First of all, I do not enjoy working out. However, the Exercise Coach, in Florham Park, has changed my mind! The coaches, Matt, Ashleigh, Evan, and Lizzie are amazing!!! Because of them, I look forward to working out now. I've gotten stronger and leaner. Frank and Rosa, the owners, are welcoming and will walk you through the routine. Check them out!!! π€©

I joined Exercise Coach in Florham Park, prior to surgery. Best thing I ever did!!! The 20 minute strength workout 2 to 3 times a week got me strong for a quick recovery and through my post surgery treatments.
The trainers at EC are professional and very nice! Iβve been working with EVAN, a very nice young man!!! He guides me through the workouts and makes the experience fun.

I gave Exercise Coach a 5 Star rating. Owners Frank and Rosa at the Florham Park studio are wonderful operators and have demonstrated they really care about me and always put my interest on top- whether if I am too busy to make appointment for the week and they will text me; or if I called in the last minute and they will accommodate me. They also have the most wonderful staff in the studio! Coach Ashleigh, Matt, Lauren and Evan are all so friendly and caring. Every time I walked into the studio I felt I am at my cousinβs house where it feels like family. They tailored my workout with my personal needs and always provide the needed support and encouragement. If you are looking for a studio to keeping your body in shape and healthy, and most importantly feeling the sense of accomplishment, you should give them a try. I originally came for the free trails first, then signed up for an introductory package, then another one and now I have done this program for over a year and planning to stay on course. Good luck to you all and be healthy and happy!

I love my sessions at the Exercise Coach! It is definitely a hard workout, and it is only 20 minutes each session (twice a week). I can do that! I find that my strength is increasing tremendously - it is wonderful to be able to track that on the machines during the workout as well as later with the app. I have primarily worked with Ashleigh. She is outstanding - encouraging, supportive, instructional (always making sure I am using correct form), challenging. And extremely warm and fun! My last session was with Evan who was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Both Ashleigh and Evan have given me their undivided time and attention. Everyone there has been rapidly responsive and eager to accommodate when Iβve had some scheduling issues. I highly recommend the Florham Park Exercise Coach!

After a double knee replacement I lost a lot of lean muscle mass which left me very fragile. Thanks to Exercise Coach and coaches like Ashley Paterson I have regained my strength and mobility and normal functioning. She is a perfect example of the friendly support and encouragement you can expect there which keeps you motivated and increasing your performance safely. I have been working out with Ashleigh for almost a year. My experience has been exceptional. She always greets me with a big smile, chart in hand and ready to go. It encourages me to want to exercise, especially on the days when I am less than 100% committed to exercising. She is always very supportive and helpful throughout the session. She is extremely competent and carefully adapts my session based on my needs. She makes the experience delightful. I highly recommend her to anyone that is interested in improving their physical condition.

The exercise protocol at The Exercise Coach in Florham Park has helped me maintain weight and build strength with just two 20 minute sessions per week. The unique equipment tailors your routine to your fitness level and measures your progress from workout to workout. I've increased leg strength >50% since starting. 20 minutes doesn't sound like much of a workout - but it really works. The training staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and the facility is bright and clean. Can't recommend it enough...

Be careful what you sign. I purchased a package and unfortunately broke my foot about half way through, and am moving to an area that does not have a location. They will not refund any money so I am out hundreds of dollars due to a medical emergency.
Be careful not to get injured because they will not work with you!

I love Exercise Coach! I am 70 years old and have never felt stronger. I never could stick with an exercise program but I am sticking with EC. Ive been consistent since August and look forward to my sessions - the coaches are supportive and motivating snd seeing objective reports that prove you are getting stronger is the icing on the cake.

The Exercise Coach in Florham Park is based on the premise that 2 short, intense 20-minute workouts per week on machines that are specifically calibrated to you will help you gain strength. I was astonished at
my progress there over a relatively short time. The staff are wonderful: professional, caring, and well-trained. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach especially if you are short on time. You will be amazed at your progress.
