful. I have the virtual unlimited membership which gives me access to all live classes and are available for a week after the scheduled class which is great and helpful. Also, I have been doing private sessions which have been so great! The Drip feels like a family and I highly recommend it!

I love the variety of workouts that are offered through The Drip Fitness. Between yoga, strength and and cardio (and spin - I can't wait to get my bike so I can take those classes, too!), it has truly helped me to reach my goals and I love that not every class is the same since different areas of the body are targeted. I also love the in-studio classes that are offered and cannot wait to take an outdoor class! Definitely try their classes if you haven't, I HIGHLY recommend!

Liv, Carmine and Sam are simply the best. They offer a wonderful variety of classes from strength and hiit to yoga and spin. What makes the Drip extra special is the teaching...everyone is so genuine, warm and real! They keep energy high, motivation even higher and I always leave the classes with a smile!
