I am truly enjoying my workouts. The trainers are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and pleasant to be in. After 10 sessions, I definitely notice a difference; just basic things like getting in and out of the car running up and down the stairs, etc. etc. I feel stronger and more fit. Two 20 minute sessions a week honestly, this is a no-brainer for me. I am totally looking forward to more improvement as I rack up more sessions.

I love The Exercise Coach. The staff is top notch. The small group personal training and protocol keeps me focused and I get an amazing workout without the hassle of a gym. I also really like that it is by appointment, which keeps me accountable. If I need to make a change to my set appointment times they are very accommodating. I am looking forward to the many months I have committed to.

I joined the Exercise Coach after noticing increased difficulty safely lifting and carrying my one-year-old grandchild. After only a few months of 20 minute classes at the Exercise Coach, I had regained much of my strength. The staff is always present to guide and encourage you on your health journey. I am now about seven months in and so pleased with the results. These 20 minute classes were life changing for me!

I thoroughly enjoy working out at the Exercise Coach. It's hard to believe that 20 minute sessions can make a difference, but it does. I am coming up on two years of working out at the Exercise Coach and I can see a significant difference in my strength. The coaches, Julia, Alec, Bennie and Ryan are all fantastic and are part of the reason I keep going!

I’ve been going to TEC Hillsdale for almost a year and have had a great experience. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the coaches are all friendly and professional. The workouts are efficient and can be tracked with the app in real time. It’s a wonderful community in a non-traditional gym setting.

This gym has changed my life. I can say that it’s over a year and have never missed a session with the excuse “ I don’t feel like going” how can you not make time for 20 minutes? Not only the convenience, but also taking the thinking out of what should I do? The workouts are planned by the awesome trainers!! Julia, Alec, and Bennie have been there since I began and it forms a sense of community. I look forward to seeing them, laugh, learn, and share through my workout. It’s good for the body, mind and spirit of positivity! I’m forever grateful ❤️

I have been working out at the Exercise Coach for over a year. The studio has an intimate feel and the coaches are top notch. The machines monitor your progress and allow you to see how your strength has increased over time. I was skeptical that a 20 minute workout could really produce results but at the end of the workout I really feel the effect and I have seen real strength gains. I look forward to my sessions and enjoy the whole experience.

The exercise coach could not be more convenient! It took care of all of my complaints ie “I don’t have enough time” or “I don’t know what I’m doing”. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. I have never been a “gym” person but it’s not your typical gym. It’s customized for you. It’s made a big difference in my quality of life. Do not hesitate. You will love ❤️ it!

The workout is great. Tough, but short and sweet. Best part is your progress is tracked, so you can really see improvements in a short time. The staff is terrific. Very professional, but friendly and so supportive. I highly recommend this intensive program. Having a coach with you during the entire workout makes all the difference.

What a GREAT place for a quick workout! Julia - Alec - and Benny are amazing. It's a fun and easy environment - but don't let that fool you. These little workouts can be intense. Great for increased energy and stamina. If you're on the fence about checking it, out I def recommend giving it a try. They even offer a FREE session - this way you can see if its a good fit. SO, you really have nothing to lose (except maybe a few lbs!).

I can't believe what I great workout I get in 20 minutes! I started seeing results after just a few sessions. Trainers are all amazing and knowledgeable. Group classes are kept small so you still get individual attention. Gym is super clean.
