What a great place this is! The staff is knowledgeable, supportive and kind. The equipment is always clean and appointments are honored. I accomplish my workout in the allotted 20 minutes! I find I can always find 20 minutes. I have recently started using their new equipment for improving my balance. The coach works one on one right with you-all in the scheduled 20 minutes.The equipment always reflects your improvement. The computer is set with your personal results from each session. I see the results as daily activities are less challenging..You owe it to your self to check this place out.

My dad, mom, and sister all go here and it's great. The workouts are quick (only 20 mins) and all the machines are set up in an easy loop with a trainer who goes through with you. They also let my toddler and I tag along, and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

First of all I would like to start off by saying WOW ! I have not in the past looking forward to working out! Now I not only look forward to it at exercise coach Midland park! I totally miss it if I have to travel. The whole team is totally charming, warm, totally caring about my progress, super fun! Create truly fun contests that push us to do better! I like everything about the studio and the system! To me, the concept is brilliant and so much more doable than the more traditional methods of body strengthening. Love it here. I hate exercise so 20 minutes is perfect, I look forward to seeing the trainers everyday they are so professional and motivating. You may think you can’t get good workout in 20 minutes, but I feel it more in 20 minutes than an hour or more in a gym. Shout out to Carrie, Jose and Julia great trainers and couldn’t do it without them. MUST TRY!

The trainers in Midland Park are motivational and enthusiastic and want you to hit your exercise goals! My blood pressure is down, my resting heart rate has improved, and I’m getting stronger every week. My cardiologist said to keep doing what I’m doing!! It was the best checkup I’ve had in years. I've been working out at Exercise Coach since the end of March and I totally see improvements in my strength and balance. I am back to walking 2 -5 miles a day and actually look forward to it. I have been following the twice a week protocol to a t! The staff are kind, personable and professional. I've lost inches and my motivation has not lessened since I started. I go into all new situations, workouts included, with a mix of enthusiasm and skepticism. I started in late May 2021...and 7 months later I am still at it! Why? Because I have gained strength & confidence and lost 18 lbs., by sticking to the plan the coaches laid out for me.
I work out primarily with Mark, but have also trained with Rich, Julia, Kerri & Anthony, and they are all FANTASTIC. They take time to explain the exercises, what muscle groups are involved, and offer encouragement when I need it. The workout is 20 minutes, 2 x week, which fits well in my busy schedule.
The gym is kept super clean and social distancing is never an issue.
Did I mention the coaches are GREAT!

Although I have just signed up for the exercise coach in Midland Park so I can’t say my exact results I can tell by the way the exercise and these amazing machines work that it’s going to be great! If you’re looking for a full body workout in only 20 minutes twice a week and live near an exercise coach I can speak for the Midland Park location and the owner Rich that it’s worth a shot!
Let’s say you were doing a chest press you are resisting both when you move your arms forward and when the machine move your arms back and it’s like this for most exercises there.
The machines test out your strength and capability and they are set where you enter a code and the machine goes to the exact position for you so there’s no pressure on your joints etc. Very cool!

I love the Exercise Coach! This concept seemed to be too good to be true but it is. I am 74 years old and hadn’t exercised in quite a while. I smashed my elbow this past summer and had reconstructive surgery and was apprehensive about beginning an exercise program again. I started a month ago and the coaches and state of the art equipment are helping me regain my strength. I find it amazing how much progress I’ve made in a month with just two 20 minute sessions a week. The atmospheric and coaches are amazing.
